Looking for a vacation with lots of room and lots of activities for all in your party. Condo is beach front unit located in the Crescent Shores and is 4 bedroom 3 baths and fully appointed with everything you need and then some!
The North Myrtle Beach Area is perfect for families/extended families. All the comforts of home are here, every room has a TV/VCR/DVD. And speaking of rooms they are all large with plenty of room to spread out. No cramped quarters here! All bedrooms have pillow top mattresses .
The balcony is 27 feet long and can easily accommodate six to eight people for dining overlooking a beautiful beach. Kitchens and bathrooms all have granite countertops. Master bathroom the Crescent Shores is a jetted hot tub and there is a stand alone shower. Master bedroom opens onto the balcony. All the bedrooms have closets and are furnished to handle large families. All the furniture is top of the line and classy; no beach front cheapies here.
Beautiful beach and ocean views. You can see for miles even from the other bedrooms. No feeling like you are in a cave here. Lots of light and day and night time views.
Next door to Crescent Shores is Molly Darcy's a great bar/restaurant so you do not have to go far for a drink and a quick bite. This beach area is used to launch the parasailing and banana boat rides. Prices are negotiable with them give it a try! There is at least one mini golf location within walking distance. We know what it is like to feed an army and try and do it on a budget. There is a Super Walmart close by. A little further away in South Myrtle Beach is a Costco and Sams Club. Our full size refrigerator will come in handy.
If you prefer to eat out the choices go on and on. From Barefoot Landing to the many individual restaurants you have hundreds of choices for every palette. There is plenty of shopping within minutes. A newly renovated twelve-plex theater within 10 minutes drive at the Colonial Mall.

Didn't realize we would be on 15th floor and a corner unit. The view was spectacular.
The unit was spacious and superbly equipped.
The elevators were quick and with minimal waiting.
The pools were well maintained.
Our party was 5 adults and three active children. We had a wonderful week, and we would love to do it again next year.

The condo was large and in great shape. Check in was extremely quick. The only issue we had was the lack of linens. There were not any hand towels in the bathrooms or dish towels in the kitchen. We have rented a lot of condos in Myrtle Beach and always had hand towels/dish towels. We purchased them and had a wonderful vacation!

The property was perfect for our family’s vacation. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The location was close to all of our favorite destinations. We will definitely book again!

Arrived after a 6 hour drive, assumed we would shop for groceries after we brought in suitcases and got kids settled. No toilet paper in any bathroom. No paper towels, overall furniture, beds, etc were as expected, but several areas were not cleaned well. Water bottle under dresser, tissues under bed, piles of sand on deck from kids playing. We enjoyed beach, pools and family time once we got settled with basics and food.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property! Damian was easy to work with and answered all questions we had prior to our stay. Condo was very spacious with beautiful views! The corner unit was perfect! The building had a wonderful pool and lazy River as well! Our boys visited the workout room too. There is a bar/restaurant next door, and a souvenir shop across street within walking distance. Parking garage was tight but so close to condo. Checkin was smooth (at a nearby location), and unloading went well for us. You can park temporarily under building and carts were abundant. There were several elevators so slight wait, but staff on hand to help guide.
Small details of Things we wish we knew ahead: Not provided were bathroom/kitchen towels, potholders, or TP (other rentals in past we’ve had those were provided). There are some pans stored in the oven drawer (didn’t think to look there when needed).
The storage closet for unit is in hallway and had sand toys as well as boogie boards (may change weekly depending what others leave/take).
It was a wonderful vacation- loved the condo- the view- the facility/ and location!!! We had family pics taken just out front by a local photographer and they are perfect!

This was are first time staying here and it was fantastic! We had two families staying total of 9 people and we had more than enough room. Everything was clean and everything worked as should. It has an awesome view of the beach and ocean. Would stay again for sure. Thank You. We had a blast!!!

I truly enjoyed this unit at Myrtle. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and would definitely rent this unit again! I highly recommend this be a consideration when looking to book at Nort Myrtle.

