Very well prepared house that was both welcoming and homely.
Very well prepared house that was both welcoming and homely. The only suggestion to make it even better would be to fence in an area of the garden to make it even more dog friendly. Lived up to all of our expectations and more. Thank you.

2nd visit to this fantastic house, well equipped, well laid out and suits our family. Great position at the end of a cul de sac so very private and quiet. My only negative is that the radiators needed bleeding which should really have been checked. Will definitely be back though next year.

Lovely holiday home comfy, cosy well equipped and perfectly positioned in quiet surroundings. Loved the views from lounge and kitchen and size is ideal for families of all ages. Felt a bit guilty there was only four of us in end. But had a great time celebrating my birthday.

We stayed here in Sept-Oct 19 with our daughter, son and their families including two toddlers!
It worked brilliantly. The property is spacious and the layout allows the little ones to sleep away from the noise of the adults in the kitchen and lounge. There were 2 travel cots (no cot sheets), 2 high chairs and a fire guard together with lots of books, board games and DVDs.
Being able to use of the garage allows for storage of bikes, pushchairs etc. We would highly recommend it. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We had a lovely family holiday at Fourwinds, Keswick. We booked this accommodation for our mums 60th birthday celebration, and to do some walking. We liked it as we could walk from the cottage up to Catbells and we could easily access other tourist destinations by car from there. We enjoyed the kitchen and the facilties and we managed to cook a wholesome roast dinner.

Beautiful bungalow, extremely well-equipped with everything provided for your needs. Bit of an uphill walk from town, but good for working off the infamous ‘cow pie’ from The George. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Had a lovely time just a pity the windows were all mouldy and a few cobwebs in the bedrooms and the bedside lamp in main bedroom didn't reach plugs as cable wasn't long enough. In all we did have a lovely family weekend away.

Excellent cottage, clean and tidy, only negative was we had too supply our own logs for the wood burner, I had checked up with cumbria county cottages a few days earlier about this and they informed me there was logs supplied, but fortunately I took a couple of extra bags from home just in case , I'm pleased I did. Overall a great place to stay
