The owner, Katie, was very responsive to any questions we had and even accommodated us to check in early since we were coming from different parts of rhe U.S..
Once inside, the house was super clean, and had a very cozy and had a very inviting feel.
We truly enjoyed our stay and will do it again when we come to Boise.

Home is beautiful inside and out. Located in an excellent neighborhood. Very well furnished w/ quality furnishings. Located just minutes from the heart of downtown Eagle. The owner was very congenial, and available by text for any needs that may arise. We will definitely stay there again if we are in the Boise/Eagle area.

We had a most enjoyable time at this location. Even though one of our party ended up in the hospital, we still had a great time. The house is clean, well stocked, and nicely appointed. The owner responded quickly to our request for adding an extra night. Everything went very smoothly. The location was a very nice neighborhood and very convenient.

Beautiful, Spacious, Peaceful Place
My family really enjoyed staying here during our visit to the Boise area. It was easy to communicate with the owners. The neighborhood was well kept and quiet. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping choices close by and the Boise area isn't as far away as I had thought. The house was clean and well stocked. My large family had plenty of room to spread out! Loved the master bathroom! You can't go wrong with this home. If you do stay here- take care of it - we want to come back!

Clean and comfortable
The property was very clean and well kept. We stayed with myself and husband along with his sister and boyfriend and our nephew for Thanksgiving with other parts of our family that are local to the area. Everything you need is provided with the exception of Shampoo which isn't a big deal for us, I always bring my own Shampoo and soap. I especially loved the big fluffy towels and there were plenty of them. We were all very happy and comfortable with the home.

Ideal location near downtown Eagle made a morning walk to the bakery for coffee and a fresh pastry too enticing to refuse. House is clean, has a great layout, and is a welcoming stay away from home.

This house was perfect for us. Plenty of space with the master down stairs and the kids upstairs. The house was very clean, well appointed, and has a nice patio and grass for morning coffee or evening cocktails! Katie was great to deal with. First time VRBO
This was our first time renting with VRBO. It was a wonderful experience. We were able to contact the property owner when we had a problem and they fix the problem right away. We were in the are for boys basketball tournaments and it was a great location to everything. The neighbor was very quiet and peaceful.

Good location and property
Overall the property was great. It was in a great location and just what we needed. Only 2 areas for improvement. First, the master bedroom was a queen. I guess I expect a king these days. That’s what I have at home so a queen is super small! Also, the internet was pretty poor. I had to tether to my phone to stream from Netflix. Also, no streaming was provided so I had to use my laptop. That might be a bit nit picky. Overall a good property.