Pro’s : Excellent location, beautiful pool, layout of condo very good, windows with a view in most rooms. Condo got a lot of sunlight and daylight which made it very bright and cheerful. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Very nice pots and pans, crockpot, and baking sheets , pans and plates. Had a very nice washer and dryer.
Cons: Area rug in living room was very dirty and worn. It looked awful. Entire condo had tile floor which felt very gritty, like sand and was dirty. Didn’t look like it had been mopped very well……if at all.
The beds were awfully uncomfortable ……all of them !!!! Very soft and no support. The couch had electric recliners on both ends but they didn’t work. And yes, they were plugged in.
The loveseat was horrible for us older people to sit down in and try to get out of. They sunk down so low.
The parking situation is not real good. There were only a handful of parking spots under the building. Most of them were for the condo owners. We have 2 handicapped individuals in our group and they had to park across the street all the time. Not an ideal situation. But we managed..
On Wednesday the water was shut off to the entire building for 8 1/2 hours for maintenance work This should have been done during a
slower time of the year., when there weren’t so many of us there. It really put a damper on plans we had for the day.
It would’ve been nice to get a refund back for one day, to compensate for the inconvenience we experienced.
One more thing which I find alarming. We called GSR on Saturday to tell them the refrigerator didn’t seem to be working. We had already been to the grocery store so we had food in it. We were told they wouldn’t be able to send anyone to look at it until Monday. It finally started to work. But what if it had never started to cool ? All of our food would have ruined by then ? They should have someone available to come and check it out a lot sooner than that. That is the biggest complaint I have. That is unacceptable, in my opinion….not being able to check a non-working fridge for 2 more days

The air in the condo was stuffy, with 11 people staying there, so it wld have been nice to adjust the thermostat to our needs and not a “locked” pre-setting of 72! One of the keys didn’t work in the door, so that was not good having to wait for other family members with a key! AND, the kitchen had NO towels, pot holders or oven mitts, so that was another added expensive and trip to the store!

Plenty of options for outdoor fun as this condo has an indoor pool, a large outdoor pool, a large lazy river, a kiddie pool and two hot tubs.
Damian was great to work with and always provided fast communication. He was amazing and was willing and able to accommodate a last minute room change to a lower level.

Very dissatisfied re checking in. Condo cleanliness was not up to par - floor felt sandy & kids feet were black walking barefoot when we got there. Hair in bathtub to name a few.

The property was amazing great views communication with the owner was perfect. My family enjoyed our vacation so much. Parking in the parking garage was alittle annoying with the right spaces BUT we were always gaurenteed a spot! FYI don't ever park under the building we seen many people with a big yellow block on their windshield. That's their version on a boot on your tire. But it was great and I will definitely book again.

This condo was very nice and had plenty of room. All the amenities were comfortable. It had everything you needed for your stay, from kitchen items to extra blankets if you needed them. Easy to get to and located in a good area to be able to get anywhere you wanted to go in a reasonable time. The owner responded quickly to my call .

We checked in on a Saturday night...couple things to note. We were not able to check in with the office for the “welcome bag”. (Maybe it would work better to place these bags in the condos for people who arrive after hours and on the weekend?) We did not expect them to provide supplies for us but when we arrived there was a half a roll of toilet paper in one bathroom (for 8 of us!), no trash bags, hand soaps, dish soap, or broom to sweep.We weren’t sure what to expect so we didn’t bring these items with, we assumed there would be a little of these items though to hold us over. But the owner was phenemonal with communication and getting back to us and we had a fantastic stay!!!

Enjoyed our stay. We were very comfortable staying there. All items that we needed to prepare our meals were available. Great location. The view of the ocean from the balcony was awesome. Sitting on the balcony and be able to enjoy the ocean sounds, sun rise, and the moon was so nice. Only recommendations would be a key pad lock as we were side tracked and locked ourselves out and had to call management company to let us back in. They responded within minutes after hours and has us back in within 30 minutes. They couldn’t have been nicer.

We have been Traveling to North Myrtle Beach for 6 years. This year we stayed at Crescent Shores. It was super nice. The location is beachfront, a little restaurant/bar is right next to it and a beach store across the street. Our condo was huge. We stayed on an end unit with lots of windows and tons of light. It was clean and had everything we needed. The owners that we rented from were friendly and very helpful. Everything worked out well. Prior to booking with them I had a bad experience with a previous owner who had overbooked our place and then I found this place and the owners were great. I had no worries. I plan on going back next year and would recommend to anyone. It was a fantastic experience all the way around.

