Came into town for my wedding and booked this house for the weekend with my family. Location was perfect and close to Denver. Owners quick and efficient in answering questions. Very clean and cozy.

Comfy home. We had everything we needed. Liked how the host had a website with all the details about the place. Cute park right down the road.
Our only suggestions would be black out curtains in the master and a rack in the bathroom to hang a hand towel. Thanks for having us!!

Great space for my friend and I. Location was convenient to all the activités we had planned. Easy access to groceries and supplies.

Cute house in a quiet area near Denver. Updates were done well!

Communication with property owner was on point. We are big coffee drinkers and found out the coffee pot was broken. Without question, the owner sent a replacement immediately. The house is clean, and the neighborhood is safe (sidewalks, nearby parks, etc.). Location was excellent as well. Our family of 5 would recommend this vrbo for a Colorado stay.

We stayed here for about a week during the first week of July with our family of 6. The home worked out really well. It was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood had several parks within walking distance including Carpenter Park - where maybe the biggest 4th of July celebration I've ever seen took place. Parking that day/evening was a challenge due to that but we were able to park in the alley in front of the home's garage (our car was too large for the garage - GMC Yukon XL).
The living area was comfortable and the home had just about everything we needed. Master bedroom was a nice size. We found ourselves needing silverware in the kitchen but there was a box of plasticware in the pantry along with some pantry basics.
Overall, I would recommend this home as a place to stay in Denver. It was perfect for us.

It was a nice location for us to see friends and visit the Rocky Mountains.

Nice, quiet, and seemingly safe neighborhood close to I-25 and other amenities. Notwithstanding Denver traffic, an easy drive into downtown or other Front Range attractions. Excellent communication via text with property manager after some confusion with online instructions. Nice to have access to garage, full on-site laundry, and cable/wifi. Water/ice dispenser on fridge was finicky, but all other appliances worked well. All bedrooms/bathrooms are upstairs a steep stairwell, but not a problem for our family of five. Two minor suggestions for improvements: black out curtains in the bedrooms and better fitting sheets/comforter for the king bed. Overall, an enjoyable experience. Would consider property again if visiting the area.

Great safe suburban location near stores and activities. House was very clean and well stocked for our short stay. It's great that they allow pets.

Property was clean and well-appointed. Traveled with two dogs and appreciated the hard floors vs. carpeting. Nice to have a garage in case of hail storms.
The neighborhood was very walkable with nearby park and walk/bike trail.
I would stay here again.

The house was clean and neat, loved that there were things provided that I didn't have to run to the store and pick up. Couch and beds very comfy

This is a very convenient location - just half an hour from the airport, close to I-25, highway 36, Boulder and Denver, with plenty of shopping nearby. There's also a lovely park and trail very nearby.
The house is comfortable and everything worked.
Access is a bit odd, as on-street parking is not quite in front and the garage in back is awkward to access. A Toyota Highlander barely fit in the garage and there's no easy way to get from the free-standing garage into the house. Google maps directions take you the long way to the house. It's really right off Fox Run. The street names are very confusing.
The back area is very tight as the garage fills what would normally be a back yard. The patio area is very small and not conducive to using the grill or firepit, although they are there.
The washer and dryer were both full of laundry which we folded and dried, but it felt very odd to have to do that. The wet items in the washer would have soured if we had not.
People have left items in the refrigerator and cupboard but we did not touch them. It did not feel quite sanitary although I am sure everything was fine. But the kitchen is well stocked and all the appliances worked well.
All in all, this location worked well for our purpose.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay! Everything was as noted in the listing and it was so nice to walk less than 2 blocks to a nearby trail and playground. We plan to visit again soon- thanks!

This sweet house is in the perfect place for jumping on the interstate, or just hitting close by shopping and dining. Easy checkin, easy in and out, just right for a family or a traveling executive.

We actually were able to prepare an entire Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen! The only thing that we lacked was silverware. It was perfect for us to stay and visit our kids and grands!

Loved the quaintness of the home and neighborhood. Having access to a garage definitely made a difference. I would definitely stay here again.

We chose this house to be close to family that lives in the area and it worked out perfect. The house was the perfect size for 4 adults. The house is well maintained and had plenty of items stocked as well, so we only had to buy our food. Having a garage to park in was a huge plus for us. Lots of parks nearby and within walking distance. We would stay here in the future if we vacation in the area again.

It was nice but too far from Gem shows. Very hot in master bedroom and AC had only one vent in that room. Master bedroom, mattress was so soft and if my partner moved it woke me up. No bathrooms downstairs so you always had to go upstairs. No electric kettle for tea and water from the fridge would keep coming out so we had to put towels below. Other than that it was okay. Probably won’t stay here again because it’s too far from what we were doing everyday.

Our family enjoyed our stay here in a quiet and convenient neighborhood in Northglenn. The neighborhood has good walking paths and parks, and is very family friendly. Nearby has all of the needed amenities, and I-25 is just down the road for quickly getting to anywhere needed. The home itself is clean and updated, with all the amenities the family needs to have a comfortable stay. Hope to stay again during our next trip!

