A large detached house in beautiful grounds in the rural village of Dalwood in East Devon. The property can sleep eight people in four bedrooms.

Culverwells is a spacious detached house located in the quiet rural village of Dalwood, East Devon. With four bedrooms 1 x super king-size, 1 x king-size, 1 x twin and 1x children’s bunk beds. Family bathroom and ground floor shower room. There is a double range cooker in the spacious fitted kitchen. With a sitting room as well as a large dining table in the conservatory with doors opening up onto the large lawned garden with furniture. Culwerwells is perfect for a large group or family who wish to explore Devon and Dorset coastline.

Amenities: Oil fired underfloor flagstone heating. Electric range cooker, American style fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, CD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for four cars. Lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome charge of £21 per pet per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins drive. Note: This property can be booked along with property reference 1060217 if you require additional accommodation for your party.

Town: The lovely market town of Axminster has been made famous by the well-known organic shop and canteen in the area, which were introduced by TV presenter Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall. Nestled in outstanding peaceful countryside, Axminster is certainly a place to relax and unwind. Famous for its carpets, which are often likened to Turkish examples, it is one of Devon’s prettiest smaller towns. Situated on the River Axe and within easy reach of both the West Dorset and East Devon Jurassic Coast, Axminster has many attractions, including plenty of privately owned shops, a weekly market and excellent old inns, with one dating back 100 years with its own resident ghost! With beautiful views on offer and the National Trust properties of Shute Barton and Loughwood Meeting House close by, Axminster is a must to visit.
