This fully furnished mid century condo offers very spacious accomodations in an IDEAL LOCATION for a very affordable price!

With 2 bedrooms and 2 bed bathrooms, this home away from home can comfortably sleep 4 adults. The master suite offers a California king size bed with ample space and storage for your extended stay. The sunfilled master bathroom connects directly to the master bedroom and has access to the back courtyard. The master bath features a very large vanity area, dual sinks, and seperate shower and soaking tub. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed and plenty of closet and storage space, as well as direct access to the second bathroom and access to the back courtyard.

The very spacious kitchen offers full size refigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher. All dishes, cookware, and appliances are provided with your needs in mind. Other common areas include the dining room and adjacent living room, which features a large screen TV that is equipped with local cable channels as well as Apple TV for streaming services such as your Netflix or Hulu accounts.

Location, location, location! This is a VERY sought after complex for extended stays in the area. IT WILL RESERVE FAST. The complex is located within walking distance of shopping, bus stops, eateries and golf courses and is within MINUTES to Downtown. The complex also features a beautifully landscaped gated community with large heated pool and spa in an idyllic setting that is quintessential Palm Springs!

**** please note we are dog friendly, but our HOA only allows for one dog under 35lbs. Unfortunately we cannot accept cats due to the owner being extremely allergic.

It is a well-located property, a short drive to the main drag in downtown PS. The property manager was quick to respond to questions and a few snags. A good value for your money. The pool area, with mountain views is spectacular.

A very nice condo in a mid-century development with a lot of green space and trees. The condo is well furnished with everything you need and good up-to-date electronics. We recommend it and will stay again.

Let me say this first. I LOVE the complex that this unit is in. The grounds and the pool are amazing. Fresh grapefruit and orange trees and the location is very central (but not downtown). I really like the location. ALSO- the value is good. I was there for almost 2 months (mostly by myself) and really enjoyed it. Now the downside. The unit is right on Ramon and is extremely noisy with traffic. The decor, the mattresses, and couches are definitely from the 80's, and have seen a better day (I am putting this as nicely as possible). As long as I am comfortable I really don't care about the decor and I can sleep on a log. The property management is a shame. Again, I was there for 2 months. Not once upon arriving did the property manager call to make sure I got in and that everything was good. There were a bunch of little stupid things not quite right (missing lightbulbs, etc) but I didn't care and just got new ones. But, here is the deal. I really liked the quirky place. I called about halfway through my stay and asked to reserve for next year. The property manager told me they already booked the time I was there a couple of weeks before? Wouldn't you call and ask me if I was interested in returning? I was able to extend my stay a few days to get a covid vaccine so that was good. The good news is that got me off my butt to look for another place......and I actaully found one that is super beautiful, same open pool, mid century complex for about 20% less than this place. Again, I hate writing not the best reviews but this is the scoop on Firebird Estates. The complex is great.

We loved our condo at Firebird Estates in Palm Springs. It was comfortably furnished and very spacious. The space was full of natural light from multiple patio doors.The kitchen was great, a cook's kitchen , whatever one needed to cook dinner was there. The grounds were immaculate as were the pool and spa .

The location is superb so close to downtown. The complex is small with a fabulous pool and hot tub area with very friendly residents. The unit is very spacious and well equipped and the owners responded quickly if we had any questions. We would definitely recommend and would love to return.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The owners were very helpful and easygoing about any questions or concerns we had. The complex is in a great location for walking (grocery store, coffee, some restaurants). The pool area couldn't be more relaxing. The condo unit itself is located on the end of the complex closest to a busy ("noisy") road. The unit could use an update in decor and amenities (example bedding, pots & pans and gas barbecue), but all-in-all we had what we needed.
