Good

Locatios is great, an apartment are big and spacious.

Coach was broken, so an apartment are suitable for 4 person. In photos it looks nicier and cleaner, probably photos were taken before renting.

It was really nice to share the house and have some relaxation time together at house. Saloon is very big and big window

Location is perfect. House is very comfortable and nice to stay at. Having 2 bathrooms were one of the reasons of why we selected this room. Safe property and easy access to the room is possible.

Second bad room was small and doesn’t have got separate bad for 2 uncouple adults. We needed to use sofa canapé to have enough space for the 2 people.

Nice apartment in the heart of Riga

Perfect location, 5 min from bus/railway station and 5 min from Old Town. Good for 5 person, maybe 6 too. Apartment is very nice, with spacy kitchen and living room

It probably would have been great if not for the strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the apartment.

Big, two separate bedrooms and toilets. Washer/dryer. AC

Strong smell of cigarette smoke. It was very bad, hurting our throats even. The AC in our room leaked all over the floor, made really loud noises that woke us up and was sparking electricity… The hot water pot didn’t work, the stove fan didn’t work. The bathroom towel rack was missing the plastic end cover and was sticking right in your face when you get out of the shower. The place was generally just heat up, broken cupboards, missing paint.

This is a very comfortable, convenient modern apartment between Riga’s train station and the Old Town area.

This apartment is large, clean, and fully furnished. The location is perfect, convenient to the train station, grocery store and Old Town area. We did not notice any street noise. The owner contacted me on the day of arrival with instructions on how to access the key, and again on departure day to remind us to leave the key. It was far more comfortable than a hotel room and a bargain for two couples.

No negatives.

Very spacious accommodation. All kitchen equipment is available. TV with children's channels (unfortunately, the language is not selectable).

There are cobwebs in the apartment, the furniture should be renewed, only one key. We stayed with 2 adults and 2 children and found only 3 kettles and 3 big towels. Also, think about parking as there is none near the house.

Great base for exploring and nice apartment for evening drinks if travelling with children

Spacious, well equipped and in a great location.

Minor issue but kettle doesn’t stop boiling and handle burn your hand and boiled water all over the bench.

Great location

Perfect location to explore the old city and famous market just across the road. Access to train station, trolley service on doorstep. We were able to walk everywhere. convenient to restaurants and craft brewery in the building! Wonderful large apartment - bright clean with enough kitchen gadgets to cook if needed.

Bed sheets could have been bigger, maybe kitchen could have been better equipped. No pasta strainer!

Near to old town Good place for going everywhere with public tranport

There was written that parking is included, but it was already rent out to someone else. Dont write then that parking included. It was unaccounted an extra cost. It was good that so little minus degrees outside, apartement was very chilli. Not good for children.

The apartment has good location! Big apartement with 2 bathrooms and quite well equipped kitchen is the best for big family. We had wonderful 3 days with our 4 kids in there. I will recommend Ivars apartment! :)

Lovely stay at the apartment

Lovely spacious apartment that is very close to Old Riga Town and good stores and restaurants. Good amenities with great tv in the living room!

Some furniture was a bit outdated and scratched.

Great location. Super convenient for the old town. Its a large apartment with lots of space. Our 3 year old really loved the view of the trains going past the window.

Some of the furniture and fittings within the apartment are a bit dated. Lacked a toaster which would have been useful to have.

Good location, spacious living room. Smart TV with NETFLIX access

It was cold in the apartment. We had no information about the heating. Bedroom 1 was great, bedroom 2 was below average (uncomfortable mattress). It will take about 2 weeks to recover my back from it.

Passable

Large apartments, lots of sleeping places

The apartments were dirty, some rooms smelled unpleasant. I think the apartments need major repairs because everything is old and worn out Also, there is a busy street nearby (cars, trains, trams..), so whoever loves silence is not here. Parking is in a very awkward location (need to cross the 6 lane road and there is no pedestrian crossing nearby). The internet connection was very poor, practically did not work.
