About this house rental
Upon entering this stunning new beautifully decorated 4400 sq ft home you are wowed with the 25x42 great room. This room consists of a large seating area, reclaimed wood dining table with seating for 10 and a spacious kitchen with an island with 4 counter stools and top of the line appliances. Open the 15' wide Nano doors to the large screened in porch featuring a fireplace, seating area and another dining table for 10, and you've added another room to the great room! The great room has a 60" Smart TV and the screened in porch has a 42" TV. Walk down the hallway off the great room to the "oyster shell" wall powder bath and then on down the hallway to the very private Master Suite with it's vaulted ceiling and beautiful large window over looking the Nature Preserve. The Master Bath has his and her vanities, a soaking tub and large shower with rain heads.
Wind up the 3 story open staircase filled with windows to the second floor where you will find the second Master Suite with private bath featuring a soaking tub, double vanity and shower. There are 3 more bedrooms on the second floor, all with private baths. The 5th bedroom opens onto it's own private porch, complete with 2 comfortable chairs and ottomans. It's a great spot for reading or enjoying some quiet time in the afternoon. All 4 bedrooms on the second floor have king beds with pillow top mattresses and TVs. 4 hallway bunks with separate reading lights are also on the second floor. The perfect spot for your little ones or teenagers alike.
Continue on up to the third floor where you will find the game room or kid hangout. This is a great place for the kids to have to call their own, while the adults visit downstairs. There is a pool table, games and TV for their enjoyment. There is also a full bath with a shower off this room.
Connected to the home is a gorgeous carriage house with a small kitchen. The carriage house has a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa with an air mattress. It has a private bath with a shower.
Other added features of our home are an outdoor shower located by the mudroom, a paver patio with a gas grill off the back screened in porch, and a wonderful inviting front porch swing.

I was looking for a vacation to bring together 15 family members from around the country. It had to offer amenities to entertain children, teenagers, and adults, and although we were all looking forward to seeing each other and spending time together, we all wanted enough personal space so that we all still liked each other at the end of the week. This property was perfect. The common and dining areas are huge. Each bedroom has an en suite. We put the little kids in the bunks and the teenagers stayed in the third floor game area. The house and furnishings are top of the line and GORGEOUS. We used the 6 supplied bikes every day and rented a golf cart and so we almost never needed a car. We also took advantage of the Watercolor trolley service, which was prompt and so easy. I highly recommend renting the beach chairs and cabanas and doing it well in advance (we called in February for our July trip). The price for the cabanas is a bit high but we all agreed that it was 100% worth it. One excursion we took that I haven’t seen mentioned in many reviews was to Eden Gardens, less than 5 miles from the VRBO. Our 80-year-old mother loved touring the grounds and the historical mansion.

This vacation home had everything our family of 10 adults and 5 grandchildren (ages 7, 4 and 9 months) needed to enjoy our week in Watercolor. The kitchen was well stocked, plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. we were amazed to find 2 refrigerators and two dishwashers! The kiddos loved the bunk beds. Camp WaterColor was so much fun for the whole family. Kudos to Lisa and Bill for sharing their wonderful home.

Great house
Loved the house and how there was room for all to dine together and lounge in the large living room. The screened in porch needs a more powerful fan and bring your own speakers if you want more than TV streamed music. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, and serving pieces. No spices so bring your own. But the 2 large refrigerators and dishwashers was handy for this big group.

Great property and host!
We were very pleased with this property and will certainly return in the future. We had a big group with kids/adults of all ages and it was a perfect house for that. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive and she made everything very seamless. I enjoy cooking when traveling with big groups like this and am often concerned that homes won't have kitchens properly stocked - that was certainly not the case here. This kitchen has everything one would need. When choosing this house I relied heavily on the ratings and responses of previous guests and I can certainly say they are all accurate. As I mentioned we have several young kids and the home is on a relatively quiet street with green space directly in front and we were very comfortable letting the kids play out front with minimal adult oversight. Thanks again Lisa for sharing your beautiful home with us - we'll definitely be back next time we travel to Watercolor with a larger group!

OUTSTANDING FAMILY HOME
We were fortunate to stay with our family at this BEAUTIFUL home for 7 nights & 8 days! It was perfect for our group. The kitchen great room area is amazing with more than ample space for prep & enjoying meals. The location in Watercolor is perfect in that you are close to the amenities & grocery store but not too close. We can't wait to return!!! The owner and property management team addressed the few small issues we had quickly & thoroughly.

