Plenty of beds, separate rooms and separate spaces for all that traveled with us. Beautiful location!

Worked great for our large. We had 2 couples and all of our kids.

We had plenty of room for a bachelorette weekend! The place was clean and we loved the pool table and mini bar downstairs. Thanks for a great stay!

This house was perfect for our needs! Very convenient/close to Branson shows, Shepherd of the Hills, and even Top of the Rock. Loved the outdoor deck with view of the lake, grill, and dining table - definitely used that a lot! Also took advantage of the pool table downstairs. Bigger place than my wife and I needed - plenty of bedrooms. Just wish they had swapped the smaller TV in the living room with the bigger TV in the master bedroom. Quiet neighborhood, somewhat secluded, yet a short drive from everything!

Great place, with plenty of room. Excellent communication with owner. My family enjoyed the game room. Very nice view of the lake.

Wife got ill and we had to come home. Owner did say when we come back she will give us a complementary night for free. The view is not very big of the lake. But you can see a spot of it. Trees need to be cleaned up in the back yard. Grass didnt get mowed til after we were there and then it was thick and wet in places so the dogs tracked it in. I did sweep most of it up but it was nt easy. The maintainence ppl were there to fix the show head upstairs and it still didnt work. They have a very nice house, somethings can and should be improved upon. The master bath tub was a jet tub at one time. Theres no steps to into the tub though. The own was very responsive to any and all questions.

10 stayed, backyard full of deadfall trees, no place for kids to play outside. Beds are past their prime. House is spacious and can accommodate a good size gathering.

Good amount of space for a large group. Plenty of options for sleeping. The basement with pool table and foosball were great! The location near the lake worked out great. Owner was very responsive to our needs. Overall it was a good experience!

Everything was great. The only thing I would do is update the mattresses on the beds.

I was pleased with this property. I would prefer thereto be a televisionin every bedroom. If i recall correctly, only 1 bedroomhad its own tv. After i left, i thoughti may have lost an earring and called manager andshe was very nice and assured me they had a wonderful trust worthy staff that wouldlook and returnit if found. But i later founditbut was relievedto know if it was at property, I'd get it back.....would definitely stay here again.

This home was extremely clean, comfortable and cozy. Excellent communication with owners and thier staff. A very quiet neighborhood with great views and a short drive to downtown Branson.

Nice house and the location allows access to everything in and around Branson.

Just a few minutes from Branson, the house was very clean and very comfortable with fluffy soft bath towels. It has a view of the lake with beautiful sunsets. Our host, Elena, responded quickly to any questions we had. Plenty of room for five ladies having a girls week! We will book this house again next year.

With 1 infant and 5 adults the extra room was nice and allowed us to spread out after our day long adventures. It was almost too big as we did not use all available beds or bathrooms. The pool table and basement area was a nice added touch for entertainment. We did not have much contact with the owners...we did not bother them and they didnt bother us...thats the way it should be. Everything was perfect and would definitely stay again.

Excellent central location to the Branson Ozark area! The owner was solicitous of our needs, the house was spacious, and we all had a great time.

this house has everything you need. Plenty of room to spread out, either to relax or enjoy family activities. Even in the hot, humid weather the temperature inside the house was excellent (a thermostat on 2 levels. The upstairs was comfortable !) Game room was enjoyed by the younger set and the older set enjoyed the comfy furniture in the living room. Close to all Branson and the surrounding area has to offer. I especially enjoyed the early morning quietness on the deck with my cup of coffee and a good book, before the rest of the family woke! View of the lake wasn't as great from the deck as had hoped, because of the trees being completely leafed out. The whole family rated this place as No. 1 in their book. We would definitely recommend a stay here. Thanks so much for making it available!

Home was well equipped with kitchen appliances. Towels were Fine beds were great. Air conditioning was awesome. Owner was quick to respond. Was nice to park in the garage. Thank You. Would rent again!!!

Perfect house for our family! Plenty of space and very nice location. Would highly recommend!

Was a good place for a large family. Beds comfortable. Pool table was a nice touch. The kitchen sink was broken when we arrived but they had maintenance come out right away. Definitely needs a lot of maintenance, a lot of small items were temporary rigged fixing. Very convenient location, however the driveway steepness should be added to the listing as fitting 3 cars was a task on such a steep incline. Listing did say there was a pool and amenities but ended up not being so was disappointed.

