Close enough to the downtown to walk. The house was clean and ready for our stay. The host was easy to communicate with.
Great place to stay with dogs, walking trail just two blocks down the street. Downtown Loveland is dog friendly.

This place was nice & clean and everything worked but showering will run out of hot water quickly. Since this is on a very busy road the fenced backyard was great although our dog wasn't too sure about the fake grass but got used to it. Feels bigger than it is and stayed nice and cool with all the ac units.

My husband and I were very comfortable staying in the Loveland house Season has. Our 2 dogs had their best stay as well with the doggie door leading out to the fenced backyard and environmentally friendly dog poo bags provided
We would definitely stay here again!

Ideally situated for our needs. Walkable to some good restaurants and shops. Season had the house stocked with everything we might need and then some.

Nice home with a backyard our Golden Ruby loved. Downtown is a nice walk away. Verboten Brewing was very nice. Had a nice dinner at Pour House Bar and Grill. Josh and John (or is it John and Josh?) ice cream is outstanding!!!!! And I am an ice cream lover!!!!
Had appetizers and drinks at Hogfish that were very good.
Home was exactly as advertised!
Dark Heart Coffee is awesome!
We look forward to returning!

Season was very responsive and helpful. It was so nice to arrive and have lights on. The house was super clean and the backyard was a wonderful place for coffee in the morning. I am an avid knitter and there was a yarn shop a short walk away. It was so much better than staying in a hotel for my class!

We came to see my son who lives in Loveland and this was a perfect location! Everything was stocked well and clean! Would definitely recommend!

Cute little house but to access the bathroom, had to go through a bedroom which could be a problem for some. We are assuming owner is probably planning bathroom updates. If someone is a light sleeper, location on a very busy street could be a problem. Beautiful Mountain View and park just west of house. Convenient to shopping. Nice yard if traveling with a dog.

We stayed at this property with our two boys, 5 and 9. The property manager was helpful and accommodated us nicely. It is located in a centralized location and offers a comfotable backyard to enjoy meals and griling.

Location was great to downtown and tourist attractions. Traveling with a pet and a great park a block away. Busy road but noise was not a problem.

This house is a must stay. Its is extremely clean and the host has thought of every detail. The location is perfect, neighborhood is nice and it was a wonderful home and yard for my fur-babies. The back yard is adorable and somehow very private and completely pet friendly. The beds, pillows, appliances, tv in every room, I could go on and on.

Very cute property that was perfect for our quick weekend trip. If we are in the area again will definitely check if this property is available. Two parks/natural trails within walking distance of the home, perfect for our two dogs. The backyard is a good size with plenty of space for the pups to do their business. Only down side is there are a lot of rocks and smaller things in the back so kept them on the lease cause they are super curious. It was great though to have private easy access to a space without having to walk out front in the middle of the night. Recommend for sure

Perfect little place close to the Loveland restaurants and shops. I loved walking around w my dog and seeing all the cute houses and then into the little town. I needed a place w ac and Wi-Fi for a few days and this was perfect.
The road is shut down due to construction but still easy to access. I think the work in front of this place is done.
I’d stay here again! Oh and Season was great and super responsive.

Wonderful Little Place to Stay
It was easy access to all of Loveland’s fun places. The host was an excellent communicator and available even though we didn’t need her as everything was great. The kitchen is just enough, the outdoor area is very nice, the bedrooms are a good size and it has air conditioning that works great. There were nice notes everywhere and good info on a board (Wi-Fi, trash days, etc.). She made quick updates to our reservation as without a fuss. We added my daughter and then took her off without a blink. Really it was all excellent.

Construction Zone
No curb appeal (weeds, & rocks, dirt, cobwebs) old screen & front/back door, Unable to use side gate. However, once inside, it’s clean & comfortable. Older home & neighborhood but we felt safe & enjoed our walks.

Cute little house with fenced yard for the dogs. Great location near the heart of downtown Loveland. Kitchen nicely stocked if you opted to cook at home. Would rent again!

Cute property and nicely stocked.
This property was nicely furnished and had all of the amenities that we needed during our week long stay. For dog owners, there is a nice nature preserve with walkable trails approximately a 5 minute walk away. The main street is a busy one, which took our dog a little bit to get used to, but there is a nice little fenced in back yard in which we could let her go. We moved our daughter into Colorado State University the week during our stay and the campus was a 30 minute manageable drive away. Season, the property owner, was very responsive and kind. We would not hesitate to book this property again. Thank you!

