It was cozy and close to everything. It was great to be a block from Main Street.

We had a wedding in Breckenridge and booked this condo for myself, spouse and my daughter's family. We loved the place and the property manager was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second time staying in the unit. It is very close to Main Street and was perfect for our teenagers to venture out on their own. The unit had everything we needed to make and eat dinners in a few nights. We also enjoyed the hot tubs and pool a few times. The complex just replaced the washers/dryers and upgraded to an app based paying system (which means no hauling quarters)!
Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed the hot tub and pool area. The condo was very clean and was stocked with most of the things we needed. The laundry was convenient on the floor above. The gondola was within walking distance. We had an amazing vacation.

We would stay here again. Beds were comfortable, equpped with everthing we needed, had good amount of live tv channels and was in a great location. Parking is a bit tight and maintenance workers took several spots doing some roofing work in the parking underneath parking but we were always able to find parking just on the outside of the building that was still permited and didn't have an issue. Great trip, thank you!

Location was ideal -- 2 blocks from town, and a short walk to Gondola. Check in was easy/parking spot was great (although I wish there was more than 1 spot allotted)/clean, updated/great stay & will be back! If you stay in the summer, the outdoor patio/deck is small.

Great location! 1 block easy walk to Gondola and 2 blocks to downtown! Would stay again!

I think the title summarizes my thoughts on this property. Overall, for the cost, relatively speaking, this hits all of your wants for a condo for a ski trip- which is what we used it for. It has a dedicated ski locker space in the rental for all of your gear. The on-property hot tub is a must for after a long day on the slopes. The proximity to Main Street and the gondola is all walkable. What more do you want?!
With that all said, there are a few things that I’d like to point out that guest should be aware of. There’s only one parking permit given per rental. But there’s an overnight parking lot 6-10 min away ($10 per night). Some of us mentioned the shower water temperature could be hotter and didn’t last very long. And lastly, the living room can get a bit chilly even with some of the heat on. So if you have a guest sleeping on the sofa bed, make sure they’re bundled up.

Very nice property. Kitchen really well equipped and very convenient location for the gondola, the bus stop for Gold and Yellow routes, and a short walk to the town center.
Good storage for skis and equipment even for a group of 4 with all their gear.
The condo is in the Elan building which is closest to North Park Avenue.
The Wi-Fi could be better, the speed is pretty low.

This property was a good choice for us. It was clean and everything worked well. Great location near the BreckConnect Gondola and the 4’oclock trail to ski back to town.

Super location and weather during our summer stay in Breck. It was a nice change from the high temperatures of Texas. Perfect communication with the property manager / owners and smooth check-in/out. Great location and convenient to downtown Breck and activities for kids.

We loved this condo! It’s the second time we’ve stayed here. Perfect location. You can easily walk to Main Street Breck. Plenty of room for us, a 17 year old, and 18 year old son. Last time we had 3 teenagers in the bunk room and it was also perfect. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed and they even had fans and a humidifier for each room…Which we definitely used! We’ll be back for sure!

Great location, very nice place with all the stuff you need for stay. Only small complaint is that the living room is under the building laundry so when the laundry is being used, you can hear the machines squeaking and vibrating. You can also hear the people move around in the unit upstairs, but that's probably a given with condos and disrespectful people, Finally, in the master bedroom , the electric base board heat makes a constant noise as if it's turning on and off all the time, again not a major deal, just annoying if you trying to sleep
Overall , a really nice place.

This was perfect for our family of 5. Great location for walking to shops and food, easy access to lifts by bus, gondola or driving. You can also take the 4 o'clock run from peak 8 and ski down with a quick walk back to the condo. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Plenty of storage space for ski gear and liked having the 3rd half bath. We would stay again.

Loved this condo and the easy access to everything. We didn't have to worry about keeping track of a key, we walked down town and the gondolas are basically across the street. The owners returned our messages quickly and the whole process was easy, and our stay was perfect.

It's always hard trying a new mountain and trying to figure out a good location for lodging for location, size, etc. This one fit the bill! SUPER easy/close walk at the end of the day via the Lower 4 o'clock --> Gondola Ski Back trail. To start our day we alternated between catching the bus (literally right next to the condo) or walking to the Gondola -- a little bit further but still walkable (and I hate walking in ski boots so that says a lot). Condo was clean and had all that we needed to be comfortable and cook. Having 2.5 bathroom is a huge plus and had great space to store things in closets, dressers, etc. We were able to stay very organized throughout. Oh, and yes, easy to walk to dinner/dessert too. :)

Wonderful condo. Clean and nicely stocked kitchen with all necessary utensils and cooking supplies. Loved the coffee. Close to the gondola lift and the end of the 4 O'clock green run. Check-in was easy and the owners very responsive to questions. Would definitely rent again.

The property is great. I already discussed with owner. Communication is poor. Nowhere does it list there are multiple buildings or which unit was ours. The property manager forgot to give us the welcome packet. When we did get it it also did not have the unit number or building. When I called them the girl said she had no idea. We wasted more than an hour trying to find out which unit was ours and how to get there.