The house was as described. It was roomy for a family with two adult ish children. House, bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. There were a couple of minor issues when we arrived (clogged garbage disposal and missing forks) that were remedied immediately. Great communication from Lisa with a quick response time. Safe neighbourhood. Close to the light rail system which was free for the summer; it saved us from driving and parking at many for several of our activities we had planned in Denver. No complaints.

The property is conveniently located. Close to shopping, and our family. Would like to have the kitchen chairs, a little more comfortable, but that was a minor thing. Otherwise, the house had everything you could ask for.

The property was clean and easy to access. The property manager was perfect with communication and follow-up. We had a maintenance issue and it was taken care of immediately.
My cons were just the crowded neighborhood. And, not the owners fault but it was 4th of July and the neighbors were setting off fireworks in their driveway until midnight which was annoying. It was also inconvenient that the only restrooms were upstairs. I also didn't realize this was a pet friendly property and my allergies were bad the entire time. Overall, good though.

Property was clean, modern, and well equipped. Completely as advertised. Steep stairway and no bathroom on the main floor is a minor drawback for older folks. We had a very enjoyable stay and would certainly stay again.

We were originally going to be staying in this home with another family of 5 but it turned out to be just my husband and I. It was a good thing because we could only use the guest bathroom shower. The master bathroom shower did not get hot, even after running the water for a sufficient period of time. The master bedroom bed was comfortable but there are no drapes on the windows and it’s bright in there all day and night. Another odd and not so convenient thing is that all the bathrooms are upstairs, so it seems like we were always going up and down the stairs. We also felt like security was an issue at this property because there was only one lock on the front door and it was attached to the keypad. The door handle didn’t have a lock and the bedroom doors didn’t have locks. We felt uneasy at night because we didn’t know who else had the code to the house and there was no other way to secure the door. But, on a positive note, the house was clean and well stocked with towels, coffee, sugar, creamer and filters. The washer and dryer worked great and they supplied detergent. All in all, the house was ok but we wouldn’t stay there again due to the security concerns.

Loved having a quiet home-like place to stay to unwind after enjoying the many things Colorado has to offer. Traveling with teens, and allowing them (and us) to have some privacy is huge. We will never go back to sharing a hotel room! Great location- easy to get to/from!

Great place to stay for convenience and access to wedding venue at Brittany Hill in Thornton. Enjoyed our family time with our dogs and catching up with extended family. Property worked well for us and our needs.

This place was perfect for our stay in Denver. It was close to stores, restaurants, and the highway. The house was very clean and accommodated us to perfection. If I'm ever in Denver again I will definitely stay here.

We recently stayed at the home and found it exactly as listed. It was clean, comfortable and had everything needed for our stay.
The water heater failed while we were there and the owners were promptly on it to replace it. Unfortunately the plumber created another issue and again, the owners acted immediately. Luckily we had flexible plans so there were no problems for us.
We appreciated this attention to detail and responsiveness! We will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay, it was clean, modern, excellent communication, very comfortable and great that it was pet friendly. They had more than enough supplies, they thought of everything! A couple of things To make mention of, there was 3 of us in the house and the 3rd person always got a cold shower and it would be helpful to include the unit number of the house not just the street address because we only found it because of the unit number. Other than that, wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay. I loved how the pantry had items stocked so I could make meals at the house without buying every little ingredient. Check in and out was a breeze and I would definitely stay there again if I'm in the area.

I am so thankful for this property! Our large family was vacationing in Denver to visit extended family and this was one of the highlights of our trip! As a large family, it is not that common to have things occur exactly as planned, but this property did just that! Easy to find, easy to get in, house was just as described! We especially enjoyed all the kitchen extras that were already there, so we didn't need to buy anything beyond the groceries.
Again, thank you for making this one of the easiest parts of our trip!! We will be back when we visit our family again!

Great house to rent and check in and out was super simple.

Property was just as described. Beds are very comfy, everything fully stocked. There was a baby gate and pack n play which we appreciated with a 1 year old, it lightens up the travel load a bit. Very convenient to dining, freeways, grocery store. The kids enjoyed the park within walking distance and the open front area to play in all of the leaves. My family thoroughly enjoyed it and will stay here again if our travels take us back to the Denver area.

This property was close to the plans we had, and convenient to grocery, freeways, etc. Three friends in our crew, and was great to have separate sleeping areas. Functional kitchen, good cooking accoutrements like pots, pans, spices. Nice outdoor space with morning shade for coffee.

We trailered 2 motorcycles in enclosed trailer and there was parking right on the street in front of property for truck and trailer, also there was a garage that we parked motorcycles in each night. The home was very clean and in a nice neighborhood…

We were on a family vacation and thought a house for 4 adults would be much more accommodating than a single hotel room. This house confirmed we made the right decision. While we were not there 100% of the time, while we were we didn't feel cramped for space at all. The beds were comfy and the house was very clean! I would recommend it to anyone.
