Tbis property does not seem like much from the outside but when you walk in the front door it has that Florida feel, Very welcoming feel and bright n cheery. Florida wall hanging which we love. We were on the bottom floor. We had 1 small issue with the upstairs people but it was dealt with immediately and never had another issue. The owners replied back was was there within minutes (they happenes to be in the area at the time so it worked out good.. all in all i rate this a 10 out of 10

We have been coming to Palm Manor for years! This was our 10th year, would of been our 11th, but hurricane Ian stopped us last year from staying at Palm Manor. The property is very well kept, the pool is clean and the club has things you can do inside. The condos are very well kept clean upon arrival! Hoping to get back there soon!

We were here from mid January to mid April. Condo was large and comfortable with a walk in closet. Lovely artwork adorned the walls. Appliances worked well, had full sized washer and dryer. AC and heat worked very well. Plenty of hot water. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions. The pool in this complex was wonderful, clean and super warm. Grocery store across the street. Unit had very large TV in the main living area and a smaller TV in the master bedroom. My only complaint is there is some road noise during the day, but very quiet during the night. No sleeping issues.

The place was so nice and clean and very adequately furnished. Close to beaches and Marinas. Might be helpful to let people know good restaurants such as Landy’s in the area. Very convenient to Publix and CVS to pick up necessities

Our stay was positive in all respects. The owner had done a lot to make sure the condo was clean and ready for our visit. We enjoyed the clubhouse and pool as well. The location was perfect for going to the beach, shopping and restaurants. We look forward to returning someday.

This condo is walking distance to groceries, shops and restaurants. Easy biking distance to the beach and Old Englewood as well as the sports complex and Y. It is a bottom unit in a 2 storey older complex backing onto a busy road. The community pool is a focal point of the complex with lots of friendly neighbors many of whom return year after year.

The property was beach-themed, clean, and well-stocked with daily necessities. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby and a beach within a few mile's drive. We would definitely look to stay at this location again in the future.

This condo was just as described, so cute with just the right amount of space for my family. Very clean! I loved that it had a washer and dryer so I didn't have to go home with dirty clothes! Mitchell was so easy to work with and was super quick to respond when we had a question. We loved how close it was to the beach and to restaurants. The pool area was big and the pool was always warm. We encountered a few people who lived in the complex and they are very friendly and willing to give recommendations on fun things to do and good restaurants nearby. We are already planning our trip for next year. Would recommend this condo 100%!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was very clean and close to everything needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. It’s approximately 2.5 hours from Disney and super close to the most beautiful beaches I have ever had the pleasure of viewing. The price is great too! We hope to be back soon!

The process to rent this unit was extremely easy. The owner/ manger was quick to get back on all questions. The place was convenient, close to beaches and other places we were interested in. The unit was very clean and was equipped with everything you may need. Pool was nice, close to the Y for workouts. In summary I was extremely impressed . If I need something in the area I would look here first.

This is our second time using VRBO and our second great experience. The instructions from the owner made it very easy to gain access to our unit. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. This condo in Palm Manor was absolutely amazing - nicely decorated and modern, clean, and decorated with a beach feel. The pool is a central meeting place for all guests and residents, and inside the clubhouse there is a place to play pool, ping pong, and get some new reading material. The lanai was my favorite - having a screened in porch kept the bugs out and the sunshine in. The area has a lot to offer within walking distance or a short drive to the beach and some night/daytime entertainment. Englewood is definitely a hidden gem.