Return Renter
This is our second time staying here. We love the location. We can go into Loveland, Ft Collins, Estes Park, Boulder within 30 minutes.
The other aspects that bring us back is they are pet friendly, comfy bed and price! Thanks for an incredible stay.

NIce little bungalow
The place was a cute little bungalow. The positives: it was nicely furnished with some very nice higher end linens; it was within walking distance of several downtown bars and restaurants as well as close to a very nice recreation park. The drive into Ft Collins from the house is less than 20 minutes and worth the time. The owner was very nice and tolerant of us when we had problems with the door lock. The negatives: it is located on a busy, noisy street; the neighborhood is transitional -- many homes have been renovated very nicley but a few are in pretty bad shape; and the single bathroom is in the master bedroom, which can be awkward for guests. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Oh --- it could use a real ice cube tray in the freezer ;-).

Sisters’ trip—ages 63, 66, and 68
The check in was easy as pie. We located the 2 room air conditioners to increase the cooling we needed. The refrigerator pictured in the listing has been replaced with a tiny RV sized appliance. Quite difficult to cram in 6 days of food we brought for 3 people. Kitchen, bedroom, bathroom well supplied and furnished. Yes, even a washer and dryer. We enjoyed the nature trail just a few blocks from the house. One day we walked 1 to 1 1/2 miles to Loveland Lake. Boyd Lake State Park is a 15 to 20 minute drive. I’d try Carter Lake next time. It’s close as well. We also got our reservation time for Rocky Mountain National Park. That was a lovely day. Our evenings were spent catching up, crocheting, and generally loving on each other. The WiFi was perfect. We never turned on a TV. On our departure day we received an email with easy peasy Check out instructions. The house is on a fairly busy street, but we were not bothered by noise. I would stay here again either on a shorter stay or buy groceries for 2 to three days at a time. Grocery stores are close by the house.

Thank you for a wonderful stay
We brought our lab down for an appointment with the animal eye clinic. Grateful for a place to stay that had a backyard area for her to get out. Also enjoyed walking her on the river trail that was really close - beautiful walk.

Girl’s trip
My granddaughter and I enjoyed our stay at the cottage! It was very cozy and close to the places that we wanted to visit. It was nice that we each had our own bedroom. The cottage is very nicely decorated with hardwood floors. The private drive way was also nice since the street is kind of busy.

Just what we were looking for
Very nice. No problems with the property. We loved the proximity to Loveland's trails, downtown area, groceries, etc. as well as easy access to national parks and surrounding communities. We had a few questions for the property owner before and after checking in. Those questions were answered promptly. Overall, we had a delightful stay. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

Everything we needed
This place was perfect for my husband and I with our two dogs. Although it is on one of the more main streets, we never had an issue with noise or traffic getting in and out. The process was super simple and everything we needed was provided. Will book again for our next trip!

Clean, cozy, convenient, and charming!
Would definitely stay here again! Owner has thought of everything a guest would need making your stay very comfortable and convenient. Owner was also very helpful, patient, and understanding when our pet disappeared right before we were scheduled to check out. So appreciated.

Comfy Place
This was one of the most comfortable place I have rented. The bed was so nice. It was stocked so well and gave me the feeling of home. We could bring our fur baby, which is such a piece of mind.

I couldn't have been happier with our accommodations.
The property was perfect for our needs and was the location. I hope to return soon. And I have to add - the house was beautifully decorated.

Bed / bathroom
It should be made clear that the only bathroom is located in the bedroom. If there are guests in both bedrooms they have to go through the master bedroom to access the bathroom.. the deck wood was lose and rotten. Tripping hazard. A little TLC on the yard would go a long way. Thanks for hearing me out

Great place, great location, great experience!
This was a great place for our family of five to stay. 2 bedrooms, window air conditioning units, pretty cozy but perfect for us. On a week when every day got in the 90s, the refrigerator has the nicest ice maker ever. The house has everything that you need, cleaning materials, bathroom supplies, etc. Plenty of bedding, and wood floors throughout so it is easy to clean. Nice access to the northern entrances to Rocky Mountain National Park, we spent 3 days there. Also an hour to the west side of Denver. Only about an hour to the Allenspark entrance to the park as well. Overall, this was a great place, a true 5 star experience for my family. In our first Colorado vacation, we couldn't be happier that we booked this propery.
