This extraordinary three bedroom, three bath unit has a very spacious open feeling with dynamic views of the Atlantic Ocean. The immaculate decorations in this fully furnished condo provides you and your guests with hours of comfort and relaxation while on vacation. This unit will comfortably sleep six. There is a King size bed in the Master, and Queen size beds in both the second and third bedrooms! Excellent ocean views from the spacious living room and dining room. Take your meals at the Dining Room table with a Million Dollar view! You've got to see it to believe it. The kitchen and bathrooms have granite counter tops. The Wave is an upscale, direct oceanfront complex on New Smyrna Beach. Amenities at The Wave include a sparkling ocean side pool and a fancy outdoor grilling/bar area. In New Smyrna Beach, you can enjoy beach combing, swimming, building sandcastles, fishing, and all sorts of water sports. New Smyrna is known as the surfing capital of Florida. Even if you don't want to try yourself, you'll enjoy watching the locals hang ten. New Smyrna Beach is a laid back town; plenty of casual dining with great seafood restaurants.
Canaveral National Seashore is a short drive down the road. Here you can put in your boat for world renowned flats fishing- you'll find snook, trout and reds in Mosquito Lagoon. The Atlantic Ocean invites kayaking, surfing, sailing, sunbathing, snorkeling, and any other ocean activity.

This condo is amazing! I traveled with my family and we were very comfortable here. The condo had everything we needed to cook dinners together, was well equipped and very clean. The beach wasn't too busy and the provided beach towels, chairs, body boards and sand toys were an added bonus! As a single woman traveling with my sister and our kids, safety is important to me. I appreciated the level of security the building offered and the area was very quiet. Our host, Michaela, was helpful and responsive with any questions I had. She even offered up some ideas for activities we could do. Definitely rent kayaks at JBs and paddle to manatee cove! What an awesome experience! It was the highlight of the trip for us. We already miss the comfort of the condo and hope to stay again sometime. Thank you, Michaela!

The unit was very clean, and had all of the utensils, dishes, cooking utensils, pots, pans and cookie sheets we needed. The host was very responsive and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. We really enjoyed the balcony facing the beach in the evenings. Beach access is convenient and the under building parking kept our car cool. Highly recommended!

To start, the parking and walking distance to get to the condo took only seconds! No long walks to//from parking lot and extremely easy and fast to get to the condo! Once inside, you will have the most amazing and breathtaking views of the ocean! The condo is gorgeous and the beds were extremely comfortable. We felt like we had the entire condo building to ourselves since it was so quiet and private. The pool is elevated and overlooks the ocean and beach. The beach is a very short walk down the boardwalk. So many restaurants and stores all within a few minutes We loved staying here and didn’t want to leave! Everything about this place is nothing less than amazing! Thank you!

You never know if a property will be as described until you arrive and this condo was better than expected! It was beach front, clean, beautifully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and the trash chute was so handy! The check-in and out was easy and the building and garage were secure. We were in town for my daughter's wedding and fell in love with New Smyrna Beach and would definitely stay in this condo again.

This was the perfect location for our stay. We immediately felt comfortable and were thrilled with the oceanfront view upon walking in. Once settled, we realized we were in the perfect location for everything we wanted. It’s close to the main strip and night life as well as being far enough away to escape everything.

This unit at The Wave was great for our family of 4. We had 3 bedrooms and 3 baths that worked well. All appliances worked perfectly and furnishings were nice. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and supplies-lots of seasonings, oils, trash bags and paper products. Such a nice addition when staying away from home. The famly room is furnished with leather sofas which were comfy for napping. The host, Michaela, responded quickly if there were any questions. The Wave is convenient to town, but far enough out where the beach traffic isn't bad. We had a great week.

We had the best week staying at the wave. The condo was wonderful and had everything you could possible need. It exceeded all expectations. Check in and out was a easy process and contact with property manager was quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend if you love enjoying time on the beach away from the bigger cities.

Our whole family lives this condo. If I ever stay in NSB again, this is where I want to stay. The condo was spacious and beautiful. I loved all the windows and views of the ocean. We also loved sitting on the deck and drinking coffee. The owner allowed to check in a little early, which was very nice. We had a great time on the beach. We will definitely come back.

The condo has an amazing view of the beach/ocean. It was very clean and we felt right at home using the kitchen for breakfast and other meals. Michaela answered each of our questions even when they were at odd hours. Great experience all around!

Our second time there for many reasons. NSB has that family beachy vibe not as touristy as other beaches. Our host Michaela was awesome and also prompt when we contacted her. The Wave is very quiet and you feel very safe there! Planning on making this a yearly destination and hopefully booking at The Wave😎

This was the most stocked kitchen that we have ever experienced. Spices and things like laundry detergent was in abundance people left extras and cleaning staff left it to be shared by others. Did not have to buy anything even trash bags

Our group of 5 was above satisfied with this beautiful condo. It met all of our expectations, the beach is easy to access, the kitchen was well equipped and views of the ocean from almost every window were amazing. It was great that each bedroom had its own bathroom to accommodate our group. The home owner was pleasant and responded quickly with all my questions before and during our stay. Would highly recommend visiting this amazing property.

Very clean and tidy location. Has all the amenities needed. We wanted hotter water for showers and dishes. The bedroom closest to the kitchen has extremely thin walls, so they get less sleep as you can hear everything going on in the living room and kitchen. Other than that, we loved the decor, the location, etc…

Although the condo was spectacular, the elevator in the building was out for our ENTIRE 1 week stay...----as we were on the 4th floor, it was beyond exhausting hauling our luggage, coolers, beach items up and down the 4 flights of very steep stairs all week. We named it BOOTCAMP, not vacation ...

Our family has stayed at various Condos in New Smyrna Beach over 35 years. Our need is for 3 Bedrooms and Beachside, with a great ocean view. This Condo was the best and in beautiful condition, very clean and very tastefully decorated. Kitchen was well equipped with updated appliances and good quality cookware. Our preference is to be in walking distance of Flagler Ave but its only a short drive up the beach. The Condo is placed midway between two drive on beach access which makes it a little less crowded. Definitely our first choice in the future!
