A lovely, warm, well kitted out lodge in a beautiful rural location.
A lovely, warm, well kitted out lodge in a beautiful rural location. There were two lakes on site with lots of wildlife and am told good carp fishing. A central location meant Newquay, Padstow and various beautiful surfing beaches were only a short drive away.
The place was lovely and clean which meant no Covid concerns. The lodge has an expansive decking area with comfy chairs and picnic bench, ideal for outside entertainment. There is also ample parking outside.

My wife and I absolutely loved this Eco lodge, it has the Wow factor when you see the open plan living/kitchen area, enclosed garden ideal for the puppy, the decking has been extended and is an amazing space to watch the sun go down with a cold beer, the property was really clean, it had a nespresso coffee machine along with every mod con you could ask for, ideally situated to explore the amazing county that is Cornwall.
We would definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay again, the owners are only a phone call, Email or text away and nothing was too much trouble.
Give the Little Owl a visit you won't be disappointed.

Absolutely fantastic place, we've never stayed anywhere so well equipped.
Absolutely fantastic place, we've never stayed anywhere so well equipped. The lodge is just beautiful, spacious and exceptionally clean. James was very quick to respond when I did have a question (I couldn't find something) and answered my question. Great location in between Padstow and Newquay and only a 10 minute drive to Mawgan Porth where we spent our days on the beach. We cannot wait to come back again.

Beautiful lodge set in idillic countryside. There are two gorgeous lakes to walk around and you may even catch a glimpse of the kingfisher.
James and Liz who own the lodge are lovely and very helpful with any questions or queries we had before we arrived.

The accommodation suits our requirements very well.
We've been there before and we have two future visits booked, but the site is a work in progress with other lodges still under construction, and it's alongside the A39 so there's also a certain amount of traffic noise.
That said, the lodge is spacious and comfortable, it's fitted out and furnished to a high standard, and the kitchen equipment etc. is of very good quality. Users have access to walks around nearby fishing lakes and discounted entry to the adjacent Birds of Prey Centre, and being almost centrally located within Cornwall, the whole county is readily accessible.
