About this house rental

MUST BE 25 AND OLDER TO RENT OUR TOWNHOUSE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Rental is Saturday to Saturday during peak season. Clean two bedroom, two 1/2 bath townhouse with bunk bed, and queen pull-out sofa sleeper. Sleeps 6 adults (two queen beds and queen sofa). Bunk bed sleeps two children. Ideal for families! Updated kitchen (granite countertops, maple cabinets, and new appliances), bathrooms, and new hardwood flooring throughout the house. Pale paint and bright beachy décor combine to provide a relaxing get-away. Fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with 42-inch screen TV and DVD player. The seashell bedroom has a queen bed with 26-inch screen TV and the spacious nautical room has a queen bed and bunk bed (for children). Each bedroom has its own bathroom and a half bath is located on main floor. A comfortable sectional in the living room has a queen pull-out sofa. Located three blocks from the ocean and just steps from the back screened-in deck to Gorman Park (playground, tennis court, pickleball court, and racquetball court, picnic tables, grill). There are decks off of the front and back bedrooms to sit and relax. Close to many attractions such as mini golf, restaurants, kayaking, parasailing, and paddle boarding.

We had a little hiccup with information provided late but the owner went out of their way to make it better. We enjoyed our stay, the home is Beautiful and well equipped. There is a screened porch and park behind the home which is perfect for kids. Not much to see on the TV but wasn’t a problem for us since we didn’t spend much time at the home. Very spacious rooms and home would definitely recommend staying here and not too far from OC which we were heading to, also within walking distance to the local beach area.

This was the second time we stayed at this townhome. It is the best stocked kitchen I have experienced from a VRBO. Everything was labeled and clean. The location is great for small kids with the park directly behind the house.

This was our second visit to this home, and we would return again. Great quiet location in Caine Woods within easy walking distance to restaurants, mini golf, and the beach. The house has a nice layout for our family and is very clean and comfortable. Hosts are easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay.

Our family had a great time in North OC while we stayed at this home. Very clean and comfortable. 1 BR has queen and 2nd has queen & 2 twin bunks. Both bedrooms have their bathroom as well as a half bath on 1st floor. Quiet area close enough but not on top of the craziness. Great hosts, good communication. Park right next door. Great for families!

The house was spotlessly clean, cutely decorated, and all the necessities were there. The welcome kit was a nice touch. Location was perfect for us too- close to the beach, not too close to the busy downtown area but also easily accessible by car. We enjoyed our time there and would like to come back when we visit Ocean City again!

Our beach house was beautiful, clean, spacious abd well organized! We felt like we walked into luxury. Our girls trip had two moms and four teenage girls and we had more than enough space. We loved the separate bathrooms upstairs and the convenience of the half bath downstairs. In the kitchen everything was labeled so we knew where to put back anything we used. It was well stocked with any utensil you needed, our girls even baked brownies! The porch out back was lovely to sit and enjoy morning coffee. The girls (even though teenagers) enjoyed the park too. It was a short walk to the beach. Once out of the little neighborhood, there was only one street to cross with a traffic light. We loved the keyless entry, it was so nice not having to remember who had the key every time you left. The owners were very responsive to our inquires before and during our trip. We are super excited to book this beach house again next year. Thank you for a memorable trip!

Great host communicated all relevant information in a concise and timely manner. Property was as described. Has a park (Gorman Park) with a playground, pickle ball, racquet ball, and tennis courts literally 20 feet out the back door also has a walking trail around the park consider bringing bikes. Only a 2 minute drive to the beach. Very clean I will say cleaner than other rentals I have stayed. Matresses were better than most rentals I have stayed. Great for kids and family. Will certainly book again and absolutely recommend.

Loved this place! The location was great, right across from the beach and mini golf. There's a lot of good food options in walking distance too. Our 4 year old loved the direct access to the playground! The place was very clean and spacious with a nice sized dining table. Kitchen was organized. Bedrooms each have their own bathrooms (with nightlights) for the little ones. We'd definitely stay here again!

We stayed for a week in August of 2022. The downstairs has a wonderful open floor plan. I felt like I could cook meals while still engaging with my wife and kids in the living area. The cabinets are fully stocked with cooking equipment and everything is labeled, which is so helpful when putting the dishes away. The laundry room has an extra bathroom downstairs. The upstairs is perfectly divided. My kids shared bunkbeds and had their own bathroom. My wife and I also had an en-suite. It was the perfect amount of space for us. We loved the location. The playground and recreation courts in the backyard were a big hit with the kids. We chose to drive to the beach because we had a lot of beach stuff and a 3 year old. However older kids and adults could walk to the beach easily. It wasn't too hard to find parking near the 136th access path. It is quite removed from the boardwalk area. It's about a 30 minute drive to the pier. However if you are looking for a spot in Ocean City that is removed from the bustling crowds, this is the place.