Our family had a wonderful time vacationing at the Crescent Shores. The unit was well maintained, very spacious and tastefully decorated. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen since most meals were eaten in; also the grills because we love fresh grilled seafood. Some of us enjoyed golf, others putt putt golf but primarily we went to NMB to relax and enjoy the sun, sand and surf in this desirable area of the Strand. I found Mr. Ameen to be very accommodating and a pleasure to do business with and would consider renting from him again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Crescent Shores in North Myrtle Beach. The weather was beautiful. Our four bedroom unit was very spacious with lots of room to enjoy each others company and find space to be alone. It was easy to visit other sites in and around NMB. We spent the day in Georgetown and watch the filming of "The Cape" which was very exciting and took a trolley around the town. We look forward to our return...perhaps next year.

This property was even better that you saw online. The owners are fabulous to work with and make it very nice to work with. The kitchen is wonderful and is loaded with all you need for your stay. The decor was beautiful and made you feel like you were at home. It is close to many things if you want to go out and about. It is wonderful to just hang out on the balcony and read with the ocean looking at you. I reccommend this condo and will go back myself. This is one of the best vavactions that we have taken, OUTSTANDING!

This is a great condo. It truly does look exactly like the pictures on the internet, the owners are excellent to work with, very nice people. I feel like they are my friends and I've never even seen them.The condo has everything you need for a great stay, kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools, tv in every bedroom, they even suppy boogie boards to ride the waves. The balcony was faboulous, we had a full size dinning table for 6 and a bistro table for 2. The view is awsome! This is one of the few condos on the North Myrtle Beach grand strand that has a restaurant right next door and an ice cream shop a half block away. It's a perfect location. This condo is on a quiet part of the beach, we felt totally safe letting our young teens walk the beach at night, we could see them from the balcony and there were no loud bars in the area we had to worry about. This is a great place for families. If we go back to Myrtle Beach we will definitely stay at this condo. And if we go anywhere else I will contact these owners to see if they have property wherever we want to go.

We spent a week on the beach at the Ashworth (901) in late July and had a great time. The unit was in good condition and being right on the beach was great. Everything was as advertised. We had absolutely no problems dealing with the owner and the small maintenance issue we had was dealt with within one day. Also, the security deposit was returned to me very quickly.

We stayed at 901 Ashworth and had a great week. There was something for everyone, and all within walking distance. The teens enjoyed the lazy river, the arcade, (just a couple of blocks away), golf, and of course, the ocean. Shops, and some small, quaint resturants are just a 5 minute walk away. The condo looked like it had just recently been repainted, and the decor is all nicely done. The 4 bedrooms allowed us all the space and privacy needed and we enjoyed cooking some of our meals right there where we could look out the sliding doors at the big beautiful ocean. Owner, Damian was always pleasant to speak with and prompt in getting in touch with us.

We just returned from this unit in Myrtle Beach with our family of twelve. We had a great stay. The unit had enough space for our family and was clean upon arrival. It is also oceanfront which was important for us to walk out on the balcony and overlook the beach. Damian was extremely easy and helpful to deal with in terms of making the reservation and payment. MY HUSBAND AND I STAYED WITH OUR FRIENDS AND THEIR FAMILIES AND WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR RENTING CHAIRS AND UMBRELLAS. PARASAILING RENTAL ALSO. THE CONDO WAS LARGE ENOUGH FOR OUR GROUP AND WE NEVER FELT LIKE WE WERE IN EACH OTHERS WAY. THE VIEW FROM THE BALCONY HAD TO BE THE BEST PART OF THE CONDO, FROM THE 15TH FLOOR YOU CAN SEE EVERYTHING. CRESENT SHORES WAS VERY NICE TO DEAL WITH CHECKING IN AND OUT AND DAMEEN THE OWNER WAS A PLEASURE TO RENT FROM. I WOULD RETURN IN THE FUTURE.

We were pleasantly surprised to find the condo furnished well and enjoyed the great views.
We did have a shower head that was not working properly but informed the office and someone came to install a new shower head that same day.
We had 11 people and they had more than enough room to store everyones clothes.
Also, because we did have so many people we ate all our breakfast's, most lunches and dinner 4 nights at the condo and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed including a crock pot. Thank you so much for that. They also had plenty of storage containers to put the leftover food in the refrigerator.
Mr. Ameen was very tentative to my questions and concerns before booking the condo and was equally tentative afterwards. Will not hesitate to book with him in the future if my travels take me back to Myrtle Beach or somewhere else he has a condo to rent.
