Κοντά στο μετρό και σε σχετικά ήσυχο δρομο

Πολύ παλιό σπίτι ,δεκαετίας 60 χωρίς ανακαίνιση, με βρώμικα έπιπλα, κουρτίνες ,κουφώματα,, γυμνά καλώδια, πράγματα πεταμένα δεξιά αριστερά, χωρίς κανένα νοημα, χωρίς αισθητική και χωρίς να έχουν καταβάλει προσπάθεια να είναι φιλόξενο. Αν έχετε ocd μην το σκεφτείτε καν. Επιπλέον είναι λίγο μέτρο πάνω από το θορυβώδες εστιατόριο balthazar, όποτε τα decibel βαρανε ως νωρίς το ξημέρωμα. Αντί για χαρτί κουζίνας, είχε χαρτί υγείας! Γενικα, πρόκειται για μια αρπακτη, που αν δεν ήταν σε βολική τοποθεσία, το σπίτι θα νοικιαζοταν μηνιαίως κάτω από 300€.

Exceptional

It was nice because I was never disturbed by anyone and so I had lots of privacy. Air canditioner worked well in the bedroom. Close location to the grocery store including when going to the subway station.

Air conditioner was a little bit too noisy in the room with the TV although cooling worked good! It's possible the machine needs a new filter. I wasn't used to sleeping in a bed with the current type of mattress, this is always tricky when renting a new apartment like this, but I did manage to sleep.

Excellent location and great value for money

Perfect location. Very close to the metro. Vibrant neighbourhood. Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment with everything you need for a self-catering stay in Athens.

A hairdryer would have been great but otherwise perfect.

Superb

The location was perfect, the apartment had everything you needed including a washing machine which was helpful. I would stay here again.

Excellent communication by hostesses, very clean, good and safe location close to metro stop with easy connection to the city center (less than 10' by metro) and airport (less than 60')

The apartment is a bit weary, but well-kept and clean.

You get what you pay for

Good value for money. Had the place to myself.

A lot further out than I had realised so not ideal for getting around. The apartment is a lot older than I realised and the shower didn't work properly (really tiny and kept falling off so had to use it as handheld. As it was so small water ended up all over the floor every time). Kitchen was pretty basic, no microwave and only a hot plate. Very strict about checkin only until 9.30pm. All the windows were boarded up so no natural light.

The place is great, check to see if the noise problem is fixed

the host is super nice and welcoming. She is constantly working on improving the apartment. The apartment is very sweet and clean. The location is great, right next to the metro!

There is a lot of noise coming from the street but the host is going to change the windows in order to block the noise so maybe until you come it will be fixed. There was a slight problem with the shower curtain, but that is going to be fixed too.
