My husband and I wanted to get away together with our Dogs and we found the perfect spot. We were right on water so my husband could fish and I could swim. We had a wonderful time grilling out listening to music and enjoying every sunset. The room was perfect for us. The host thought of everything we would need to make our stay complete. The kitchen is well equipped with all of the essentials you need. The place was spotless and very comfortable. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to stay in the middle of the keys. The location is perfect to go out and explore the other keys in less than a day. Thank you for a relaxing enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed the location. I was able to snorkel which was great.
My only issues were trying to cook with the NON nonstick frying pan and lack of bath towels.
Thanks.

Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect. While the location is fantastic for fishing, boating, and other fun on the water, it was also great for a very tired couple that just needed to get away from it all together. We had everything we needed in a lovely place - both inside and out. The views are stunning and the villa had everything we needed. We loved it and will be back when we need another great getaway in the Florida Keys!

This was our 2nd time here. The villas have undergone a major renovation since our last visit, and it made the villas even nicer. The location can not be beat. It's very central in the Keys, about halfway between Key Largo & Key West. Plenty of peace and quiet, and beautiful sunsets. The water is only 3 steps from the door, and sea life around the boat docks is abundant. The property manager, Pete, was great. I cant say enough good things about Conch Key Villas. We will be back again.

The moment we walked into Villa #1 we knew we were in for a treat and we weren’t disappointed. The accommodations, the sunsets, herb/vegi garden, fishing, kayaks, boat slip, etc.. We didn’t know what to expect but loved it so much we booked our next stay while we were there. Thank you Daphnis for a wonderful place and thank you Pete for being an excellent host!

The property is fantastic! I stayed in #1, downstairs, and was VERY surprised at how nice & updated everything was, to include an immaculate kitchen with everything you need for basic cooking. Full size side by side fridge/freezer with ice maker, massive king size bed (a bit firm for my preference but awesome none the less), nice couch & tv - all in all the inside was fantastic for me.
Outside all the furniture was clean & in great shape, separate bait freezer, and an excellent garden where you’re free to grab ingredients for your meals (tomatoes, peppers, mint, basil, etc).
From my back door to the water was maybe 12ft, nice docks & the views at sunset are incredible, great spot to relax & take it all in!
The property manager - Pete, what a great person to be the representative on site, very professional yet friendly & accommodating with good local info & gives you a complete tour of the property when you arrive - I thought it was a very nice touch.
Did I mention Pete being a great person - I cut my trip short due to health concerns for my 13yr old Shiz Tsu (which turned out not to be too serious) and Pete took the time to call me a couple days after I left & check to see how Lucy was doing - a very thoughtful gesture in today’s times & a wonderful representation of the property as a whole.
10 stars all day long & I will definitely be back soon!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Conch Key Villas. Really pretty setting on the water bay side. Sunsets right out the door and having coffee/cocktail in the am/pm was super. Pete, the manager provided stellar service!

I’ve stayed on Conch Key for many years now and always wanted to stay at this rental. This was my first time staying at one of the units (Unit 1, first floor) and it exceeded my expectations. The unit was recently renovated/remodeled and was beautiful and comfortable. Kitchen, bathroom, and overall unit finishing were of great quality. Kitchen was stocked well! The view from the porch/patio and dock was the best in Conch Key. We had a daily visit from a sea turtle and spent evenings fishing off the dock. I loved the immediate connection to the water as you left out the rear of the unit and it’s a very quiet setting. I had the pleasure of meeting the property owner and the building manager. Both were incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ll be back!

My wife and I stayed at CCV in 2009 and haven't been able to procure a reservation intermittently since. The new CCV is absolutely beautiful and incredibly accommodating. Very well appointed, clean and well laid out for a carefree week in Conch Key. We will be back!!!

Came to fish
We were very impressed with the location, property and owners. Loved having our boat right there in front of us by feet! Fresh herbs to pick, sunsets to watch, spotless clean place, beautifully landscaped. Very nice owner. Stewart the man was helpful with local water, launches and the area in general. We would recommend this highly and will come again. Perfect for two people and if fishing is your goal.

Relaxing stay.
Perfect vacation for us and our Goldendoodle. If you bring your boat the docks are only feet away with trailer parking. Fishing is great at the dock.. unit was quite comfortable with everything you would need. Stewart and Katie were the perfect hosts. 🥰 Looking forward to a future visit.

Wonderfully relaxing stay
My husband and I stayed with our son for a week. The owners welcomed and introduced us to the property personally. The studio apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We fished and kayaked/paddle boarded every day and watched the sunsets. It was just gorgeous and so relaxing. Stuart helped us crack coconuts, provided fishing poles and find lobster from the incoming boats, even showed us how to clean them! We saw all sorts of fish, sea turtles and manatee from the dock. Thank you guys! We will be back!

