Kamer was schoon, en door de airco lekker koel
Op de site van booking stond niet aangegeven dat het om een sublokatie ging. We logeerden in the middle of nowere. Hoe kom je aan eten? We misten de gezelligheid van een dorpje. Vier trappen op met koffers is ook niet fijn. Prima lokatie voor juppen, niet voor senioren.
Wij vonden het beter bij airbenb passen dan bij een hotel

The breakfast was fine.
Nice place.
But not 100 % inclusive
The parking was not inclusief 🤔

Nice and cozy, feels like home
No elevator but stairs are okay

A very nice place to stay "in between" cities. Me and my partner booked the facility because it was on the way from Firenze to Malpensa airport. The host was super nice and welcoming, the room was big, clean and comfortable. City center is only 4 minutes walk. We were happy to discover the pastorally little town as such. Free parking on the street.
Private bathroom but through a corridor

We were arriving late and the owners were very accommodating about it. The place was really beautiful and clean and we were very happy with the place. Thank you!

Pierluigi was extremely helpful and friendly in guiding us and in the transportation. The house itself is very comfortable and clean. Very close to Rocca di Fontanellato, which is a must-see if you are in this region.
Breakfast was at a third party: the coffee was ok, but not the rest: I am sure that Italy has better to offer. The private bathroom is not ensuite: I didn't mind that, as there were no other guests at that time.

Perfect location near the autostrada. Fontanellato was worth seeing.

The house sits near the center of a gorgeous Tuscanese town - castle, surrounded by piazza and galleries, a couple of nice restaurants and friendly bar. A 5 minute walk gives you the entire town for the evening. The house itself is a nice Tuscan family house, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the main floor and the family situated on floors above. It is surrounded by more modern high-rise apartments and sits on a main road, so the immediate setting is not so gorgeous, but overall it affords an extremely comfortable and enjoyable one-night stay when on the road.
The bedrooms all have separate bathrooms that sit between, and there seems to be little insulating quality between rooms. The sounds in rooms are shared around. But we had some very nice other families in the rooms when there, and so heard little, but there was little there to prevent a noisy guest from being a problem, and every door (and everything else) that opened or closed was heard all around.

Very clean place. Cute indoor decor. Very large bathroom.
Easy street parking outside (or inside gates)
Center of town---cafes and restaurants are walking distance.
Well kept medieval castle few hundred meters away.
Beautiful church across the street.

I like to be able to walk to restaurants, sights, and stores. This home fit the bill. Lovely area, friendly people, great restaurants nearby, thoroughly enjoyable town.
Felt a bit awkward going from my room to my bathroom through common hall. A bit more noise than expected, but not unlike my own home.

The welcome was really nice and the room was so nice that we wished we could stay longer.

The location, fontanellato is close to the highway, however far enough to be quiet. Town itself has a small centre with many restaurants. The recommended pizza restaurant Locandia Nazional did not dissappoint. Best pizza ever! Even got a voucher for a discount from the host!
Free parking in front of the door also great.
Bathroom not en suite which was very well communicated in advance.
Breakfast with voucher for a place which had a long queue. Not the fault of the host.

Lovely spacious rooms with private bathrooms - a bathrobe was provided, which is a nice touch. Breakfast voucher provided for nearby cafe (not sure if this is a Covid measure but was fine). Free parking on street outside. Very close to the old town so great location
Nothing to add here

Extremely clean. Great security. Good parking.
The private bathroom was in a separate room from the bedroom. Breakfast was not at the property. The owners lived upstairs and you could hear them walking , talking etc.
