We (3 adults, 2 children) had some great days with this accommodation in San Francisco. We found the property here on VRBO and can definitely agree that the pictures here describe the layout perfectly. The flat is furnished lovely, everything is very clean and in very good condition. Restaurants, shops, the Presidio, the Marina and downtown are nearby. If you are not travelling with a car, the bus takes you in 10 minutes to the Union Square (centre). Bonnie, the owner, is the (!) perfect owner- she answered directly all questions and it was a very nice experience to meet here. We'd always recommend this property to friends and can't wait to come back next year!

We really enjoyed our 4 nights at this place. Location was excellent, especially if you have a rental car. Grocery Starbucks, restaurants were close. Parking was relatively easy on the street with provided pass by owner. Unit itself was well laid out with great kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bath. New TV with netflix/amazon, wifi. Photos are very accurate. Spacious for 2 adults, 2 kids. Owners were great and very personable -- we really enjoyed meeting them in person. We were looking for a home base to explore SF and this exceed our expectations.

Our sojourn at the property to celebrate my birthday in the City was wonderful. The property had the cleanliness, convenience and quietness we were looking for. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with owner/manager prior to arrival was pleasant and informative. We had a car with us and parking was relatively easy. Breakfast cafe and sundry shop were within a block or two from the property. We were even surprised with a bottle of wine upon arrival. We definitely recommend this vacation home to travelers.

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental for so many reasons. The house is gorgeous -- great classic detailing with all the modern comforts, from the furniture to the kitchen to the bathroom. The back deck is an ideal spot for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The neighborhood is lovely, and getting around without a car was very easy. One corner over you can catch the Masonic bus or the California bus, which are main lines for getting to some of the city's top attractions. Walking around the neighborhood is an attraction itself -- only a few blocks from Filmore for great restaurants and cute shops. If you want to gawk, head up the street a couple of blocks to Billionaire Row and check out some of the country's most amazing mansions. Trader Joe's is about a 15-minute walk away, and the corner grocery appears to have plenty of snacks and a nice selection of ice cream. The Presidio is nearby with plenty of fun events. One of our cab drivers gave us a tip about the California cable car line being one of the best in the city. Pick it up at Van Ness and ride into downtown. We had the opportunity to meet one of the owners, and she was very accommodating and gave us some great ideas for things to do with kids. We appreciated that they were so responsive, because we did book fairly soon before we left for our trip. Staying in this lovely place, we really felt like we lived there for a few days.

Great apartment, very spacious and tastefully decorated, lots of old world charm with all mod cons. Lovely quiet and safe neighbourhood with lots of choices for restaurants nearby. Plenty of shops close too. A bit of a distance from where most of our activities were located at the yacht club,but that was just us. Owner left beer and wine and some treats on out arrival and was always around to answer any questions or queries. Highly recommended, like home from home!
