NOTE-This is a pet free home. No exceptions
3 king bedrooms, 2 twins in bedroom, 2 twin pullouts in private sitting room, 3 twins in bunk room. 4 bedroom total with 2 extra private sleeping areas which include a private sitting room and bunk room. Please note that the bunk room is attached to the house but you need to go outside the door by the pool to access it. It does not have direct access to a bathroom. You would need to walk about 5 steps to the door to the house to access the bathroom. Great for older kids and extra sleeping but I would not want to stay out there nor would I want my young kids to stay. My tween/teens love it. It has a window heating and air unit.

A truly grand vacation home with special attention to detail and your every comfort in mind. Relax around the private in ground plunge pool or enjoy a swim in the ocean just a few steps away. Ground Level: Large entrance foyer that opens to the outdoor pool with spacious decking for sun bathing. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. An extra room that you enter from the outside near the pool area - furnished with 3 singles which could be used as extra sleeping for older children or adult, also great for children's daytime nap while others are enjoying the pool. Large Beach side lawn for play/games. The main level features a large open floor- plan with living-dining-kitchen designed for family gatherings. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious enough for multiple cooks. 2 dishwashers, wet bar with wine cooler, Gas fireplace, 1/2 bath, separate laundry room, large flat screen TV & DVD combo that opens to a wonderful oceanfront porch. The master suite includes an attached sitting room (private when doors are closed) with 2 large single sleeper chairs, luxury master bath, separate walk-in shower and 2 large closets. Ipod docking stations and High Speed Wireless Internet. All bedrooms have flat screen TV/DVD combo's . Outside shower (hot and cold) with dressing area. Parking for 5-6 cars in 2 car garage and driveway. Linens are included in the rental. NO STUDENTS RENTALS.
Casa Blanca Wrightsville Beach recently had a propane pool heater put in. The cost if you would like the pool heated during your stay is $350 per week. Please let me know if this is something you are interested in so we can arrange to have it turned on during your stay. The heater is brand new so it should work great. It will take the pool from 65 degrees to 85 degrees so you and your guests would be able to enjoy the pool during the off season. If you have young ones joining you this would be a really fun addition. The pool is open year round but it would be chilly after mid October unless you opt to heat it. Please note that we cannot guarantee the pool heater and will refund the $350 charge in the event it does not work. The salt ocean is very hard and the heaters only last a short time at the beach. We are not able to give discounts on your nightly rental rate only a refund on the heater charge. It is only a few years old so it should work great though.

We love Wrightsville Beach; this was our 5th consecutive year of vacationing as a family there. Casa Blanca was our favorite home. We have rented it so far, and we love the north end of the island.

My family of eleven, ranging in age from 6 to 76, took over Casa Blanca for the week of the Fourth of July, and once the fun started, it never stopped. This is a beautiful, well-equipped home loaded with all the amenities you want and need at the beach. It sits on a lovely stretch of Wrightsville Beach called Shell Island and it's once of the least crowded areas in Wrightsville. Add the beautiful beach to a private swimming pool and everyone, from kids to adults, was happy. The house is quite large and with three king size bedrooms, all the men in our family were able to spread out and really get some much-needed rest. The children loved the bunk room (I even slept out there a couple nights) and the beds there were quite comfortable as well. The kitchen was well-equipped and both sons-in-law took turns cooking some gourmet meals. We enjoyed dining both on the porch with a gorgeous view as well as at the large dining table flanked by windows. The only negative about this house was the ice maker which could not keep up with demand but the homeowner knows about this and the property manager stocked us with bag ice before we checked in. Everything about Casa Blanca is a ten out of ten! We cannot wait to return next summer! Oh, did I mention there are two sets of washer/dryers? Luxury galore!

Absolutely outstanding beach house and experience. Everything was perfect from start to finish. An amazing amount of beach equipment, bikes, and water toys. The kitchen was exceptionally equipped and supplied. Tom was very available and helpful as the property handyman. Concur with the 10/10 rating given by others.

Gorgeous views! Excellent assortment of beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas etc… and Tom will set it all up for you! Pool is a huge bonus! Top notch comfort and exceptionally clean on our arrival. Plenty of space to spread out or come together for more intimate gatherings. Loved every moment of our stay!

This home was perfect for our annual family beach trip. The view left us speechless, from the upstairs deck or the pool patio. The home was clean, spacious, and fully equipped. We made home cooked meals, played in the pool, and walked on the beach. Our contact met us at the house to show us around and stayed in constant communication about anything we needed to know about the home. Another great beach vacation in a great house.

Very comfortable house with all the amenities. The view of the ocean is spectacular. Stayed with family to attend our son's wedding at the Wrightsville Manor. House was perfect for our entire family ages 13-85 years. Property Manager, Tom was great with communication and extremely helpful with everything.

The property is beautiful inside and out! Be prepared to wake up to breath taking views each morning from the master suite. Brooke and I communicated frequently before our trip and it was helpful to have that interaction with her. Tom, who helps maintain the property, is also very responsive if you need anything during your stay. The home is set up with many details that create an upscale experience and relaxing environment. I loved the ability to have music in any room and around the pool through Sonos. We had a wonderful experience both in Wrightsville Beach and in visiting shops and restaurants on the river walk in Wilmington. I expect we will be back every year.

We could not have enjoyed our stay more. The house is beautiful, comfortable and in the ideal spot. With the beach, the pool, the porches and the endless games and equipment, we didn’t need to go anywhere! We will definitely be back!

Casa Blanca is a gorgeous home on the beach at the quieter northern end of Wrightsville Beach. Views from the house are spectacular. The top floor was designed to capture viewpoints in all directions. The kitchen looks out on both the beach and the marsh to the West. It has top notch appliances and is very well stocked for those who enjoy cooking. The covered balcony overlooking the pool and beach has a large seating area as well as a dining area with grill. The house has everything you could possibly need for your beach vacation: beach chairs, bikes, toys etc. There is a also a great lawn area between the pool and beach for yard games. Communication with property owner and manager was excellent. We had eight great days of beaching, swimming, long walks and wonderful meals, capped off with family movies by the fire. Wilmington is about 25 minutes away. There are lots of great restaurants within about 15 minutes of the house, both on and off of the water. We would love to come back some day. There is still so much we want to do and see in the area. Thanks, Brooke and Tom, for facilitating a great covid escape for our family.

This is an amazing home that is so well equipped. You will lack for nothing in the kitchen, at the pool or beach, right down to the many bikes of all sizes in the garage. Beds and linens were very comfortable. The gathering areas were many, both inside and outside. Covered outdoor spaces as well as full sun, large indoor spaces to gather (living room area, sitting area, large dining area, and study area), all with full span ocean views. Easy access to great restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and shopping. Loved that it isn't in the more public congested beach area, but toward the northern quieter end of the island. Absolutely perfect.

The fantastic views and location of this rental simply could not be any better. The house is light and airy, and very well maintained. It is furnished with nice quality furniture and linens and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The property manager and owner were very responsive and a delight to deal with. Can't say enough about this property. Will definitely be a return guest!
