Recently renovated, this pet-friendly 2-bedroom condo boasts updated furnishings and decor. It features two new King-size beds for ultimate comfort, along with two full bathrooms and a Queen sofa sleeper.
The living room is equipped with two cozy rocker recliners, a comfortable sofa sleeper, Cable TV, and Netflix for your entertainment. Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout your stay.
The newly remodeled enclosed sun room adds extra space and includes games for unwinding after a day of exploring the lake or enjoying Branson's attractions.
The full kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze, providing a home-like atmosphere.
Our on-site marina offers a courtesy dock, boat rentals, and storage, along with fishing licenses, tackle, and guide services. Experience thrilling water sports and some of the best bass fishing in the world, all just minutes from Branson's attractions.
The complex features a swimming pool and shuffleboard, conveniently located just a few steps away. A handicap pool lift has been available since 2018 for accessibility.

Pets must be approved by management prior to arrival and guests agree to pay a $50 pet fee. The Emerald Bay Yacht Club COA only allows one dog 25 lbs or less.
Guests are required by the Emerald Pointe Master POA to provide their license plate info to us so that we can authorize entry into the resort. Be sure to provide this information to us before the day of your arrival so that you are not stalled outside the security gate.
If you are bringing a boat and/or trailer of any kind, you will need to store the boat and the trailer offsite, such as at Branson Bay Marina. Contact them for all details.
Absolutely NO TRAILER PARKING is allowed in the parking lot of the marina (per Branson Bay Marina rules) or in the parking lot in the condominium complex (per COA rules). Any trailer will be towed at the expense of the guest. Please heed the signs that are posted on the resort property to comply with the COA rules.
Children and pets shall be supervised at all times.
Children are not permitted to climb on rock walls.
Fireworks are not permitted in the Emerald Bay Yacht Club complex at any time.
The maximum speed limit is 15 miles per hour within the complex. Watch for pedestrians including children playing.
Excessive noise and boisterous behavior within the unit and in the common areas is prohibited.
Use of charcoal grills is prohibited.
If there is any fine imposed for any violation(s) of the association rules and regulations by any of the guests, the guest who booked the property agrees to pay the fine, which may be in excess of $500.
As a standard disclaimer at all of our properties, we are letting you know that our condo is located in a community and state where cigarettes, cigars and marijuana are permitted. While we strive to maintain a clean and pleasant environment, there may be odors of any of the aforementioned items in the unit due to nearby units or previous guests.
Emerald Bay Yacht Club (COA) and Emerald Pointe (Master POA) are quite strict when it comes to parking, especially trailers and anything that takes up more than one standard parking space (18 ft x 8.5 ft). They watch for parking violations and impose fines and impound vehicles/trailers that violate the rules. You agree to be charged for all such expenses incurred. So, let us know if you are wanting to bring 3 or more vehicles, or any trailers, RVs, or anything that takes up more than one standard parking space so that we can make sure everything goes smoothly.

Nice condo by the lake. Stocked with all the essentials. Great proximity to Branson. We went swimming in the pool. We went to the aquarium in Branson. Again good location.

Decent
Property and location were as advertised. Maybe it was listed but I didn’t notice it, no soap or shampoo was at the condo. Also find it pretty ridiculous to pay that much of a cleaning fee but yet we are responsible to wash the towels and take the trash out after the stay.

Nice and cozy, was disappointed that sun porch wasn’t available as that was one reason we chose because my husband likes to read early morning, also water wont stay in either tub because drain doesn’t seal properly, we loved the recliners and the movies!

Very nice place. We went to a lot of shows so we didn't have time to just sit around and relax. We would rent it again if we ever go that way again.

not what we signed up for...
I booked this condo because I liked the photos, I liked the vaulted kitchen, the updated look and especially for the location. The ad said, close to the strip and when I contacted the property manager to see how far it was from Silver Dollar City she said only 15 minutes. I was contacted when we were in route that we had been switched to a "nicer" condo due to a maintenance issue to a totally different property that was 35 minutes from Silver Dollar City and not close to anything (we forgot a toothbrush) as it wasn't even in Branson, it was in Hollister. I told the management person that I thought the photos of our original condo were nicer and that I was concerned about the location and she assured me that we were switched to the much nicer condo. Then, as we were almost to the condo, I was called to be notified that the condo was not ready, and that there was an issue with the previous tenants leaving and they had to get the police involved so it was not yet clean and they would need 2-3 hours to do so. That was especially frustrating as we have two little kids that we wanted to get to bed on time as we knew it would be a really long day at Silver Dollar City the next day. We were told we could get in our room at 8 after only 1 hour of cleaning time and it showed. The towels were sloppy, there was long black hair on them, the floors were not clean. I was told I needed to switch the laundry from the washer to the dryer. My husband asked why I was folding laundry on vacation and I told him I didn't know what else to do with the laundry in the dryer. Other than that the room was decorated fine (I would have like the other kitchen better), the bed was super lumpy. We ran out of hot water after taking only two short showers so not everyone got to shower Sunday morning. It was definitely not what I signed up for and I think that we should for sure get a discount due to all of our trouble.

Property was clean and well stocked. Wish we could have had a view of the lake. But overall it was a great experience.
