Everything we needed was provided for i.e tea, coffee, milk and treats for our dog. The owner was very helpful and gave us information about walks, local sites to visit etc plus there was plenty of reading matter to help us decide which locations to visit. We hope to stay at Meadow View in the future.

We had a lovely holiday in this super accommodation.
We had a lovely holiday in this super accommodation. Ideal for 2 couples because of the 2 ensuite rooms and perfect for a dog as there is a large field attached to the property. Delightful hosts who were welcoming, approachable and friendly without being intrusive. We would recommend Meadow View to anyone. It is also an ideal touring centre for this area of Suffolk.

One of the best dog, friendly cottages we have ever stayed in.
One of the best dog, friendly cottages we have ever stayed in. The owners could not have been more welcoming or helpful. The cottage was very light and airy, clean, comfortable and well designed. The gardens (one grassed and one more of a terrace) were both properly enclosed so our small dog could not escape. We could walk into the local town and into fields adjoining the cottage. There are numerous clean, uncrowded beaches 5-10 mins drive from the cottage all with cafes and facilities. Dunwich Beach (NT) was one of our favourites with numerous heathland walks and a lovely cafe. We had good weather so found plenty to do with all the walking, Sutton Hoo and a local museum. If we ever revisit Suffolk, this cottage would a strong contender for our accomodation.

We loved it here, because of the meadow behind the cottage, where we could walk our dog first thing and again at night. There were an abundance of walks nearby, to walk during the day. The cottage was a home from home, everything you could need. And the owners provided 2 folders of walks to do in Norfolk and Suffolk. We have booked to return next year. There is only two of us, but we can’t find a one bedroom property that meet what we are looking for.

A relaxing week in a lovely home with the most superb view ever, across your own paddock to fields beyond. A nice home tho some items showing signs of wear and tear-sofas,garden furniture. Little lights in each garden would have been nice for sitting out in the evening. Would still recommend tho.

Nice to to find high quality dog friendly place to stay which was; spotlessly clean, relaxing and peaceful which was only a 5 minute walk in to Leiston, great base for walks straight from the door or short ride to local coastal walks. Friendly helpful owner who was unobtrusive. Would recommend and would stay again.

Had a lovely, relaxing week in this very clean, well equipped and spacious holiday accommodation. Owners Caroline and John made us feel very welcome. Looks out onto meadow and fields, where our dog had lots of fun running around. Brilliant location and only a few miles to local attractions like Snape Maltings, Aldeburgh, Sizewell beach and Southwold. Have booked to return next year.

Had a lovely relaxing week in Meadow view, would definitely return. Everywhere was clean and comfortable. Our dog enjoyed the paddock out the back, not sure the rabbits he was chasing would agree.

Location, Location, Location.
Location, Location, Location..... what a absolute gem. Meadow View was so peaceful and relaxing with a lovely garden and use of a field for Winston (pointer) to run round and yet a 15minute walk away plenty of shops and pubs (Adnams). The converted barn had everything you could wish for and was spotlessly clean. The owners only next door if you needed anything or just a friendly chat and advice on that days walk. Loved it ……. we will return.
