About this house rental
This one-of-a-kind, charming home has been lovingly restored while maintaining much of its original Cape Cod charm.
Located on a quiet West End street, the house is a 5-10 minute walk/ride to Ptown's most popular restaurants and bars. It is a 5 minute bike ride to the stunning beaches and dunes and less than a 5 minute drive to the local grocery store. There are also 2 large parking spaces included - a rarity in Ptown!.
The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances; dining room with a gas fireplace and a large table for entertaining; living room with a gas fireplace and a large HDTV; full bath with a washer and dryer; a cozy reading nook with daybed.
The two bedrooms are located on the second floor and both have queen beds; the master includes an ensuite bathroom. Typical antique Cape stairs; i.e., steep and narrow - perhaps not for toddlers or those with limited mobility.
The house has a front terrace surrounded by a beautiful garden which is an ideal spot for your morning coffee and dining alfresco. A gas fire pit provides romantic ambiance and a place to enjoy an evening cocktail (and smores!). Additionally, there's an outdoor shower and bike rack.
Everything you need for your day at the beach is provided: you'll find beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, a soft cooler and ice packs.

Our stay at this beautifully restored classical New England cottage in Provincetown was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charm and character of the home. The attention to detail in the restoration was evident everywhere—from the timeless architecture to the cozy, thoughtfully curated interiors.
The location was perfect, offering us the tranquility we were looking for while still being close to everything Provincetown has to offer. Each morning, we woke up to the serene surroundings and enjoyed our coffee on the lovely front patio, soaking in the peaceful ambiance.
Cleanliness was impeccable, making us feel immediately comfortable and at home. Every nook and cranny of the cottage was spotless, which is a testament to the care and pride the hosts take in maintaining this wonderful property.
We spent an entire week here with my partner and mother, and honestly, we didn't want to leave! The little touches throughout the cottage—from the well-stocked kitchen to the plush linens—made our stay feel luxurious yet homey.
This cottage truly exceeded all our expectations. We are already dreaming of our next visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Provincetown. It was an unforgettable experience that we will cherish for a long time.

Our family of four had a great week here. The cottage combines charming historic details with all the modern conveniences one would want—air conditioning; a nice, very well-equipped kitchen; and two full baths with laundry facility. We had lots of room for time together and apart. We especially enjoyed the dining room with large table and the beautifully-landscaped patio with fire pit. Kellie was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The location is perfect— an easy walk to Commercial Street restaurants & quick drive to Herring Cove & Stop & Shop. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great week staying in this authentic Cape Cod style home! It’s centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood. So many original and charming architectural details and stylish decor. Kitchen with oversized island and front patio are perfect for entertaining. Landscaping is beautiful too. We will stay here again!

We loved our stay! The cottage is rustic at first glance, then you realize all the modern upgrades to make it cozy and comfortable! My family of 4 had lots of space to spread out… the location is great, walk to commercial street and day hill beach. We loved having a bike rack on property. We will stay here again!

This is the second time we have stayed here. It feels like our home away from home. Kellie is very friendly, responsive and helpful. Check in is easy. The location is perfect, a quick walk to Relish. The outdoor patio is really nice for relaxing and people watching/meeting. The house has enough spaces that four of us felt very comfortable for two weeks even with some of us working intermittently. The outdoor shower is the best part and it’s a kitchen you can really cook in. We will be back!

Kellie was such a class act. Our family of 4 had been looking forward to this mini vacation for so long, but our littler one got COVID and was quite sick, and we had to cancel at the last minute. Kellie was incredibly gracious and responsive, and we'd work with her again. Provincetown is the best spot for summer fun -- we hope to make it there again at some point.

Upstairs bathroom is awkward. No mirror. And staircase and floors were awkward borderline dangerous

This charming cottage is tucked away in the West End on a quiet street and a quick walk to Commercial. Clean and tastefully decorated, the home had a well-stocked kitchen and many places to sit and relax. We loved the outdoor space (chairs, table, fire pit). As other reviews stated- the stairs are narrow and steep, but to be expected in an old Cape home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family of three!

Great House, Great Stay
What a great house! It’s just as described and was perfect for three people (though four wouldn’t be crowded). It’s really well-renovated and we’ll-stocked with everything you need. Lots of seating areas, cute nook with a daybed, and a wonderful patio in front. It’s close enough to Commercial Street that it’s not a long walk, but far enough away that it’s nice and quiet. We’ll definitely try to book again on our next visit to PTown!

Charming and quiet West End retreat
The place is well appointed and charmingly decorated. The old charm of the home speaks for itself, with exposed beams and wide plank flooring. Also, nice new kitchen and freshly done bathrooms. Loved this place!

