About this house rental

Welcome to your home away from home! This cozy Treme gem, located steps from the historic French Quarter, is the perfect home base for a weekend of NOLA exploring. Featuring a spacious open-concept kitchen/dining room with granite countertops and a comfortable living room, along with original hardwood floors and exposed brick, this Creole Cottage has everything. Relax with beer and crawfish on our back patio before hitting the Bourbon Street just a 10 minute walk away. 30 Day Minimum.

Kitchen stocked to prepare any meals, Keurig with coffee provided. Lovely living room and kitchen with breakfast bar + dining room. All bathrooms come with essentials such as 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/bodywash and fluffy towels!

You will be given access to the home during the checkin process. We have digital locks and alarm systems for your convenience. Street parking is free.

Please note we have a property manager that lives in a separate unit on the premises.

NOLA streetcars are a great way to get around and tour New Orleans. For more information and to buy riding passes ask your host!

Long-term tenant lives in attached apartment on property. Uses separate entrance and does not have access to guest space.

We loved our stay and were intrigued by this beautiful property! We traveled with our 4 kids ranging from 11-25 and our 2 yr old grandson and had more than enough room. The location was perfect - quiet but close enough to what makes New Orleans sp special.

We loved our stay on St. Ann’s during our first ever trip to NOLA. The house is in a perfect location in the French Quarter, which was an easy walk to get to from where we were staying. The home is very spacious, so there was more than enough room for our family of five. We had everything we could have possibly needed. The neighborhood is quiet, and there wasn’t much activity on the streets while we were there. The procession that came down the street on Wednesday was so fun! If you’re looking for a great place to stay on your next visit to New Orleans, this place is a true gem!

Rented this house for a bachelor party (everyone 30+) and it was perfect! There were 9 queen/full-sized beds spread out in 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. It was about 10-15 min walking distance to the heart of Bourbon ST which made gettin around pretty easy. We could walk to a corner store for snacks, beer, and alcohol. We were also able to instacart groceries to the house for breakfast/lunch. It had a backyard with a couple picnic tables so we could sit outside if we wanted to. The house was very big, clean, and secure. There was coffee pods and a Keurig for us to use, clean bedding/pillows/blankets, and plenty of clean hand and bath towels in all the bathrooms.The hosts/property managers were very nice and helpful, and even left a case of beer in the fridge for our arrival!

About a 20 minute walk to all of the “good stuff” in the French Quarter, but far enough aware to not have to deal with the noise and associated Mardi Gras problems. Plenty of sleeping space. Nice open modern kitchen if that’s what one needs. New small business coffee/sandwich shop about 2 blocks away for your morning needs. Very nice stay.

no power or utilities because of hurricane ida. i never authorized these trip dates either; the property manager changed our trip dates from 3 nights to 1 night last minute without telling us (after saying they would offer a refund due to the natural disaster). very sketchy and horrible experience—stay somewhere else!

My husband and I took our daughter and 5 of her friends to New Orleans to celebrate her 19th birthday. When we noticed how many beds this rental had we invited another couple from to join us. There were 10 of us, and we had so much room. It was a quick, easy and safe walk through the park into the Quarter. We were welcomed at the property by the manager to get us checked in and show us all of the features. They left us a 12 pack of beer for our arrival. We were well supplied with paper towels and trash bags. They checked on us during our stay to see if there was anything we needed. The kitchen was wonderful! We cooked 2 dinners and 1 breakfast at the house saving us money on eating out. We will definitely stay in this rental again!

Great for large groups

Had a group of 8, so a hotel wasn’t practical. Property slept all 8 comfortably and it’s a 15-20 minute walk from Bourbon St. Rooms look like the pictures, no unfortunate surprises. Gets a bit cold if a freak cold front blows in like it did on us, but that’s nit picking. Overall, great place to have for a group.

It is only a half mile to all the good stuff (beignets), easy walk. Property managers were delightful to deal with and quickly respond to me. My party ended up being half the original size so we had plenty of space and it was nice having so many full bathrooms.

We had a group of 9 girls for a bachelorette party and had a blast! The house was perfect for our needs. Everybody had their own beds (8 queens, a daybed and three futons) and it was so nice to have four full bathrooms. The house was nicely renovated and up to date with fun funky decorations. It was very clean and well kept. The common area was great for hanging out. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking and cleaning supplies. Will and Nichole were very responsive and helpful with checkin and different things during our stay. The neighborhood is quiet. At no time did I feel unsafe but would not walk around at night. Location is very close to French quarter and Bourbon. Overall great find and would highly recommend!

