Our renovated, 1st floor (ground level), end unit condo is located in the desirable gated community of Harbour Oaks. Don't walk up flights of stairs after a day at the beach or shopping! Our condo is a ground level, end unit with very close parking. The Harbour Oaks complex is within walking distance to the pier (0.9 miles), village (0.5 miles), beach, restaurants, pubs, parks, tennis, pickle ball, fantastic play grounds, etc. (all
To the right of our complex you can enjoy a short stroll to Mallery Park for picnics under the massive oak trees, or continue on to the village where you will discover delicious dining, unique shopping and sightseeing fun. You may also choose to spend time at the large, partially covered fishing pier, lighthouse or Fun Zone with public pool and putt putt course.

To the left of the complex you are less than half a mile to the best beaches on St. Simons at the Coast Guard Station.

The bright and inviting 3 bedroom FIRST floor END unit is easily accessible from your assigned covered parking space. The condo is tastefully decorated with NEW sun room, living room and master bedroom furnishings. The split floor plan offers privacy with the master bedroom off of the sun room with king bed and private, newly renovated double sink, full bath. The second bedroom with another KING bed, third bedroom with twin beds and a shared full bath (with quartz double sink vanity) are located down the hall from the living room.

We offer a fully equipped, renovated kitchen with all stainless appliances, new cookware, quartz countertops and access to a private patio off of the dining area to make your stay a true delight. The private patio offers a gas grill perfect for grilling your catch of the day with lovely views of the lagoon.

Interior amenities include flat screen TVs & DVD players in all three bedrooms and living room, free secured wireless internet (WIFI), full size laundry room and all LINENS PROVIDED.

Wonderful place to stay. Close to everything. Quiet. Nice neighborhood. I enjoyed sitting on the patio early in the morning with a cup of tea to watch the lizards and turtles. Thank you for providing everything we needed to make our stay like home. I would however recommend replacing the can opener. TV also gave us difficulty. We would start to watch something and then halfway through it would go off and say processing at 25%. We were never able to watch a whole show. If ever vacationing there again I would be looking to see if you have availability. Thank you!!

Once we took a few minutes to settle in and check things out, all went perfect. Added an extra grill brush to the inventory. Couldn't find a checkout list, but handled checkout (garbage, dishes, linens, etc.) the same way we have in other VRBOs. All in all a great stay. BTW where is the dumpster? Thanks again. BE WELL.

We booked a last minute mini vacation for the 4th of July. Couldn’t beat the price for a last minute partial week stay. Pictures do this property no justice. Very clean, cute decor, comfortable beds, and a perfect split floor plan. The door bell is the best part of this rental. Complex is nature oriented with several fresh water holdings that has fish and turtles. Walking distance to town with beautiful sights on the way. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

Everything about the condo was exactly as described. The bedrooms and living areas were all very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Location is fantastic. Very close to the Village, parks and shopping. Communication with the host was very responsive. We will definitely rent this condo again.

The condo was lovely. Needs more lighting in the master bath and bathtub is very slippery. Other then that it was wonderful. Had a couple of issues on arrival and had a quick response to getting it corrected.

We were so pleased with our stay in this Condo on St. Simons Island. The condo was clean and well supplied. We had 5 adults and a 4 month old baby. The location is walking distance to all the restaurants and shops close to the pier. Since this property was inside a gated community, we felt so safe. We also enjoyed all the turtles in the lagoon.

Our party of 6 stayed one week at this lovely property. It is a ground floor unit which made unloading so easy. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and also plenty of comfortable seating for us to all visit together. We had a private lagoon with turtles and fish. My grandchildren were captivated and entertained by the turtles. We walked to the pier every AM and tried to go back every evening for the sunset. Neptune park is lovely for children and Mallery Park is gorgeous to stroll to. I was truly a little sad when we had to pack up today and leave. Hope to return next year. This is a perfect house for a family with children.

This condo is the best ! We have stayed here over and over again . The condo is so cute, updated, comfortable and stocked with anything you could possibly need. David and Kim are always available if needed and they make the whole process of making reservations and check in so easy. We love the location and how close it is to the village. You can walk or take a short golf cart ride to shops and restaurants. We will definitely be returning!

We spent 10 fantastic days for our second visit in 2 years. The bedrooms are on each end giving lots of privacy. The living area being in the middle. We were surprised with a new Keurig that made a whole pot as well as single cup. The other nice surprise was a second king bed, new from last year. We traveled with friends and the king bed made the difference for them this year. Although we came prepared with daily essentials, it was nice to have a supply of trash bags, soap, and paper plates. We walked to the village pier and shopped due to close proximity. However, we were blown away with the terrible weather that mother nature provided. I guess we will have to come back next year to make that right!

We enjoyed our VRBO very much. It was decorated very nice and it was comfortable. It was very well stocked in the kitchen. It was a nice place to come back to after a day at the beach, shopping or sightseeing, I would recommend this place to anyone going to St. Simons Island.

While we enjoy being near the beach, we also enjoy feeling like we are at home. We enjoyed 4 months of the views and the location, but particularly our friends. The complex really needs some sprucing up of landscaping and trim paint outside, but the unit was great.

My family and I had such a pleasant visit and stay at this condo. It was so convenient to my in-laws house, within walking distance to the village, restaurants and shopping. The condo was nice and clean and exactly what we were looking for. We would like to come and stay here again!

The condo was very well kept and the location was beautiful to walk around. St Simons has a bike path that goes all the way around the Island and has beautiful trees to look at. We had a great visit. Also if anyone gets a chance goto Jekyll Island too.

Property was very close to pier Village on Saint Simons Island and we were able to bicycle every day for restaurants and shops. We really love the beaches there, they are very wide and family friendly. Highly recommend this property in the area thank you David and Kim! Sincerely, David and Kim!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo had everything we needed. I loved that there were different common spaces that allowed our family to spread out for naps, playing, and reading. The turtle pond was a hit with the kids. The master closet was plenty big for a pack and play for our little guy to nap uninterrupted. Easy walking distance to the village and walkable to the beach, though we drove because of young children. We never had trouble accessing parking to hit the beach. The village also had a great playground and an incredible pool with water slides and views of the lighthouse and ocean. This was our first trip to St. Simons and we will definitely be back!

We booked this place because of the turtle "pond" described in the listing and my family felt it was the best part of our whole trip to St. Simon's! The rental is well stocked and laid out nicely. Super clean too! Loved the decor in the kids' room! The location was not too far to walk into Pier Village with its restaurants and bars and if you were ambitious, you could walk to the beach too. It's right by a park too with lovely oak trees. We would LOVE to come back the next time we are in St. Simon's.