Everything was as described. Perfect for large extended family, there was a few hiccups but nothing major. Overall we had a great time and would recommend to friends

The only downside to this property is that there is no bathing/shower capability unless you can climb a set of stairs. The entry level floor (which is the second level) has a very small half bathroom with toilet and sink. There are two full bathrooms with tub and/or shower on the top floor as well as a full bathroom downstairs. A full bathroom on the entry/main floor would make this house a perfect place to stay!

There could have been more towels and washcloths, there was no hand soap in master bathroom and no hand towels there. No wash cloths in kitchen. We should have been told that the swimming pool was closed before hand. The owner was very prompt in responding to any of our needs

Liked the house hated no tvs in any other upstairs bedrooms besides the master and the guest shower did not work

We appreciated the bedroom spaces, but going down unfinished stairs to a cold, unattractive basement level was disheartening. The furniture and decor could be updated, and bedding and towels need to be replaced; we were not expecting luxury but we’re disappointed in our experience.

All around probably the best place we have stayed in Branson for our extended family. We had 9 in all, with teens to seniors. We all had our own separate space plus great common spaces. Our teen boys took the downstairs; adults the upstairs. The view was just icing on the cake. Now don't expect the Taj Mahal; just a comfy place to relax & enjoy your family. We did have a cook in the family & she seemed to have everything she needed. I found the wine opener & Wine glasses, so I was a happy camper! I don't think u will regret renting this place !

We had nine people stay. 5 adults and 4 teens. There was more than enough room for everyone. We plan to come back again and stay here. The only downside is the very steep driveway and when we arrived it was winter and snowy. The view is fantastic. The kitchen was well equipped and a great place to cook and have family hang out together. The downstairs was perfect for the teens while the grown ups enjoyed the view and fireplace on the main level. It’s very close to most things in Branson. 15 minutes to the Dolly Parton Stampede, 4 minutes to the Titanic if that gives you a reference. The owners were great with setting up and answered immediately upon contact. We can’t wait to come back.

I am going to give you the good, the bad, and the ugly. Because of the view, I have booked this place for next year, but there are things that could be improved. And I know what I would need to bring. The Good 1. Great view 2. Owner responded quickly to our needs 3. The fireplace - bring your own wood 4. Plenty of hot water and pressure 5. Garage - driveway is steep 6. No steps to enter the main floor 7. Washer and dryer worked great 8. Plenty of bedrooms 9. Two coffee makers 10. Very clean 11. There was a Christmas tree which was a nice touch The bad 1. Numerous things were broken or not available. (but owner responded quickly) The upstairs bathroom still needs toilet paper hanger 2. There are 14 steep stairs to the upstairs bedrooms (master bedroom is upstairs) and steep stairs down to the rec room . Hand rails worked well. 3. Very difficult finding towels and extra toilet paper. (It was a scavenger hunt) Put the toilet paper and towels in the bathrooms) 4. Towels are very old and several had holes in them. So bring your own if you want large fluffy towels. 5. No shampoo 6. Very few hangers 7. Only two blankets in the whole house. 8. If you have a large group of 10 or more they will not fit in the living room. 9. Very poor lighting down stairs in rec room 10. Puck missing from game table 11. No light in refridge 12. All appliances were OLD. Toaster handle falls off, coffee maker takes for ever to make coffee 13. Very old deck 12. Upstairs shower in Master Bath is VERY tiny. 14. Many reviews said the Jacuzzi did not work. I don't know we did not use it. The Ugly 1. The bed coverings were horrible. They had CHEAP plastic mattress coverings. When you or you partner moves, the plastic makes such a noise you and your partner wakes up each time. They make great mattress protectors that don't make noise. 2. Several sheet sets were badly stained (with you know what). Bring your own sheets 3. The dishes were great, but the silverware was horrible and cheap. Need a cutting board or the counter tops will be ruined 4. Big TV in master bedroom but no where to sit except on the bed. Bring up the love seat that is in the garage.

The property is located close to the major Branson attractions, plenty of room in home for a large group. The pool table was a nice bonus. The only compliant I have was the downstairs beds, they sagged terrible and need to be replaced. Overall good property in excellent location. Would stay there again.