Amazing family getaway
My extended family (parents, siblings and their families) enjoyed a week at this home in August of 2021. The house accommodated everyone (ages 4-74) and everyone had their own space as well as enjoyed the amazing and large common areas on the first floor. The house was perfectly located near the Camp Watercolor pool for the little kids, the grocery store, and a short bike ride or car/golf cart ride to the beach. We used the Grayton Beach Park entrance multiple times for my parents, who needed better accessibility to the beach. The house accommodated 16 of us with plenty of room and amenities to cook and relax at the house each night. Biking through the community was easy and the Watercolor amenities were first class. The owner and property manager were very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay at this home again!

Fabulous Watercolor Retreat
Our two families so enjoyed our stay at this spacious and beautifully appointed home! It's difficult to find a home in Watercolor with so many bedrooms and en suite bathrooms to ensure everyone is comfortable and has their own retreat space. The house is so well laid-out and the carriage house is lovely too. My sister, who is somewhat immunocompromised and wanted to keep a bit of distance from the rest of us, really appreciated having more solitude. Overall a very positive experience!

Thanksgiving on 30A
We have been vacationing at the beach for the greater part of my adult life. We have experienced the beach, during summer as well as fall, but I must say, we all said, by far the finest home we have ever rented. The size, accommodations, every thing a true chef could need in a kitchen, and our chef attested today that and I could go on an on , but suffice to say, the bar for perfection has been elevated. I attribute the owner of this property for giving much thought to what a perfect vacation looks like and providing every accoutrement needed for that experience. The size, location and amenities made this Thanksgiving very special

Wonderful!
We had a fabulous stay. The property was just as pictured, if not better. The kitchen was nice and well stocked with lots, pans and gadgets. The bedrooms were spacious and there was more than ample living space for our family of 15 to spread out and enjoy. As an added bonus, we loved using all the Watercolor amenities. The property was about a mile to the beach- easy bike ride that we enjoyed each day. A playground and a big neighborhood pool were within walking distance. The Publix is very close, but Shipt was a great option for delivery. We appreciated the prompt service when we had a minor problem with the air conditioning. We will definitely book again.

Christmas at the Beach 2019
How to you accommodate a large family for a holiday gathering? You rent a house in Watercolors. Yes, VERY expensive but everyone was comfortable and could sleep without using pallets and air mattresses. Six grandsons had areas where they could play their card and video games. My two granddaughters had space for their creating, whether it was art, puzzling, reading or playing cards with others. All and all it was very relaxing and time well spent together. The homeowner was very accommodating. Everyone enjoyed the bicycles that came with the house, although we had to rent more and even a golf cart for my husband and I to get around In ( added expense) and the home owner didn’t offer the empty half of the garage for us to park the cart out of the weather. Other than a stressful situation with a local florist that we “rented” a Christmas tree from, all and all it was a glorious time with my two children and their families. It’s once a year. I’ll start saving for next year, love has no price tag.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Watercolor home! The space was ample providing room for multiple families to stay together but still have personal space. The location to the brand new Camp Watercolor was amazing, especially with little ones. We have stayed at many homes in Watercolor and this is one of our favorites! Beautiful home & great location
Our entire extended family was very comfortable in this large, well appointed, beautiful home. The carriage house provided extra space and privacy. The kitchen was very well stocked with new or almost new pots/pans & utensils/tools. We could ride our bikes to the pools and beach, and were close enough to publix for a quick grocery run. The large dining tables provided for great family dinners with all. We loved the front porch swing. Thanks for a great week!

Perfect house / perfect place / perfect hosts
Since selling our own property at Seagrove, we have been renters, using Vrbo to locate rentals for an annual family vacation. We know the area, and with that I can say that 32 Chapman Way in Watercolor beats them all. The pictures don't do the home justice. Besides being beautiful, the decor is spectacular, the rooms are spacious and well laid out, the guest house was a bonus, and the location so close to the newly renovated "Camp Watercolor" is perfect for children and adults (bar and food - so don't let the name "Camp" fool you!). There's even a grassy park area right across from the house where my grandson and I played daily. The bikes are a huge plus, and the little details like having soap in the hand washing dispensers just made everything so much easier. The owner made it really easy to access and provided all the help we needed. We enjoyed every feature of the home, including the huge screened in porch off of which we found turtles in the back yard - a delight to my grandson. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful Family Vacation
Everything was perfect! We had one of the most memorable family vacations staying at Lisa’s home in Watercolor. She is one of the most gracious hosts we have had. She has a beautiful home with large family gathering areas, a gourmet kitchen for preparing meals and most importantly lots of room for everyone to have their own space. We came as a family and left as friends!