I haven’t visited Breckenridge in over 20 years. It has changed a lot! This condo is one of the best I have stayed in! The cleanliness was stellar and the kitchen was well equipped. The extra bunk in the second bedroom was great for my teenage kiddos. Pull-out coaches are okay but nothing beats a bed. We found the ski locker to be super handy and well thought out. It is less then two blocks to the main street and just a little farther to the gondola.
Skiing home via 4 o’clock run put us within a block of the condo and avoided crossing the hwy. Be sure to check that lower 4 o’clock is open. It was closed the for us the first day. Just meant we had to take the Gondola back. The Gondola is super handy by the way. I wouldn’t choose this place if I had littles just because you have to cross the highway with skis but for us it was great. I thought the price was very reasonable. Would stay again!

Perfect location to hit everything Breck has to offer, great pool and hot tubs, quiet and peaceful, big condo with plenty of space.

We loved being able to walk to town! The condo could have been a little cleaner but it was very nice and had some fun games. We’ll stocked kitchen, and the coffee that was provided was great! We loved the on-site hot tub! Check in was a little tricky as the management company is located on Main Street and parking is hard to find! Overall it was a great stay!

The property was perfect for our stay. It was well equipped with all of the basic necessities and a short walk into town. We appreciated the little extras of cooking oils, seasonings, shampoos, soaps, etc!
Was perfect for our group of 4 and there was room for more.
Thank you!

Wonderful stay
We were very happy with our 2 night stay at this condo. It was just as advertised: close walk to the gondola, minutes from Main St. shops, clean, and wonderfully stocked kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, and the towels were plush and soft. The communication with the owners was top notch. Very quick responses to my questions. We would stay here again:).

This condo was exactly as advertised. The location was super convenient for skiing access, and also downtown shops/restaurants.
The check-in process was quick & easy.
The condo was clean, quiet, and came with all the expected amenities.
The hot tub was an added bonus after long hours of skiing.

Sylvia and Cliff have an amazing property, perfectly located, decorated, and stocked. Seriously everything we wanted was there! They think of everything! Easy access into facility from parking. Great hot tub! Thank you!

Convenient, Cozy, and Clean
Easy walk to the bus stop or Gondola and to Main St. for shopping/eating. There is an elevator that lets you out right at the front door to the unit. Immediately inside the front door is a ski locker to store all your gear. The gas fireplace puts out plenty of warmth. Humidifiers are provided in the bedrooms, use them! Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent condo
We enjoyed our stay in this excellent condo in Breckenridge. It is one block from gondola and super close to the end of day gondola run and 4 o’clock run so can just ski, walk a short way and enjoy a soak in the hot tub which is just down the hall from the condo. The condo has an elevator from the covered parking spaces, a nice closet for all your ski equipment in the condo and the condo is beautifully decorated in cabin style with high end decor. Everything is as nice and clean. Condo has a keyless entry- so convenient for a day of skiing with a group who may finish at different times! Condo is one block from Main Street with all the great shopping and restaurants - the Blue Fish for sushi, the Briar Rose for fine dining, the Cabin Juice for a good meal in a lodging type atmosphere and Kenosha for a smokehouse meal of great fall off bone ribs. Super close to walk along the river and maybe hike 15 min to the Breckenridge Troll! Sheila was great to work with and answer our questions promptly. Dan gave good skiing advice. I give this condo a 9- only thing lacking is a
View of the mts from the condo but had a nice view of trees instead. When coming to Breck in future would for sure stay her again!

Fabulous location and wonderful host
We enjoyed our ski hill road visit and can’t say enough about the host and her helpfulness in the face of some weather issues. First the condo—great location and super well stocked. Ski locker for gear storage is great. With the new “gondola parking lot” run it is literally ski in for even green skiers (like me). The new gondola tunnel makes walking to the gondola super simple. Also, the heating is separate for each room which is nice when you have different temp needs at night. Finally loved the gas fireplace. There were also a ton of games and puzzles in the second bedroom that we never used but it was nice to have them. And it bears repeating—Sheila was incredibly responsive and helpful—going so far as helping us map a route back to Denver when traveling on 70 was clearly not an option. Priceless!! Thanks and we will be back!!!!

Everything We Hoped for and More!
We experienced our first White Christmas here in Peak 8 and our first Christmas away from home. This condo was everything we hoped for and more! The unit was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable, and the condo was fully stocked with plenty of supplies like TP, paper towels, tissue, and even kitchen items that we usually have to buy (or forget to buy)! Spacious kitchen for preparing meals, so many DVD's to choose from and even a closet full of board games and cards. We were impressed with the fans and humidifiers available in each room as our family needs those for noise and the dry air. (We are from Georgia)
We could not get the fireplace to work, but I'm sure we were doing something wrong. My only complaint was the lighting - bright led lights in the lamps - usually gives me migraines, but that is a personal preference. Also, the master shower drains very slow! Otherwise - our stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again! It snowed during our entire stay in Breckinridge and made for the perfect Christmas!!!

Awesome condo!
We loved every minute of our stay! Close to Main St where all the shopping and restaurants are! Close to the gondola for ski lift access!! Perfect! The extra 1/2 bath is a great bonus for our family of 6!