Beautiful House - Great Location
My husband and I and our two sons (10 and 7 years old) stayed for a long weekend. It was really fantastic. The house is gorgeous, lots of fun interior design details and it is very comfortable. As others have mentioned the stairs are steep but we’re absolutely no issue for any of us. The location was great. Very quiet and very close to town, we just used our bikes all weekend. We loved the patio and outdoor fire pit. I would highly recommend this house. Communication with the host was also great, we had all the information we needed and Kellie was very prompt in coming back on any questions we had. I hope we get the chance to stay here again!

Last minute family vacation
The property is a lovely old house with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Very stylishly decorated and the garden area is beautiful, a nice place to relax. The location is perfect to be right in the middle of everything but you also have peace and quiet. All restaurants and shopping nearby. A plus in my book is that the description was honest and accurate—I usually am disappointed with the accuracy of listings and this was spot on.

Perfection!
We have visited the Cape for over 22 years staying in beautiful Inns and Hotels. This year we decided to rent and were lucky enough to find this beautiful property. It did not disappoint! It is exactly as pictured with all of the necessities and then some. This beautiful home lends itself to entertaining should you wish to. Easy to keep clean as all of the cleaning products are available. Removed from all of the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk to town. Communicating with the owner is super easy. We feel so fortunate to have had the pleasure of staying here for the week and look forward to doing it all over again next year!! Thank you Kellie!!

Perfect Ptown Spot
We spent Carnival week here this year and absolutely loved it. The house is charming, super well appointed and very well located - you can enjoy the peace and quiet and be in the thick of things in under a 5 minute walk (or 2 min bike ride). The outdoor shower is an added plus for summer renters, as is the lovely terrace in the front. Great place to sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings or coffee in the morning. Super friendly and accomodating hosts! This is one of the finer gems in Ptown! Highly recommend!

Picturesque and Perfect
We just stayed here for a seven day period and couldn't have been happier! It's located close enough to the middle of town that everything is walkable; however, it still provides enough seclusion (so that you can get downtime, as well).
We had a wonderful experience with the owners--they seriously are the nicest people and were extremely responsive and accommodating. If I had a question, I would get a quick response, whether it was sent via text, through the HomeAway app, or by calling directly. Absolutely a breath of fresh air as our short-term landlords!
The property is also well maintained, stocked with plenty of sheets and towels, and has a great kitchen for entertaining or unwinding in before or after venturing out.
In short, we highly recommend this rental; you won't regret it (and we look forward to renting the property again ourselves)!

Super cute, great location
LOVED this place. It is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Super cute. Impeccably decorated; everything new and clean. Great location; quiet but just a short walk to the west end. The patio in front of the house is a great place to hang out with cocktails.

Fabulous!
Been meaning to write a review and finally got around to it. Our group, two couples in our 40s, stayed at Kelly's place for a long weekend in July 2018. We thoroughly enjoyed the property and whole heartedly recommend. The pictures very accurately depict the home and it's worth noting that the beds are extremely comfortable. The decor is spot on - so well done. I just asked my husband what he liked about the house and his response was 1. the location (short walk to Commercial Street), 2. the front patio (where we sat for hours one afternoon in-between the beach and going out for the evening) 3. it was clean and 4. "the decorations were cool". My only warning would be regarding the stairs leading to the bedrooms. It's an older house and the staircase is steeper than the standard rise. They presented no issues for us.

Quiet, charming and cozy
After 17 years of absence we decided to give Provincetown another chance and we couldn't have made a better choice then to stay in this cozy, charming and quiet Cap Cod home.
The neighborhood was very friendly and it is just a short walk to Commercial Street.
Even though we had to fix some things in the beginning (a couple of power sockets and lamps didn't work) we felt home from day one and enjoyed our stay to the fullest.
Kellie was very responsive.
If we come back to Provincetown one day we certainly would stay here again.

Wonderful cape cod cottage
We really loved this place. Loaded with cape cod charm. Kelley went of of her way to accommodate us.

Convenient, historical, adorable!
Everything about our stay was just right. From booking to arrival to departure, Kellie was extremely courteous and helpful. The cottage is quintessential Cape Cod, a place with a history but updated in all the right ways. We even had a visit from previous owners who wanted to take a look inside, and we were happy to oblige and hear their history in the place. It's very close to all the action on Commercial St. but just far enough removed to avoid the crowd and noise, very quiet and peaceful. I will definitely try to book this property again on my next P'town visit. Grant Armstrong-Jones