My family truely fell in love with this house
We rented for a larger family spring break trip. My kids loved the area. It was safe place for
Them to play in in the neighborhood as well as easy access in the beach . Conveniently very close to a grocery store as well; as all activities located on 30A.
My wife asked the owners if they were willing to sell the house as she loved the layout and flow of house.
There was enough room for all our kids and family. It was great place for large nightly dinner where the whole family could be together and share our day actives. It really allow our family to truely have a great family vacation.

Wow!!! Top of the Line!!!
My family goes to Watercolor every year. We decided to have a mini family reunion this year and we had 14 total guest. This house was absolutely amazing. Furnishings were top of the line, 2 full size refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, awesome kitchen. The game room was a hit with the smaller kids and they had a blast playing together on the pool table. The owner was outstanding to work with and we highly recommend this property to anybody staying in Watercolor. This is a five star place in our book and will definitely visit again.

Fantastic home!!
This was our 8th year in Watercolor & this was by far the best place we have stayed. We had 8 adults & 8 kids in this lovely home. (from Texas, Georgia & Alabama). It was perfect for the kids with the 3rd floor & park across the street. They played bocce, relight/greenlight & rode bikes in the enclosed street.
The kitchen & living room were ideal for the adults to cook & hang out once the kids were in bed. Everything was perfect!
Great location and an easy bike ride to the beach, Seaside, the frog pool & even Publix.
We've already decided we are staying here again next year!!

We absolutely loved our home away in Watercolor - smack-dab in the middle of the most quaint neighborhood community in the Santa Rosa Beach - Seaside area. Wonderful amenities(well worth the fee), and we particularly enjoyed the community pool which is designed for adults and children. Couldn't ask for better convenience to Publix grocery store and gift shopping in Seaside.
The house was well above our expectations. Beautifully designed and well appointed throughout. We had 7 adults and 3 children and had plenty of room with an extra playroom on the third floor for the kids. My sister and her husband stayed in the carriage house over the garage and were very comfortable. My mother and father(who is disabled) stayed in the master bedroom on the first floor and were very happy with their accommodations - especially the accessibility of the bathroom. There are nice televisions in every room with plenty of channels to choose from. The kitchen is designed to throw a party with plenty of glassware, plates, silverware, cookware, etc. We loved having two dishwashers and the high-end appliances.
We were also very pleased with the attentiveness of the homeowners. We had a kerfuffle with one of the T.V.s and they promptly had a repair person on location to address the problem.
Be sure to take advantage of the bikes - they're very convenient for getting around.
We will definitely consider this house the next time we come to Florida!

Stunning large home. Most beautiful we've ever rented!
Several families shared this spectacular home during Spring Break. Parents and teens were all stunned by this enormous home. While it looks identical to the photos, seeing with your own eyes makes your jaw drop. The 5 King master suites make this house truly unique and luxurious for all the adults. We placed the young girls in the bunks on the second floor and the teenage boys on the third floor. We enjoyed cooking together in the large kitchen. Two dishwashers, massive gas range and six-foot wide Thermador fridge and freezer made feeding a large group a breeze. With two tables for ten, sometimes the adults ate on the screened-in porch while the kids ate inside and other times, vice versa. The gas grill hooked up to the house gas line made sure we never ran out of gas while grilling daily. And the convenience of the remote-controlled gas fireplace on the screened-in porch was the perfect retreat for the adults in the evenings. Driveway was plenty big for our 4 SUVs and the dozen bikes we rented for the week. Everyone commented how comfortable the beds were. Lisa, ALL of the bathrooms are wonderful too -- you should add pictures of the other 5!! The location of the house within Watercolor was perfect for us -- the street is not busy, it's an easy drive or bike ride to the beach, and it's close to the grocery store. The green space across the street was a great place for the kids to hang-out when they were home. Thank you for sharing your amazing vacation home!
