Où est le prestige ou que non non?

Studio propre et lumineux car au 4e et dernier étage, lit confortable, la terrasse, la piscine, le parking gratuit

- L'accueil : malgré l'enregistrement en ligne, je n'ai jamais reçu le mail avec le numéro du studio, ce qui nous aurait permis de ne pas "poireauter "15 minutes devant l'hôtesse d'accueil, certes occupée mais qui ne nous a absolument pas calculés. - avoir été obligés de réclamer le kit ménager de bienvenue - avons demandé un oreiller supplémentaire qui nous a été fourni sans taie d'oreiller - équipement cuisine insuffisant. Une seule tasse à café. Il manque une bouilloire. Pas de prise de courant au niveau de la kitchenette obligés de brancher le grille pain sur la prise située au bas du mur et de le poser sur le sol. - prises proches du lit cachées par les tables de chevet, il manque un petit banc pour poser la valise et les portes grincent

Un sejour hors saison.

La situation proche des commerces. La residence avec acces entierement securise.

La faible surface du studio. Le lit jumeau fixe qui prend trop de place en surface par rapport a un canape convertible. Trop petite table en surface pour les repas pour 2 personnes. La porte communiquante ou l'on entend le bruit des voisins ce qui engendre un manque d'intimite.

Belle semaine de détente.

La petite cuisine était parfaitement bien équipée avec des produits de nettoyage à disposition. Proche des centres commerciaux. Place de parc y compris pour les vélos gratuitement mise à disposition. Possibilité de commander du pain pour le matin.

Une bonne détente au SPA après une longue randonnée, surtout lorsque la météo est maussade, est très appréciée. Dommage qu'il ferme déjà à 19heures.

We had to move 2 days before the end of our booking because of some emergency things at home, so I asked administrators to return the cost of 1 or 2 nights (as they decide) but still have no answer from them. So if you hope to have some communication with this hotel in case of some emergency things don’t even hope, that they will resolve it

Quiet, peaceful place. Friendly staff.

The opening hours listed on the website are incorrect. Phones are switched off earlier.. it is impossible to contact the staff. The walls are in need of repair, the shower cabin is very inconvenient without a curtain or a door.

Staff was amazing and very accommodating. The rooms where very clean. Enough parking spaces.

Quiet and lovely

Located away from the crowded town center and a few minutes walking from one of the most beautiful little beaches I've seen. The pool area was very nice and quiet with cicadas providing a lovely sound ambience. Very nice self contained appartament with a kitchenette. We liked it a lot.

The free wifi was bascaly non existent, and a to do list before checkout was pretty long for that pricetag

Good location in walking distance to the city center and directly next to the beach, well-equipped and big rooms, parking garage and outdoor parking places (both gated), friendly staff

You are expected to clean the apartment yourself when leaving (was not really clear what exactly is expected), no cleaning of the room during the stay (4 days), pool has strange opening times (e.g., not open on Saturday mornings and closing at 7pm) and you are not allowed to wear normal bathing shorts

Disappointing

Location is fine, the room is quite new.

Very bad service, especially the WiFi connection, basically there is no WiFi and phone connection. And the room face to pool was very very noisy, lots of kids playing and screaming outside, no way to have nice rest. Some of the stuffs are very cold and fake, check out need to be done before 10:00am, even we have issues wants to delay a bit the checkout, no négociation, even no help to keep the langues, very bad experience there.

Clean room, nice swimigpool.

Inside room smelled very chlorine, I had to pay a higher price at the hotel than i had booked - hotel dosen't inform during reservation on booking.com about aditional cost and tax.