Great value
The view from this property was amazing!!. The cost to stay here was very affordable. If u have a boat it’s definitely the place to stay. Our trip was last minute and everything was booked up, grateful this place was open. Hosts are very nice and accommodating. The unit was very clean and comfortable however the bathroom was very outdated, bathroom floor tile grout and floor of the shower grout appeared dirty and very worn, could use some serious cleaning and or regrouting. But not a deal breaker.Overall we did enjoy our stay and would give it a positive rating.

Great Place to relax in the Middle Keys
Conch Key Villas was a great choice. Stewart and his spouse (who live on the property) are a delightful hosts. They gave us great "local" insider tips on where to get great meals and things to do and not to miss. We will definitely be back to rent again when we return to the keys

Relaxing break
Very friendly owners but respectful of guests privacy. We’ve stayed here before under different ownership. Some improvements have been made for guests enjoyment. Owners let us know when a manatee was swimming under the docks and we were invited to a fish fry one night.

Paradise in the keys.
As soon as you pull onto the island you know it is going to be an amazing experience. Stewart met us at the gate to give the tour of an absolutely amazing piece of heaven. The property itself was like a tropical garden with so many beautiful plants. The large aloe plant was definitely one of our favorites. Basically you have access to everything there. Whether you want to kayak, ride a bike, borrow a beach chair, sit at the bar, grill out, he has it all. The view was breathe taking. Saw several fish and a couple small sharks. The property is located centrally in the keys so a short drive to all the places you would love to go. Stewart and his wife are more than happy to tell you where the best places to eat and sightsee are. Would definitely stay here again.

THE Conch Key
The photos don't represent how wonderful this stay is. Conch Key is by all comparisons, tiny with respect to the typical impressions of the keys. But it is not crowded. You will likely not notice it on your way to Key West (or even just Marathon). This property appears to be one of a few similar away homes on Island. This property is probably the premier destination on Conch Key. There is beautiful gardening as well as numerous amenities. The pictures are accurate, but not nearly as overwhemingly overwhelming as watching the sun set. Be sure to set an alarm in advance of sunset and sit on the patio. I am sure this is a fisherman's paradise, but we used to access nearby interests on Long Key-Layton-Islamorada to east and Marathon to west. From here it is only 15 minutes to Marathon highlights like Keys Fisheries, Porky's, Cracked Conch and numerous other restaurants. I regularly dive with Tilden's to reefs and wrecks like Thunderbolt. Conch Key does have a unexpectedly well stocked general store-sandwhich. And if you are up early enough, you can see sun rise on Atlantic across US1. Two oceans for the price of one.

Loved it!
Beautiful views. Just like described. Caught lots of fish from our dock. Best part was the manatee family (2 big and 1 baby) right outside our room. They came to the surface, great experience! Will definitely be back!

Our most relaxing vacation ever!
The studio apartments at Conch Villas include everything you need. The king bed is comfortable; strong wireless WiFi and cable TV. We totally enjoyed having our boat docked just outside our door and spent just about every day on the water. Conveniently located between Islamorada and Marathon, there are a lot of restaurant options, in addition to a Publix and Winn Dixie for groceries. Stuart and Kate are great hosts. They are very welcoming and approachable, yet do not infringe on your privacy. The hubs caught lots of fish, we played darts and corn hole on the property. The lush landscaping provides total privacy from the neighborhood. We are planning a return visit and highly recommend Conch Villas if you enjoy being off the “beaten path.”

Waterfront wonderfullness
Stewart and Chris were fabulous hosts. We enjoyed our brief stay. We rented an efficiency apartment with water view. The place was very comfortable and pet friendly. As an additional plus there are herb gardens on the property that we were welcomed to cut and use with our meal preparation.
Marathon is close by for shopping and groceries.

Keys Getaway
Loved our room at Conch Key Villas. Very clean and comfortable. Central location halfway in the Keys convenient to Marathon and beyond. Stewart and Katie very personable and helpful in every way. Enjoyed a great lunch at The Wreck, recommended by Stewart, a short ride from the villas. Highly recommend Conch Key Villas for location and amenities. Would definitely return for a relaxing vacation. Also, must have a meal at Marker88 restaurant in Islamorada. Great food and view. Blood orange Margarita. Yum!

Awesome!
Great view, very friendly hosts, relaxing and good fishing. Got a bag limit of Snapper off the bridge in 2 hours, 2 mornings in a row. If the fish aren't biting, try the $10 lobster burritos and lobster sandwich at King's Seafood in Marathon. After tossing some mixed veggies in the water, we were visited by a manatee, a shark, parrot fish and many other fish. The weather was also awesome; 80 +/-3 degrees F. I was crazy to leave. ;)
