Have a wedding or a golf getaway Little Blue House is close to most of the wedding venues and golf courses in the area. Check in after 3:30pm and check out before 10:30am Minutes from the Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore and only 2 miles from the nearest leg of the Heritage trail. Ready for your outdoor fun. skiing, hiking, golfing, goofing. whatever your winter sport is. The Little Blue House is just about always ready for you to visit. This cozy 3 bedroom 1 bath. SLEEPS 1- 5 PEOPLE MAX. NO MORE PLEASE. Nestled in the woods with lots of privacy the Little Blue House is a quiet little getaway. It is just 3 miles outside of downtown Glen Arbor. It is centrally located for your visit to the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, Leland, Traverse City, Empire. A short drive to see all the sights. It is ideal for small families, couples, and close friends. Professionally managed and maintained by the owner who lives nearby to ensure you have no worries during your visit. We welcome all feedback to improve your visit!! We are always making little improvements to the property. If you have a wedding to go to at the Homestead resort, we are only a few miles away. 1 to 5 people can stay comfortably. So C'mon up and relax! Tastefully decorated, Our goal is from the minute you check in till you leave you will say "ahh, just like home." Queen beds (New 2023) in all 3 bedrooms A Maple hardwood floors procured locally in the livingroom. Central Heat/AC Cable with most all the channels and High Speed internet WIFI And yes, we have the Big 10 network 55 in. Flat screen TV 43 in. Flat screen smart tv in bedrooms Games/cards/poker chips for the rainy days Fire Pit in Backyard Firewood NOT provided Sit back and relax on the decks BBQ with propane supplied Linens and towels provided. Little Blue House is great for small families, couples, friends who want a clean, safe hassle free environment to stay. What I ask from my guests is that they take care of my place as if it were their own!. It is not a party house and is not to be treated as such. Thank you in advance for your consideration. As with all things there are a few rules to highlight. Please No Fireworks!!! No Smoking!! No Pets !!!! No Candles in the House!! No sublets or additional people added to the reservation without permission and maximum of 5 people can stay. Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning so please clean up after yourself. I would rather refund your deposit. Rates, Availability, Rules, and Amenities are subject to change at any time. PLEASE NOTE: I DO NOT TAKE VENMO ALL BOOKINGS ARE THROUGH VRBO. Comfortable house for a family trip to Michigan. Conveniently located near Sleeping Bear Dunes and and Leelanau Peninsula. Checkout time of 10:30 AM was challenging when laundry tasks were required.

This cottage was clean and well-maintained. The decor was simple and nice. We loved the privacy of the location. Back deck was superb.

The house was clean and easy to feel comfortable in. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were wonderful! It was a peaceful, secluded location in the woods with deer walking about. The cleaning requirements of washing the linens prior to departure was unusual since COVID has been shown to be passed by air droplet and not contact.

We had a great time! This sweet little cabin was the perfect place to relax after a day of climbing dunes and rockhounding several beaches in the area. We saw deer and turkey every day. I would stay here again!

The blue cabin truly was a home away from home. We had everything we needed - fully stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher, grill, bonfire, outdoor furniture, privacy, and a great location.
This place has 3 generously sized bedrooms along with a giant living room.
We had a great stay, and best of all the location was central to everything you’d want to see or do near the sleeping bear dunes, glen arbor, and empire.
Pete the host was responsive and easy to reach, and I look forward to our next time up there to rent his property again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and serene. It was just right for me and my two adult sons who each had their own room. Wish the kitchen had a few food basics though, like tea and coffee, but a great deal for the price!

We really enjoyed this house. It had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better and it provided a great base for us. It felt like we were less than 15 minutes from everything we wanted to do. It’s so nice to have a full kitchen! Only update we’d recommend would be getting new blinds. They are a little old and the sun really came through them. We look forward to returning to this house. Thank you for the weekend of great memories.

Perfect home for our family of 3. The location is close to everything in Sleeping Bear and Glen Arbor. Quiet, peaceful and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the owner and the whole process was very easy. Would definitely book again.

This was a wonderful base for our recent trip to Glen Lake. Very clean, nicely updated, comfortable beds, everything in working order. A great place to come home to after spending day trips in the area. We look forward to returning.

Overall very pleased with the property.It was a cute small 3 bedroom with enough room for more than two of us. The location is good if you want to explore the sights in the area because its centrally located between them but still private when you’re ready to relax for a while. Would rent this one again,already want to go back next year.

The blue house was in a wooded area within 5-10 minutes of Glen Arbor. The neighborhood was quiet and deer came up to the front porch.
The house was clean throughout and furnished with towels, sheets, and kitchen items. All the rooms were clean and neat with a beach theme.
Easy access to Sleeping Bear dunes, Glen Arbor, Glen Haven, Empire, Beulah, Frankfort, and Traverse City.

The two of us enjoyed this property. The location was good for our visit to Leelanau. There was a small cafe with great breakfast directly across the street. We felt that the wash cloths and hand towels need updating. It also didn't seem there would have been enough of any of the towels for 4 or more guest. I would have liked having a blanket available for the bed instead of only a comforter. Be aware this property requires you to wash the linens before departing. I'd choose the property again if visiting the area.

Love this property! This year was our 8th time! Totally recommend this home for the perfect up north experience. Owner is amazing to work. House is centrally located to visit multiple beaches and cities.

Appreciated the firewood, would have preferred cotton sheets. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals except peeler. Grill was a bonus!

It is in the woods, a bit buggy, but super clean and was perfect for our family of four. Easy to find and check in. Definitely a good value. He keeps the costs down by you doing some laundry and taking out the trash. We didn't have any contact with the owner during our stay.
