Newly installed split AC/Heating system. There is a queen-size murphy bed and a full size sleeper sofa that can accommodate two (2) guest's. The sofa bed is best suitable for young children. The kitchen offers a full size stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, refrigerator and is equipped with most everything you'd need to prepare a meal. Cable TV and DVD player in the living area. Wifi is free and accessible throughout the complex even in the pool area. There is parking for two cars. Maid service is not available. Guest's must supply their own Pool Towels. Upon checking out, guests must empty the refrigerator, clean and put away utensils and dishes and take out the trash and place in the dumpster provided on site. (Addition charges apply if not complied with) For guest's staying long term there is a Laundromat located in Provincetown or several laundry services in the area that can be found on line.
Guests will have access to the pool and the barbecue (charcoal) grills that's are provided off of the rear patio in the large rear yard and picnic area.

The neighborhood:
North Truro is a small beach community with many beaches to enjoy on both the bay side and the ocean side of Cape Cod. Little neighborhood grocery stores are located at either end of town. Casual and fine dining are within close proximity to the resort and are easily accessible. North Truro attracts those who seek quiet time and like to avoid chaos. I ask that all guests be congenial and respectful to your neighbors, both inside the condo and on the patio, as this is a quiet and peaceful community. Most guests that stay here will visit the nightlife in Provincetown then return to this quite space to relax for the evening.
Getting around:
Public transportation is available and runs regularly during the season stopping at the resort. The fare is only $2, and it will take you directly to Macmillan wharf in Provincetown, or to many of the beautiful beaches in the area. Its easy, cheap, and avoids the hassle and expense of parking your car in town. Visit their website for more information. Cap service is available and is priced reasonable. Uber is becoming more popular in the area too. Biking is an option too and bikes can be transported on the shuttle.

Terrific location for access to outer cape
1st let me say the owner was great about support through the booking process - I booked late, he accommodated our travel schedule. The property is located on the outer cape.. 15 min. from commercial street in PTown, about 15 from Wellfleet. Minutes from National seashore and local beaches.
The actual studio is a clean, small 1st floor studio in a simple complex. It has a Murphy bed and pullout couch and as such the mattresses are OK/thin but you wont get that 'wow that's a great nights sleep' refreshed feeling. You will hear the neighbors walking upstairs as creeks transmit easily. Also, it was hard to tell if the blankets or pillows had been cleaned or replaced recently. We rented linens (and were told about this need in advance) which helped us feel a little better about this. Kitchen and provided utensils are perfectly good. Pool was welcome. Huge back yard. All in all if you just need a simple place to sleep as a base for operations, it's totally fine. If you want a place that feels like a 'home' especially for those rainy days or when you just want to settle a little early for the night it may not be suited for more than 2 people.

Nice
The place is well equipped. We brought an air mattress and my 14 year old slept on that and my 11 year old slept on the fold out couch. Fold out couch is good for little kids or one adult.

The place was exactly as advertised and clean. It was quiet, close to everything, and just perfect.
Thanks for a great stay. It was low key, hassle free, and allowed us to enjoy our trip!
