Beautiful house with a large yard right on the Metedeconk River with a dock (25x12x 5 feet deep) so you can bring your boat or jetski. Ideal for relaxation and watersports. Plenty of space, indoors and out, for the perfect family beach getaway for up to 8 people (ideal set up for 2 families with kids). The house is located close to the beach (5 min drive), to grocery stores and shopping as well as restaurants and all activities of the Jersey Shore.
• 3 br/ 2 1/2 bathrooms
o Master bedroom: 1 King Size Bed & Master Bath with shower
o Back Bedroom: 1 King Size Bed & daybed
o Kids Bedroom: 2 Twin over Full bunk beds
• Wireless Internet/ Cable TV/ DVD Player (only 1 TV in house in TV room)
• Kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, 2 ovens, microwave, 4- burner stove
• Separate Living/ Dining Room/ TV room
• Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer
• Screened porch
• Large back patio with fenced in yard
• Gas grill (propane included)
• All utilities and Central Air included
• All towels and linens included
• Parking for 3-4 cars
We’ll also include 4 beach badges, beach chairs and umbrella. It’s everything you need to start relaxing!
• Brick Ocean Beach is an easy 5 min drive (20 min bike ride)
• Point Pleasant Beach/ Seaside are all within an easy 10-15min drive.
