About this apartment rental

This condo is a direct oceanfront view, prime location near the end of the boardwalk. A master bedroom (1 Queen) and private bath are separate from the second bedroom (2 Queens) and hall bath. Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities of home. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. 48" flat screen and DVD. Ocean front pool open Memorial Day thru Labor Day. 1 parking space per unit. Free Wifi for my guests.
Sorry, no rentals to high school seniors.
Our cleaning service said they train their employees in the new protocols for cleaning and disinfecting. However, we are not responsible for anyone renting or visiting our condo and contracting the Covid-19 virus. You rent at your own risk.

Great location! Steps from beach. Block from boardwalk. Across street from Jolly Rogers waterpark. Just down street from Barn 34, Higgins, and a few fun put-put courses. Ed was very responsive before and during our stay.

Very spacious condo. Nicely decorated. We love the location around 30th street. Pool temperature was absolutely wonderful. Great communication with Ed! Lots of amenities in the condo for convenience. Would love to stay again.

The property is clean, well maintained and in a great location right on the beach and just a short walk to the board walk. There are several restaurants, stores and microbrewery near by as well. Ed gave us a call to let us know the cleaning staff had finished and we were ready to check in early if we liked.

This condo is right on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and mini golf. Beach is empty and quiet at night. Great place.

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed and everything listed more importantly. Our host was very easy to get a hold of and gave us great recommendations on restaurants as well. Would definitely and hopefully like to stay with them again!

We loved our stay at this property. This unit has everything you need for a great vacation. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and the decor is nice. The location is perfect - just 2 blocks from the boardwalk. . I would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved everything about this Condo from the moment we walked through the front door. The view is amazing, the home is perfectly located to everything. This is a great place to stay. It’s a little after the end of the boardwalk. Very convenient to the beach. The condo had just about everything we needed. They keep some beach stuff there which is nice. I would definitely pick this place to stay again.

We were very happy with the condo and the location. Communication with the owner was terrific. We were even notified that we could access the property early since the cleaning of the unit was complete. An extremely helpful aspect of the unit was the full washer and dryer. We hope to return next year.

This property was very clean and cozy. It was the perfect location for our vacation. It had a great view of the ocean and swimming pool from the balcony. It was a very short walk to the boardwalk and short drive to many restaurants with great food and service. We enjoyed everything about our vacation. Ed, the property manager, was very nice and informative. I would love to come back and stay here again.

The pictures on this page do not do the property justice. It is such a clean beautiful condo. Price was perfect. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools. The view was gorgeous looked right out to the beach. Took less than 2 minutes to get into the water. Beds were very comfortable Bathrooms were clean and the water pressure was perfect It was nice to have in suite laundry machines Air conditioner worked very well! Plenty of things to do in walking distance Would 100% stay here again. Thank you hosts for letting us use your space.

Lousy May weather meant more indoor time to enjoy this condo that felt like home almost immediately. Beautifully decorated, it was easy to find everything we needed. We enjoyed HBO and local channels on 3 TV's, we liked the keyless entry to the condo and the location of the building is perfect for us.

As easy as could be. So much more wonderful than we could have expected. You feel like you are part of a community when you stay here. Stunning place with the best view we’ve ever had in OCMD! So close to everything, but far enough away to relax.

This condo is perfect! The ocean is so close. It's close to everything without being right IN the heavily populated area. A quick walk and you were on the Boardwalk. Close to many restaurants. Many things for kids to do but we didnt have any with us. Everything you need is there....you just have to look for it. I do want to say we did use A to Z Linen services for our bedding & towels(both bathroom & beach) and that was great. We also used Beach Bum Rentals for a beach cart & higher beach chairs......Both were fantastic to work with. Ed answered all of my questions before we left. Awesome property and hope to return next summer.

My family stayed here and had an awesome time. The beds were very comfortable and all big enough to sleep two people. The master bedroom and bathroom were awesome to have compared to other condos in the area. The pool was a great place for the kids to hang out. What I loved most about the condo was the location. MANY restaurants and stores within walking distance. Jolly Rodgers and the boardwalk are also in walking distance. The beachfront balcony was a great place to relax in the early morning as well as late at night. Overall I would highly recommend this property due to its amazing location and its relatively large size.

More than expected!

More than expected!

The property was beautifully decorated and clean. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise out in ocean while drinking coffee in the morning was a great start to our day. We were water front, a short walk to the boardwalk and the location made it easy to navigate driving to boat rides. The pool was beautiful and clean, making it enjoyable for our families. If you are considering a trip to OC, Maryland and love the beach you will enjoy this condo.