Great place - even for kids!

We had six kids and four adults. Yes, some of the paintings in the house made our kids chuckle, but the house was perfect for our crowd. Everyone got their own bed, it was a great location so we could walk everywhere, and we all had a great time. It’s an “up and coming” neighborhood, so they are updating and renovating almost every house on that street. There is ample on-street parking, which is definitely a bonus, but be careful not to park too close to the stop sign or you will get towed! House is lovely with lots of character. A great vacation!

The accommodations in this place are great. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are plenty, and the space is large. Besides it being a fantastic place to stay, the hosts were also super helpful. At one point I was having some difficulty at 4am with the alarm and they were able to fix it immediately — I was definitely not expecting that! They were also very flexible with our goofy travel times and met us at the property promptly. I would absolutely stay here again and I know the 10 other guys would agree.

The house had enough room for 13 adults to sleep comfortably! The location was perfect for us to walk during the day to and from the French Quarter. The owner and his helpers were very accommodating for us to drop off our luggage early while the property was being cleaned, and answered questions very promptly. I definitely recommend this property.

Clean, well layed out and perfect for our group of 10 girls in town for a Mardi Gras bachelorette. :) McKenna, Will, and Nichole were easy to communicate with and very responsive. Overall, the place worked great for us and we had an amazing NOLA experience.

Looking at this house online i knew it was going to be a great spot to be in for the weekend but Ben and Nichole really went over the top to make sure we were truly accomodated. From the security/alarm system to the complimentary beer/spirits my group and I were able to settle in right away and enjoy our stay! Ben and Nichole were always just a text message away to help out with any needs and needless to say this house was the perfect fit for our 10 person group. Seperate bathrooms and bedrooms and a little patio outside was excellent, and everything in the town was about a 10-15 min walk away. Would definitely stay here again!

This lovely home was perfect for a bachelorette party of 9 people. Everyone had their own bed and it was just a short Uber ride to everything NOLA has to offer. I wouldn't suggest walking in this neighborhood at night, though. The house itself is clean and cute, but seemed a bit old and had a few issues. But, the hosts were extremely accessible and helped with every issue that came up! Would definitely recommend.

10 girls for my sister's bachelorette party- and it was perfect! Everyone had there own bed! 5 bathrooms! This is very rare in these old houses in New Orleans. I have been to NOLA several times and other places can be really small. It was everything we could have asked for. Huge kitchen, we cooked an epic breakfast in. Walking distance to everything during the day. We played it safe and got rides home at night. I will definitely recommend this place to friend with big parties, and stay again if I need a place with that many beds.

This place has a ton of beds and bathrooms. It was just a short walk to the French quarter and all the action. With 10 people to accommodate, this place was perfect. The response to questions was great and they did a great job meeting our expectations/requests. We will definitely be considering this place again for our next trip.

We come to NOLA quite frequently, and have stayed at many of this host's places and we love them all. This place has tons of room and is great for large groups. Very close to the french quarter and lots of cool bars around. Try the Black Penny or Tonique. Hosts were as always very receptive and gave us lots of good recommendations.

We are frequent New Orleans visitors and can say with 100% confidence that this is the best place we have ever stayed. The location is great, a short walk to the french quarter, and the house is huge. We really liked the layout with living room, dining room and kitchen open to each other. the kitchen is extra big and there are two staircases that go up to the master bedrooms upstairs. We also really liked the art on the walls. Classic NOLA house. 5 stars!

we travel for business to nola quite a lot and have stayed in many of this hosts’ units. this is probably our favorite. really neat art work and a great layout with huge kitchen. there are 6 bedrooms and 4 of them have their own bathrooms (2 bedrooms share one full bath- no big deal) . super close to the french quarter and street car. 5 stars again !!

I travel to new orleans for work pretty often and just started using Home Away instead of hotels. It has been so much fun getting to know the city from these homes. The house on St Ann is my new favorite - it was originally a duplex but now its a huge single family home. tons of space with an open living/kitchen/dining floor plan. there are 6 huge bedrooms and the beds are memory foam and super comfy. highly recommend!
