Stay in an exceptional 5th floor oceanside condo centrally located on North Forest Beach. Ideal for a large family (sleeps 9),
unit 2509 has a king in the master bedroom and also bedroom 2, two doubles in bedroom 3, and a living room sleeper sofa.
Sea Crest is a five-story elevator building with covered parking on the ground level. It has two oceanfront swimming pools (one heated in March and April), toddler pool, and seasonal poolside bar aka "Jim's Pool Bar".
Wander through an incredibly landscaped courtyard with fountains and flora or soak in the hot tubs after exercising at the on-site fitness center. Within a few steps of the Sea Crest, guests will find many dining options at Coligny Plaza & Beach Market. This quaint downtown area has a wide selection of shops and entertainment for all ages.
The new owners of #2509 have performed numerous renovations including: Fresh painting throughout, 2 New A/C Systems, all new Stainless - Steel Appliances, New Water Heater, new furnishings in the living room & dining areas, new Casper hybrid King size Mattresses in the 2 Master Bedrooms, 4 new large screen Smart TV's including a 65" LG Nano in the living room plus updated lighting throughout. We traveled with a group of 9. To tell you the truth I was concerned about it being big enough for us all. Never once - except maybe in the kitchen….since we cooked every night, did it feel cramped at all. It’s a beautiful condo with beautiful views. Two wonderful balconies. The location couldn’t be any better. Walking distance to the grocery store, beach, shopping and restaurants.
My daughter kept saying what a wonderful place and couldn’t believe we found it.
We needed to call the office for pool wrist bands and the air conditioner in one part of the condo wasn’t getting cold. They responded quickly getting the wrist bands to us within an hour on a Sunday and they had someone out within an hour to look at the air conditioner.
We had a really wonderful time and would definitely book again to come back.
I don’t think you would be disappointed if you decide on this condo!

This condo was beautiful. It was updated and spacious, and provided any amenity that we needed for the week. Very clean. I was extremely impressed with all contacts I had with the property management company (Seashore Vacations). Phone calls and emails were always professional, friendly and prompt. They were very informed and on top of things. Always answered my questions. We would stay at this property again and/or would recommend to friends and family. We loved being able to walk across the street for dining, shopping, drinks and groceries. So convenient.

This property was absolutely perfect for 6 adults! This location couldn’t be more convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping! We had plenty of room, the sunrise was amazing every morning sitting in on the patio. They have a Keurig coffee maker that is new to the unit. We will definitely rent this place again. The only negative was communication with a property manager, we had none…just happy we didn’t have any issues! You will love 2509!!!

Our family had a wonderful time. It was our first time in Hilton Head and the condo was beautiful. It was in a great location for first timers and had everything we wanted. We will definitely return and explore the area even more next time. Only suggestion is to update the beds. Needs better mattresses.

Our stay was great the condo had all the amenities and comfort of home. the location was walking distant to shopping and restaurants. The view from the living room and balcony was perfect that is why we had to extend our stay thank you Buddy for getting back to us so promptly.

Great place in the perfect location. On the beach with short walk to shops, great restaurants, and live music everywhere. On-site bar and restaurant are fantastic and pools were very nice and clean. Our unit was perfect for 7 people. Even the teenagers liked it when they weren’t on their phones. Will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful stay at 2509 Seacrest . The unit had lovely ocean view’s especially of the sunrise. The unit was perfect. Very spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped. We also loved the complex with gorgeous gardens/ponds, two pools, hot tub, gym and Pool Bar Jims. The lication at Coligny Circle was very convenient for shopping and restaurants. The condo was a nice place to stay. The location is great. You can walk to restaurants, stores, and the grocery. It was a sweltering hot August week and there is no ocean breeze on this side of the building so sitting outside on the patio wasn’t really an option, but the sun rises were nice before it got too hot. We like to cook and the condo could use some good pots with lids as well as a Keurig. Most places we stay have a selection of spices and basics in the condo to get you started but this one did not. You need to buy or bring everything you want starting with salt and pepper. The drains need cleaned. They were slow in the tubs and one sink in each bathroom. I re-cleaned everything when we arrived. I am particular. It was your typical rental clean. Bathrooms sprayed and rinsed, floors swiffered and counters wiped The air filters were clogged and need changed. Overall it was a nice rental. Plenty of room for all of us and the beds were comfortable.

This is a gorgeous three bedroom unit with beautiful view and comfortable beds and pillows! I stayed here with my family of 5 over memorial day weekend and we loved the unit. We cooked a few times and the beds were super comfy. It was great getting lunch or a drink by Pool Bar Jims and it was so nice that the owners left some beach toys for the kids. Coffee on the beautiful balcony and so close to shops, I would stay in this unit again for sure!

Actually chose another rental, but we were upgraded to Sea Crest 2509. We loved Sea Crest better than any rental we have stayed in so far at Hilton Head. Location is best on the island--you could honestly stay and never move your car. Very clean and updated. View was wonderful of the ocean and beach. Plenty of space and privacy for multiple families. We enjoyed walking to breakfast and dinner. Watusi was wonderful for breakfast. Also, my 4 year old grandson enjoyed the pirate ship playground so much at lowcountry celebration park--it is amazing and a must visit with all age children. We saw turtles and an alligator swimming by. Skull Creek is a great place to visit for the view and even more for the great seafood. We drove up to Harbor Town Lighthouse the day we left. It was an easy walk to the top with a beautiful view to enjoy. We got to see dolphins swimming with babies. We have never been disappointed renting through Seashore Vacations!!

Perfect location
Our family had a wonderful week in Hilton Head. Location was absolutely perfect. Near shops, restaurants, grocery, bike rentals and on the beach with pool bar access!
Check in staff was very friendly. App was helpful. They let us know ice maker was broken and they thoughtfully dropped off a big bag of ice almost immediately.
Condo is light and bright with lovely views. Paint color and beach themed artwork set a happy mood. Plenty of room for our family of five! Kitchen was well outfitted and we enjoyed cooking with a lovely view. Bathrooms aren’t as updated as the rest of the condo but were spacious. Having washer and dryer there was a fantastic!
The condo could use a good deep clean. I spent a couple of hours scrubbing mold and mildew from bathrooms, cleaning ceiling fans, wiping hair out of drawers, etc.. Broom and vacuum were available in condo which was great. There was a big tv left out on the floor in one bedroom, lots of wall art, an old microwave and carpet remnants left in other closets. Not a big deal at all, but would be great to see those items all moved to storage unit on our next visit.
Overall we truly enjoyed our visit and our time at the condo. It’s an awesome location with a light, cheerful feel. I’m used to cleaning at home, so a few hours out of one week was something I didn’t mind. We’d love to come back and stay longer next time.
