About this apartment rental

This is a corner unit at the Crescent. 317. The huge balcony wraps around the building and shares views of the North as well as the Gulf. It is over 500 square feet. This is an extremely well equipped unit. The kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and a small flat screen tv. The master bathroom has travertine tile, granite and a rain tree shower along with separate deep jetted tub. There are 55 inch flat screen smart televisions and dvd players in every room. The living room also has a sound bar and subwoofer that you can connect through Bluetooth as well. The unit also has shutters throughout. It comes with free wifi that's fast enough for video streaming.

Walk to restaurants and shopping including the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. The unit comes with an umbrella and 2 chairs on the beach everyday. The complex features a huge clover leaf pool as well as a smaller heated pool and a separate hot tub. There is business library in the lobby complete with a printer. There is also a fitness center with cardio equipment and weights. All you need to bring are clothes and a beach towel!

Bike rentals, parasailing, yolo boarding, surfing, and kayaking are among the many nearby activities.

We have a Kuerig Brewing Machine... Single serving K-Cup Machine in addition to a traditional coffee maker. Just put in a new LG Washtower for laundry needs.

If you cancel within twenty (20) days of your scheduled check-in date, the full Rental Rate will be forfeited, but the damage deposit will be refunded if applicable.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason. No cancellations due to weather.
EXCEPTION: If a mandatory evacuation is issued for Walton County coastal areas, we will refund the prorated Rental Rate from the day the evacuation is issued until the end of the week.
We have a ring doorbell installed for safety and emergencies.

The condo itself was fabulous, well appointed, comfortable, and Catherine was great. Check in was easy and the front desk staff were super friendly. The main issue we had was the noise on the balcony. The only sound you can hear on the balcony is the pool filtration system and it was loud. The traffic was also a nightmare.

Beautiful condo. Beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only problem we had was with the TV’s initially. We finally realized there were no batteries in remote for master bedroom or living room.

We have stayed many times at the Cresent and while all of the condos we have stayed in were very nice, this one was by far the nicest. It was very clean and the furniture was both tasteful and comfortable. The balcony furniture was also high quality. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and blankets were also extremely nice-especially for a rental!! We also found the communication to be excellent. We appreciated the attention to detail -the owners clearly went to great lengths to make this a special place.

The condo was very clean, well appointed and the wrap around porch provided a beautiful view of the ocean! The owner was very responsive when we had an issue with the sound for the TV in the living room. The beds were very comfortable. The condo is very convenient to restaurants, the Silver Sands outlet stores and grocery stores. The only negative was that the condo was very close to highway 98, so we heard a few loud car engines late at night but overall it was a great place. We will thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The property was in a great location right on Miramar Beach. The condo had a large wrap around deck with nice furniture to start the day and end the day with full views and sounds of the gulf. Overlooking the pool. It had a great set up for two couples. Two king size beds and their own bathrooms. Large common area and kitchen was wonderful.

The condo is beautiful, clean and was very roomy for our party of 6. It was the perfect location with restaurants, bars and shopping within a couple of miles either direction. The oool and beach area were amazing and the compliment beach umbrella and chairs were a plus!!! We will be back and highly recommend Crescent.

We loved our stay at the Crescent! Our Condo was comfortable and the views of the Gulf were stunning! The Crescent is also in a very convenient location. We were frustrated with the slow internet service. Every time we tried to watch a movie, it would just randomly stop for long periods of time. That was disappointing. Other than that, we were highly satisfied!

Loved the condo! It was so close to Baytowne Wharf for restaurants and shopping, yet not too far away from Harborwalk Destin. The pools and property are well maintained and beautiful. The beach front access with chairs and an umbrella were absolutely perfect! Water was beautiful and warm. Highly recommend!

Christina was very helpful at check-in. The condo was exactly like the pictures. We rented from Wed.-Sun. The codes were changed on Saturday without us being notified which created a problem getting in and out of the gate and pool area. Overall a great stay.
