This spacious and inviting 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom home is located in one of the most highly sought after communities in Lely Resort, The Majors. With recently refreshed furniture and all new staging and decor by an interior designer, this home is ready to welcome its first guests! The preserve view allows for a very private setting while enjoying the very spacious and well furnished lanai with family and friends in the Florida sun.
Lely Resort is a private golf course community with an optional transfer if you are staying 30 days or longer to have access to the world-class 20,000 sq. ft. Player's Club & Spa where you will find a lap pool & waterfall, children's water park, lighted tennis courts, bocce ball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, spa & massage services, theater room, restaurant, Tiki bar and poolside waiter service! You will also have access to some of the best golf courses Naples has to offer, the Mustang and Flamingo Island Golf courses.
Prepare for paradise when you enter this home with a spacious lanai and built in grill to a fully equipped chef's kitchen and an open floor plan living space, you may never want to leave! The master suite boasts a king size bed on top of plush carpet and multiple oversize windows overlooking the pool area with a private bathroom ensuite.
The second and third bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the home from the master suite to allow for maximum privacy. Another king bed is offered in the second bedroom and you will find two twin beds in the third. Between the second and third bedrooms is a full bathroom to be shared with a tub and shower combo. The fourth bedroom is converted from a den and now offers a queen bed and a flat TV and directly across the hall you will find the full bathroom with access to the pool and lanai area.

We have had the most fabulous family vacation in a house that’s exceeded our expectations in every way. The photos do not do the house and especially the outdoor area justice.
Beautifully presented, immaculately clean and wonderfully equipped with top appliances, this house has everything to make it ideal for a perfect family vacation.
The team at Marco Naples Vacation Rentals have been amazing and I have to mention Katelyn who has gone above and beyond to make our holiday stress free. I bombarded her with so many questions and she came back everytime with a cheerful, positive and helpful response.

We enjoyed our second stay here. They could use a few throw blankets for use in the living room area, in order to not rob all the beds of their top quilts for cozying up in front of the tv. Also, I had to buy laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. Otherwise, this place is wonderful!

Fabulous home for a family
Our family had a great stay at this fabulous home. Spotlessly clean, really comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen was extremely well equipped. Beach chairs/umbrella, cooler and pool toys were top notch. The outdoor space was perfect for lounging in or out of the sun, dining table is lovely and the pool/spa were thoroughly enjoyed by all. We enjoyed the Players Club as well.

Amazing House
We spent 3 weeks in this beautiful home - wish we could have rented it in 2023 but was booked. Had all the comforts of home, in abundance - especially linens and towels. Really enjoyed the heated pool and sauna. Location was ideal for us since we enjoy going into Naples downtown. Definitely would recommend transfer for Players Club and Spa, which was the icing on the cake!

This is a beautifully decorated, spacious home with a large lanai, heated pool and hot tub. The kitchen was very well equipped for any type of cooking or grilling. A wonderful stay
A terrific property in a wonderful location. This home has everything you would want for your vacation. It’s extremely well equipped and has real quality throughout including its beach furniture which was well used during our week. The outside area is huge and we loved it’s privacy for morning coffee and late night drinks. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and it’s certainly the best rental we have been to in the Naples area. Can’t wait for our next visit.

Our family stay in this beautiful home was wonderful. How better to begin the day than early morning swimming in the pool and end it with late night relaxing in the hot tub? We took advantage of the well-appointed kitchen and outdoor grill as well as the spacious and comfortable sleeping accommodations. We were pleased with the ample beach paraphernalia and the bikes provided by the owner. This is by far the best rental property we have had in all our VRBO stays. Kudos to both the owner(s) and the rental agents who made our vacation so very pleasant.

Relaxed, Refreshed, Recharged
Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely, single family home. Walking through the double front doors, you are welcomed into the spacious and well-equipped living, dining and kitchen area, along with overlooking the gorgeous lanai and pool/spa.
As there are two bedrooms located at each end of the house, two small families could easily stay in this home comfortably.
I personally enjoyed sitting outside on the lanai in early morning with a cup of coffee and listening to the sounds as the sun rises and the day comes to life. A peaceful evening could be spent grilling and dining on the spacious lanai.
This property is located in a quiet, gated community and a perfect location just to get away and enjoy all the amenities this place as to offer.

Lovely home, relaxing stay!
My husband and I stayed at this lovely property the week after Thanksgiving -- we wanted some quiet R&R time. We found the location to be PERFECT for us. Close to the Naples and Marco Island beaches, as well as the entertainment and shopping of Naples itself. Don't miss 'The Dock' restaurant at the Naples city dock area -- it was one of our favorites!
The home has just been refreshed by the new owners and we found it truly lovely. However, we spent most of our time outside in the spacious lanai area -- the pool has a nice southern exposure and the weather was wonderful when we arrived so that we did not have even use the pool heat early in the week. But when the days turned cooler, the pool heat was available and we used it -- very nice! Since the lanai backs up to a nature preserve area, the view is luscious and green. We added a bit of our own good music and it was perfect!
We found the kitchen to be very well equipped -- easy for us to buy a few groceries (a nice Publix and Walmart were very close) and eat in when we wanted. We also appreciated the upgraded cable TV subscription at the house -- a late night glass of wine and a good movie was a nice luxury for us...
The home is located in a luxurious 'old world' style gated community. We enjoyed both walking the trail and riding bikes that were provided. We did not take advantage of the amenities of Lely Resort while we were there, but definitely will do that when we return -- which we intend to do later in the summer with our two children and their families. We are excited to share this 'gem' with them!
