My husband and our 2 dogs loved our stay. It was a spacious and comfortable home and 10 min walk to Cox Bay. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family stayed here for 3 nights and found the property to be very comfortable and in a beautiful setting. A little too far for us to walk to Chesterman with our boards, but still very close and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in the fantastic Surf Cabin in the woods. It is impressive as you arrive and walk in. We loved all the windows and seeing the outside/inside and the open plan living. It is decorated differently to what it was advertised, so I think that should be changed as we booked it for how it was decorated too. It had most of the things that you needed but not beach towels and it is surf cabin! There were leaflets and I got great recommendations when I contacted the owner Asia. Thank you. Wine glasses would be great as there wasn't any and if you want to drink wine or Aperol spritzers then it would be great. The sofa bed was not comfortable for my adult daughter but our bed was. Having the reusable toiletries to use was great. There should be some lights from the road to see the entrance at night and something distinctive to see during the day as we missed the entrance several times. We had to look out for the other side of the road to see the flags as our guide to our entrance. Tofino is a great place to explore and this cabin was a great location to do so. We would recommend it. Schooner restaurant for a special meal and Shelter for everything else ,were great places to eat! Beach chairs and an umbrella would also be welcome extras to use as it is in a beach/ surf area and for myself personally having Lupus, I have to protect myself from the sun and UV rays and children would need it. Unfortunately beach umbrellas don't fit in suitcases. We had a great time.

Perfect spot, nestled in the woods, just minutes from the ocean and the town of Tofino.

Great place to stay, was appropriate for our family of three but could have hosted a few more people comfortably. Not sure about the cleaner as the floors were pretty sandy on arrival and the front door was unlocked. But otherwise the place was tidy and well equipped.

Very nice house away from the road, quiet. Lots of dishes, towels etc for 7 of us. Asia was very nice and easy to get hold of. Could walk to Chesterman and Cox Bay but drove as we had too much to carry. Nice to sit outside in the forest after busy Tofino activities.

We had a wonderful stay here. Place was comfy, cozy & clean. Close driving distances to the main village and the spectacular beaches. This was our dog's first vacation and she "loved" it!! Thank you for all the comforts of home.

2 couples and our dog spent an awesome 3 days. The layout is great for socializing and the kitchen is well equipped.

This was the perfect cabin for our 2 families. We really enjoyed the location, privacy and space!

We really enjoyed our 5 nights at the Surf Cabin. Great location tucked away in the forest and within walking distance of both Cox Bay and Chesterman Beaches. Well stocked and comfortable. Asia and especially Dawn were very friendly and helpful. Our grown daughter made good use of the surf board they allowed her to use. Lots to do and see in the area but you’ll just want to stay put and enjoy the cabin. Thanks for a great place to stay. Hopefully we can return in the future.

This was a really nice vacation home. The home is nestled in the woods on the main road to Tofino -- across the road from Cox Bay. It was a perfect spot for our Tofino visit. Thank you!

Excellent location - clean and comfortable. We were just two and our dog, but would be comfortable for two additional people, perhaps kids on the pullout couch. Well stocked kitchen, comfy pillows and bed. A great option for the Tofino area!

We had a great time in this comfortable and cozy cabin, close to town and beaches. Cabin was well-equipped, we would love to visit again!

Great place to stay

Lovely for six adults. No sheet for the 3rd bed. Heated floors a blessing. Temp about right even with downpours. Loved the miss covered tree Fort atmosphere. For a big tall guy sinks and shower size a temporary trial🤗

Everything was great once we got here. The thing that was super frustrating was the on line booking . There was some confusion and I left my phone # on the web site and an email and never got a reply whicj would have cleared things up easily. Once the time was up for the conformation was when we realised that the payment had not gone through...so we started again hoping the dates hadn't been taken. Also not happy with not knowing the address until booking is confirmed. Probably policy but annoying. Would definetly return.

A awesome quiet stay in the woods for a 5 day getaway

A roomy 2 bed and den, two bath cabin. Not far from 2 excellent beaches. We cooked Christmas dinner here with no trouble, could use a few more bowls there was only 4 and two were cracked, no serving spoons either, but other than that a pretty well equipped kitchen, nice easy to use gas range and big fridge freezer. Owner contacted us on arrival to see if we were finding it alright.

We loved this home! The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were excellent (including the pullout), the location was perfect, and Asia was so friendly and responsive. Lots of amazing details that aren’t necessary but were so appreciated, like the surfboard decor and flawless wifi. We felt like this was incredible value and would definitely come stay again!

We loved the Surf Cabin! Very comfortable for 3 adults + dog. Kitchen is well equipped. The views of the forest from all the windows in the cabin are gorgeous - most stunning was the ground floor bedroom view. Forest provides privacy - no need for window coverings. Super convenient to Cox Bay or Chesterman Beach. Would defintiely return.

The Surf Cabin is so comfortable and homey we didn’t want to leave. The hosts were friendly but mostly just let us be which I love. Beautiful spot close to everything. Decently priced for such a wonderful property

The Surf Cabin is a great casual home away from home. Great proximity to Cox and Chesterman beach. Gorgeous windows that look out into forest. Perfect for our group of surfers.

A cottage nestled in the woods, close by other homes/cottages, with and forest walks beaches (surfing) within close proximity. We had a great time!

We had a great stay with our kids and dog. Secluded and safe for the kids. Easy access to beach and trail to go bike riding.

Super smooth check in process. Location is great and the house had everything needed to cook, etc. Would stay here again.

All was good / Maybe we could have used more than one bath towel per adult for 3 days but we were fine / Also a blender would have been great / the owner mentioned he thought there was one in the cabin so maybe we missed it! Cool Spot !
