***Due to the ongoing issues with Mexico's water treatment pumps, the ocean is not guaranteed to be open at this time.. They do test the bacteria levels daily, but the majority of the year the Ocean has been closed from the Border, past Imperial Beach up to Coronado Beach. If swimming in the ocean is a major amenity I would not stay in these areas, until further notice.*** Beach Club The beach club is a three story private, gated complex. The Beach Club is a U-shaped building that is located on the sand, no busy street or boardwalk separating you from the beach. It has its own heated pool, Jacuzzi hot tub, and barbecue facilities in the spacious garden atrium. Your unit #214 Unit #214 is a second floor unit that offers you a northwest view of the water, You'll relax to the soothing sound of the ocean waves. You'll have your own oceanview patio. The area Relax in a quaint beach town, stroll on the quiet beach. Walk on the old fishing pier, and bring your rod and bait! Excellent surfing! Watch or participate! A 10 minute drive affords you easy access to the famous Island of Coronado and its golf course. 25 minutes takes you to the world famous San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, San Diego Embarcadero, San Diego Convention Center, fabulous desert or mountain drives, Mexico, and all that the sophisticated city of San Diego has to offer!

Great beds, fast internet, full cable TV, HDMI cord open on TV. Ocean view. My TMobile uc5G was very fast. Walk to beach, pier, restaurants, bars, and public transportation. Will stay here again.

Everything went smoothly and we loved the condo. It wasn’t clear at the time I booked that the ocean water was unsafe in this particular location so it was kind of a bummer to stay right on the beach, but have to drive a few miles north to swim. Looking back, that’s probably why it was affordable. Overall, we loved it. Would stay here again.

Very enjoyable and comfortable place. Beds are nice in all rooms. Furniture is comfortable and user friendly. View and accessibility to the beach is wonderful. We enjoyed our stay here.

This condo was awesome clean had everything we needed for our stay ! The area had a variety of restaurants, beach clean, area for kids to play close by, an awesome peer. Only unavoidable issue the sea water was contaminated had to go to other beaches to enjoy the water. Otherwise great place for anyone to stay.

The check in was a little slow as the cleaners weren’t finished, we couldn’t get a hold of the managers, everything was closed up. We needed a few towels, and had some questions and wish there would have been more people around to easily communicate with. We also wish there would have been a travel advisory posted for the beach the condo sits on. It’s quite often closed for contamination and we wish we would have known that.

Perfect for families

Perfect for families

This was just what we needed. Perfect location. We could go out every morning and get a great spot on the beach and just hang out and relax and play games. The condo was clean and cool and perfect. I had to text the owners one time and they responded quickly. We are going to stay here again next year. Thank you The only thing I suggest is to get a cheese grater and a can opener. Also, a regular coffee maker. But other than that it was the most perfect vacation ever. Thank you

Place seemed bigger in the picture but was a great experience overall. Close to anything we needed (Walmart, autozone) but still feel like we are away on vacation. Not too far from SeaWorld and the zoo.

The layout of the condo was perfect for our family. Very secure complex. The pool & hot tub were great, as was the view & distance to the beach. However, there was a homeless man with a cart full of stuff directly btwn our view & the beach, obviously not something the property managers can control. Imperial Beach is a very family friendly area but a bit far from tourist sites in downtown San Diego.

We were first time Verbo renter's. The unit #214 was so roomy, We had five adults and a 6yr. plenty of room to maneuver around in. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was super cozy!!! The unit was well stocked with high-quality items. The location was great with quick beach access. Overall I would definitely recommend the place to friends and family. We will go back.

Perfect location to enjoy the beach for some fun in the sun! Loved the view and the dolphins that played in the surf right out the window! The pool and hot tub were perfect! We had a small issue with a shower fm drain the first night but the managers checked in with us after our first night and came as soon as we reported the issue. Wed love to stay here again!

Stayed with large family group. Location was wonderful but not super close to San Diego. Condo was clean, well stocked and comfortable. It is dated but everything was in good working order. TV's had power but we had trouble making them work. We were very busy so lack of TV's in bedrooms was no issue.

It was a great stay overall, super comfortable! The only thing is that, we were assigned 2 parking, & the first day we got there someone took one of our parking spaces & renter never responded to our messages when I tried to contact him. We also called the number it had & no one answered, but other than that we loved it, & everything was nice & clean

Our primary objective for our family vacation was to spend time outdoors in a condo that had a heated pool and jacuzzi. In the listing it met our requirements. Upon arrival we found that the pool was not heated and the jacuzzi was empty. The property manager kept insisting that the pool was heated, which we later found out that the pool heater was being repaired. The pool finally warmed up on our last day. The jacuzzi was never repaired our entire stay. In spite of multiple emails to the owner I did not at a minimum receive an apology!!

We were on a girls weekend and this was the perfect spot. Lots of great restaurants around and easy to get to Coronado and La Jolla. Would definitely come back and highly recommend

Great place. Although a few things to mention. It said there was a coffee maker. There was a Keurig and we brought coffee. We ended up buying a coffee maker and leaving it. Also the knives are very dull. It would've been nice to have sharp knives. The sharpener doesn't sharpen. Other than that it was a great stay. Beds were comfortable and clean.

This place exceeded our expectations! The check in process is tricky but we received several emails detailing how to handle it so we were fully prepared! When we arrived the house was clean and ready for us. The view is amazing and just steps from the beach. Just a short drive to sea world and downtown San Diego. We loved watching the sunrise and sunset from the balcony! We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the beds were really comfortable. Thank you so much for letting us stay! We enjoyed every minute!
