This 4 bedroom 3 bath house is located in Locust Lake. A private community with its own security and multiple lakes for swimming, fishing, boating etc. Very close to Jack Frost & Big Boulder, Mt. Airy Casino Resort, Pocono Raceway, Kalahari Water Park, Hiking Trails, quad and dirt bike trails, Go-Karting. Ideal spot for skiing with family or friends!

We had a great time in locust lake village 7 adults. Clean house and bob the owner was great and answered every question we had. Nice game room that we used every day especially with it raining every day. We cooked too everything you needed was there. Awesome place.

Large home with space to spread out. Very large deck with hot tub was enjoyed by all. Homeowner was great to talk to prior to our arrival and was easy to contact during our stay. Home was clean.

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a perfect vacation! Bob made sure to explain everything that we needed to know and was available if we had any questions. The house has great amenities with two separate living rooms so everyone could spread out and be comfortable. There’s tons of seating outside too. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and plenty of cooking utensils. We had an amazing vacation! We will definitely be back again.

Owner is great to work with and made process easy. Our family loves games, indoors and out, and this house was perfect for that! We prepped/ate all our meals at the house, so if you plan to do that as well, bring some kitchen/serving supplies. HOA was annoying, which isn’t unusual for an HOA, but good to know up front.

From beginning to end, all turned out great. Owner stayed connected with us all till the last day of our check out. Just staying inside is just as well as entertaining with what the home has in store.

We stayed at this property last year for thanksgiving and we had an awesome time so we decided to do it all over again this year for thanksgiving. We had an amazing time once again. Robert is very easy to communicate with and the house is really nice and cozy. We will definitely go back.

Within seven hours of check-in I was on the phone with Vrbo trying to relocate. The home was dirty there were holes in the wall it smelled bad and within a few hours after checking we noticed rodents and rod droppings in the corners and windowsills and behind the dressers it was absolutely disgusting. The hot tub is foggy and hasn’t been cleaned none of the nine for my family reunion vacation was able to use it at all. I have been a customer with Vrbo for 10 years and they did absolutely nothing they gave me the runaround and forced me to deal with the owner who is unwilling to deal with anything or refund my stay.The owner ended up cursing at me in the end I was not offered a refund I was not transferred for a five night stay my party only stayed 2 1/2 days and we had to leave. Not to mention this house is completely haunted in my opinion. If you’re a ghost hunter stay here you will love it I woke up screaming in the middle of the night and couldn’t sleep one night if that. I wouldn’t pay more than $25a night for this dilapidated house and I have filed complaints that have been validated and are being handled by the Better Business Bureau, and the attorney generals office in Monroe County,PA.

Fantastic Vacation Home
This home was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 3 children. The large dining table was perfect for family dinners, the large deck, karaoke machine, game room, Sauna, hot tub and fire pit was great for fun times. The lakes, beaches and wildlife were awesome. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate our needs in his home and with the office in registering.
We do recommend this vacation home. .

Great place for a group of friends on a golf trip
This place was perfect for our needs. Nice place , good location, good value, great amenities. I thought the place was actually bigger than the pictures. Deck was huge and came furnished with lots of comfortable chairs.
A couple negatives:
When we arrived the code did not work. The pin pad had been locked with a key so the code could not work. We were able to get in through an open window, went to play golf and by that time Robert got back to me letting me know where a key was hidden.
I slept in the basement, it was noisy and there were some bugs.
Some of the noise came from the baseboard heater which had been left on. It took me two nights to figure that out. Maybe some better communication between Robert and the cleaning crew would take care of the problem. Same with the door being locked. Or maybe the cleaning crew just doesn't listen?
Overall this place worked well for our golf trip. I think we got a good value for our money.

Me and my group of friends had a great time at this house. The area is surrounded by lakes that you can go and visit with everyone. Groceries stores are nearby which comes in handy. The environment is beautiful at night and especially the hot tub is a great place to relax. Definitely recommend this house.

