Two families, 10 people. We had everything we needed. We appreciated a huge fridge and freezer, amazing gas stove, two coffee pots, and stainless steel pots and pans. So glad we had options other than nonstick! Plenty of space for all of us to spread out. The hot tub was incredible and CLEAN after a long day of outside activities that left us all aching! Perfect location and overall a perfect home for an extended stay.

After about 20+ years, we finally found the perfect house in Summit County for our annual ski trip. Beautiful and spacious house that is meticulously appointed and maintained. Very private with great views.

I had my family of 10 adults and one grand baby. I highly recommend this property. We could see mountains, deer, moose from our house in back yard. Lovely home, centrally located for food. One of our best vacations!

We had 2 families (7 adults) that celebrated Christmas together.
The home was beautiful, actually even more beautiful than the pictures. Even though the home is in a subdivision, it doesn't feel like it when you look out the balcony. It feels secluded. The view of the mountains along with the fresh fallen snow on the trees was just what we were hoping for. Loved the heated driveway, garage, sidewalk leading to the home and all the heated floors inside the home. The pool table on the lower level was perfect for something to do in the evenings. We enjoyed out stay.

Great Family Place
We had a terrific time at this home. The location of the house is great. Very convenient to stores and restaurants. The home itself was stunning. The pictures don’t lie ❤️ We had a large group of 10 staying at the house, there was more than enough room to accommodate us all and then some. Communication with the owners was always easy and quick responses. We are already talking about booking it again for next year. Great family place!

Beautiful house
Very much enjoyed our stay. House was beautiful with nice views. Easy access to ski resorts. Loved the large table where the entire family could eat together. Well stocked kitchen. Plenty of room for 11 family members with spaces for gathering and spaces for quiet. Had a wonderful week. Lights were a bit tricky to figure out. Owner posted instructions but it took some getting used to.

Wonderful home but quite cold.
When we first arrived, we were very impressed; the place is huge, immaculate, well decorated, and detailed. The driveway and outside walk are heated and snow free. Unfortunately, this week was unusually cold for March and the house heating system did not keep up. The rooms with fireplaces were plenty warm, but the great room and the bedroom next to it (not the master bedroom) were cold. My daughter woke up one morning with a room temperature of 46 degree F. That was the coldest we saw, but it never got warmer than 56 in that room the entire stay. Loved the house, disappointed by the cold.

Lovely home. We enjoyed our stay very much. However, some of the mattresses need to be replaced.
The heated driveway and steps are AWESOME!

Can't wait to come back!
We loved our stay in this quintessential mountain home. Unpretentiously high end, the home was inviting and cozy. The spectacular kitchen had everything we needed and the flow of the home provided both wonderful places to gather and privacy when needed as well as amazing views. I can't say enough about this wonderful property and the responsive owners!

Beautiful family home
This home is the perfect family getaway in the mountains. There was plenty of space for all 12 of us to spread out, yet we all could gather together at the dining table and on the decks. The location is close to so many activities of all adventure levels yet peacefully tucked away from the hustle of neighboring resort towns. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean and functional. We would absolutely love to stay again!

Silverthorne home
My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this property. We ran into a few issues during our stay involving the kitchen... went into the trip knowing about some of the issues and then both ovens stopped working... that being said, Kris was responsive and helpful and we were able to make do with the stovetop. The rest of the house is amazing and even more stunning than the photos posted, including the view. We loved this house so so much and thank you guys for making it feel like home. We hope to be back next year!

Summer Get away
Our Family Stayed a week in July 2020. It’s a Beautiful home! The Pictures don’t do it justice! It’s Located just 15-20 min from 3 ski resorts. We played golf, guided fly fished, and white water rafted and did numerous hikes. Cooked nightly with plenty of utensils already at the home. We spent most time on the deck just taking in the spectacular views. We will be back again.

Seriously !
Seriously this place is perfect. The bedrooms were prefect and clean, the main bed room (comfortable beds) stepped out onto a large deck. The kitchen was perfect and clean. We spent most of the time after skiing on the deck (the deck was my favorite part a great place to have snacks and a beer or wine after skiing) , in the hot tub or playing pool. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need, the kitchen table was AWESOME.
The heated garage was a plus, we just left our ski boots in the vans, they stayed warm for the next day. I've stayed in 9 VRBOs in Summit County and this was the best.

Copper Ski Week
This is a very large amazing house, with a wonderful view. Close to town, 20 minute (quick) drive to Copper everyday. We took a day off (day off?) and went snowshoeing at Willow Creek, five minutes away. I hate to say how awesome the stay was, because I want it to be available next year.

Pictures do not do this beautiful home justice! Everything in the home is well maintained. The views are amazing and the location is great. We have stayed in many homes via VRBO and this is by far our favorite! The property manager was fantastic to work with as well. 5 stars for sure!

This house is amazing! We had 4 families (total of 14) and everybody had room to spread out and plenty of room for us to all be together. We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The owners were quick to respond to any question or need. We will definitely try to stay here again next year!

Big house with plenty of space and amazing views
This house was a perfect accommodation for 10 people. Large living rooms that sat all of us comfortably and a ten person dinning room table. The only issues we had were figuring out some of the lights and electronics but the owner Kris is very quick on his responses for help. I would definitely stay at this house again.

The Lodge is a beautiful setting and a great place for a large group!
We chose The Lodge for its space, proximity to many things to do and the beautiful setting and we weren’t disappointed. Our party of 12 had more than enough space (and parking) without even using the beds in the loft. The house was clean and generously equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The deck was a great setting for evening dinner and a glass of wine. The kids in our party loved the bunk beds, the stuffed animal, and having a lot of space to play. The kitchen was well equipped to meet our needs. Kris responded quickly to a couple of inquiries via text.
The only comment (not even a complaint) is the light switches do take some getting used to. It took several tries to figure out which switch went to which light. We had a wonderful family vacation and I would recommend this house to any large family or group looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay!!

Absolutely wonderful!!
From the moment we walked in we knew we were staying in the perfect place! The house is spacious, clean and has a wonderful deck. I loved the big dining room table and picnic table on the deck as they allowed our entire group to eat meals together. We saw lots of deer and fox while sitting outside. The house is within easy distance of many trail heads and Rocky Mountain National Park. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who loves Summit County the way we do!!

It is truly an amazing house for a large family get together and a terrific location to all things Summit County.

Amazing
This property was amazing. We decided to stay a little further from Copper Mountain and were unsure if it was a good idea or not. It ended up being a fabulous idea! The drive was about the same as Frisco but this house was amazing. March Madness was going on and we used the projector to watch the games. The accommodations were fabulous. The owner was great to work with. I highly recommend this property as it was, again, amazing.

First Class Experience
Huge house with first class amenities and great owner communication all along the way. The four main bedrooms, the bunk room, and the 4 bed loft give you so many options for sleeping a group. We had families and kids and it worked out very well. Top notch appliances and bathrooms. So much space and a heated (detached) garage. The entertainment room was great, small tv for kids to watch Nick Jr and huge projector screen for the dads to watch hockey :). Great sledding literally out the back door. We took good care of the place and got our full deposit refund within 24hrs.
