Five star home, with 4 master bedrooms each with private bathroom, Cal king size bed, sitting area & spectacular views and an extra private space with a 5th Cal king size bed and its own full bathroom. This home is on a gated and secluded ridge top property. Up to 6 additional daytime guests are allowed. There is ample parking.

This one of a kind 4000 sq. foot showpiece modern home has been completely redone with attention to every detail. All new furnishings, beds, linens, etc. Every bedroom has beautiful views, a sitting area and its own master bathroom.
The living room has a vaulted ceiling and and the family room has a TV and plenty of seating where you can also enjoy playing board games and reading.
The formal dining room is perfect for elegant dinner parties and can seat up to 12. The airy breakfast nook has views from 3 sides: forest, valley and nearby hills. Expertly laid out gourmet kitchen with island also has items needed for creating fine meals and entertaining.
Lounge around the backyard: lawns, gardens, small vineyard, a built in pool, and a hot tub on a deck overlooking the stunning view. A separate light filled building has exercise equipment.

I've stayed at this property before and have booked it again for next year. It's one of the nicest properties I've stayed in, including the grounds, the ambience, the quality of the house itself, the well appointed rooms and fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for the number of us that get together each year for this little gathering. Host is great to work with and very responsive.

The setting is tranquil and made us feel like we were the only humans for miles around - we were! The home accommodated 5 couples exquisitely. One suggestion Emily will correct is not having top sheets for the beds and hopefully the wine fridge will be repaired for guest use. Highly recommend for large groups - fellas enjoyed area's golf and gals doing local shopping, too. Thank you Emily for opening your home!

Pao House was everything we needed to celebrate a 70th birthday grandly with family and friends. Having five bedrooms with king-size beds and double-sink bathrooms in each was a luxury none of us fully anticipated. The surrounding forest and landscaping of the property provided a lush environment for photos, leisurely walks, and quiet times. With wineries, restaurants, sightseeing, recreational activities, and shops within easy driving distance, no one had a chance to get bored. We were delighted with our stay and our host.

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with three couples and had a wonderful time. The grounds were breathtaking, the house was well, equipped, and very clean. It was in close proximity to some of our favorite wineries, and yet was very private, and had plenty of room for each couple to have their own bedroom and bathroom.

Really great house in a very secluded and lovely location, this spot was perfect for our group of family and friends to celebrate a late Christmas together. The house is very private, situated on a densely forested ridge with no other houses within viewing or hearing distance. The grounds and garden are spectacular. The hot tub and pool were perfect additions to our stay for combined soaking and winter cold plunges! I would give five stars, but there were a few things that could be improved -- namely, the housekeeping team should make sure all of the lightbulbs are working! We all had a number of fixtures that weren't operating in our rooms; a couple of us had to use the bathroom in the dark, and the dining room is lovely but the bulb installed over the table had a very high Kelvin rating (cold/blue temperature) so it should be replaced by something warmer. There were a couple of other very minor issues mainly having to do with things you only notice at close range; I was encouraged to bring these things up by other members in my party only because, at this price, you sort of expect perfection! But, we all agreed we would still consider staying here again -- all in all, a great experience with a few very minor inconveniences.

Another wonderful Christmas family gathering at Emily’s. We gathered here two years ago and were fortunate enough to book again for this year. Enough bedrooms for all traveling family members to have a cozy place to stay and wonderful entertaining space for local family to visit for the day / evening. Space heaters on the deck made it cozy to watch the sunset and the view from the hot tub is amazing. We highly recommend the Pao house for large gatherings!

Beautifully designed, decorated, located and landscaped home. Very comfortable furnishings. Lots of options for gathering and dining indoors and out - and the views! Great opportunities for bird watching - the hummingbirds! The pool was inviting but we were out of season, so we were able to enjoy the hot tub. Sebastopol is a bustling town and there are some nice restaurants and good grocery shopping. We loved our wine tastings.

Beautiful property and house. We saw several deer on the an near the property. Emily was very responsive to our questions. There were a few lights that needed bulbs and a shortage of wine glasses, but the rest of th e house was perfect. We do you definitely come back!

The house is set in a special location with spectacular views from every direction. All rooms were beautifully decorated. The beds with very comfortable with seating areas in every one with attached bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped. The only recommendation would be to have more than one roll of paper towels.

The Pao house is gorgeous and was perfect for our family. 9 of us stayed for a long weekend ranging in ages of 21 to 60. There was privacy for everyone but also lots of places to congregate together, including a beautiful deck and backyard. The gardens and views are GORGEOUS and I really could not recommend this place more!

Pao House was a fabulous home for our friend reunion! The home is well appointed - bedrooms are large and allow for privacy - while the many terraces and sitting areas made for locations to get away or congregate with friends whether by the pool or on the many patios. Kitchen is also well-equipped for the many meals we prepared during our stay. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms well stocked and roomy. Room darkening shade would have been appreciated for those who are not early risers. Again, a fantastic place - quiet and peaceful in a gorgeous nature setting! Wonderful place for a family and/or friend get together!

This is an extremely comfortable, roomy and well-appointed house set in a mesmerizing wooded setting within easy driving distance from Sebastopol. Each of us 5 couples had a lovely bedroom with a large en suite bathroom. The kitchen was large enough for an ensemble of cooks. The appliances were up-to-date and fully functional. There's a lovely patio area with a pool and large hot tub, and outside sitting/dining with effective heaters. Everyone was very satisfied with the experience and we plan to return.