I would highly recommend this house . It is close to skiing, Kalahari and the casino. There was lots of space to move around and we slept 12 very comfortably.

Awesome ski/snowboarding getaway
The house was very well stocked, clean and spacious. Our family had plenty of room to hang out The sauna and hot tub were very much enjoyed by everyone. Awesome way to warm up after a day on the slopes

Perfect for a family stay
This home was the perfect pocono getaway for our group of 14. There is a enough space to spread out and hang out — from the open concept upstairs to the huge basement. The deck with hot tub and chairs and table gives more space. The homes is comfortable and well equipped. Bob is helpful in giving you all the info before you arrive. We easily fit five cars in the driveway. We had no problems and the house was as advertised. Definitely a good home to consider for a stay. Thanks, Bob.

Perfect location for a fun and relaxing weekend!
Went up for the weekend for a small college friend reunion and this was the perfect house! It was a great size, very clean and close to the lakes. Robert made it so easy and straightforward to check in and no problems came up all, thanks to Robert’s prep! Defintely recommend!

Great Family Place
We had a wonderful weekend. We had several kids with us and with rain, this house really made for a great weekend. There was a ton to do in the house, and it was well located within the community. Robert was very helpful and informative about the property. There was plenty of seating for our group to have family meals together. We are looking forward to enjoying this property again! We stayed in this property for a long weekend and it rained the entire time. However, we had a good time thanks to the amenities, especially the Jacuzzi. We lost a day as we didn't figure out how it works though Bob mentioned it before the trip. Pay attention to what he says :-).

We had a rather unfortunate experience with this rental. We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children and hoping to have a relaxing weekend together. The house is ill-equipped for relaxation. There is a nest of bees somewhere in a wall and there were bees frequently coming into the house and stinging us. The kitchen was woefully unprepared for people to stay there: no wine opener, very shabby pots and pans, no cookware dishes at all, very few mugs and glasses, and no bowls of any kind for preparing/serving food. The pilot light in the fireplace went out twice and it is a huge hassle to get it relit. There were no sheets on any of the beds when we arrived, and the sheets were poorly folded and not organized in any way in the linen closet. The pillows all need to be thrown away, as they were not acceptable. There are a number of broken pieces of furniture and the vanity in the master bathroom is completely detached from the wall. We were told in our initial conversation with the owner that we had to register in the neighborhood office and that we would be able to get a permit to take our garbage to the dump, but the office was never open, so we ended up having to take our garbage with us. Considering the very high price for two nights in this house, it was an incredibly low value for the price.

The owner and the property were fine minus a few minor things that didn't hinder a good time. The local development association and staff however are a different story. Leaving out details ,just be weary of hard to reach office staff and lurking wannabe highway patrol.

Perfect Mountain house for a large family
My Family and I loved the spacious layout of the house. It was great for entertaining my large family. We loved all the different sleeping arrangements. The hot tub on the deck was perfect at night when it was 9 degrees out. The bar and pool table in the basement was great to hangout, listen to music and play games. This house is in a great family community close to all the big mountains. I was however, dissapointed by the cleanliness upon arrival. There were towels/sheets in the washer and dryer, we found a half ate wawa sizzlie breakfast sandwich behind one bedroom door off the kitchen, the doors/railings/light switches were gross with fingerprints and grime. We made sure to clean all the high touch surface areas before we unpacked (it looked like they haven't been touched by the cleaners in multiple stays). The trash compacter was chaotic and we ended up having to drive home with all of our trash.

Great stay
My friends and I had a great time staying at Bob’s home. The house is in a perfect area and Bob was upfront about certain items in the house that unfortunately were not working as expected. He also was extremely detailed in how the home should be taken care of. One suggestion going forward is to get new pillows for the beds as well as new sheets. The sheets some times were I’ll fitting on the bed or were clearly not well aged. For future guests, I would suggest you bring your own sheets and pillows.
