Great apartment for 2 people, cracking bathroom with spacious shower.
Excellent location, was perfect for visiting Blair Atholl and Pitlochry. A lot of places in the village to eat and drink, would highly recommend the chip shop downstairs!
WiFi doesn't work, whatever password they give you and network they say to try, it doesn't work and they will ignore your messages about.
Tv and fire stick doesn't work either so if your staying for a few nights or more download something before you come to watch at night.

The apartment was clean and well equipped. Handy for everything in Dunkeld.

It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay and they were able to accommodate a late check out due to train strikes.

The apartment looked pleasant online, and was dog friendly for a last minute decision to spend a couple of nights in Dunkeld for golf.
I get a genius discount, and the owner made the hidden charge for being pet friendly up to the pre discounted price. After the booking was made. As the standard rate for properties that aren't actually dog friendly is ÂŁ10 per evening, I found the ÂŁ30 added on charge to be excessive and a cynical move by the owner, Michael.
In the chat section, I asked Michael to cancel the booking because of this. He was purposely very rude, implying that I couldn't afford to stay in Dunkeld whilst bad mouthing other businesses there too! and insisted I go through the contact centre to cancel. Which took hours, and wasn't necessary.
All in all, it was a very unpleasant experience, and if I didn't know Dunkeld to be a lovely place, it would have put me off visiting entirely.
The only upside was Michael's dreadful hospitality levels showed themselves before we arrived.

Furnishings, bed , shower etc excellent.
Second staircase needs a handrail. Silver bedside lamp not working. Could not figure out television. Inadequate instructions. Stair light did not always come on in the dark.

Very dark with no windows not shown on pictures on advertisement sites. No instructions for appliances or heating. Flat cold on arrival.

Lovely quirky little apartment,clean today & very well equipped.
Our only issue was the bed,mattress felt like it was past it’s best.

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Dunkeld, couldn't fault it. The apartment was small but has a very clever use of the space, and was a lovely home for a couple of nights.

The fact it was right in heart of town but nice and quiet. Everything to hand. Particularly pleased that it was dog friendly.
A few extra items, such as a pan scourer, kitchen towel. Also cupboard space was limited but understandable given it’s a small apartment.

gorgeous cosy and brilliantly located. was safe and perfect for work (WiFi fir my video conferencing etc) the place was super clean, warm and has a great vibe. host was efficient helpful and friendly. the best sleep I’ve had in ages and didn’t want to leave!

Very clean property right in the center of Dunkeld. Perfect for exploring Perthshire and easy walking distance to everything in Dunkeld. Well equipped kitchen and very nice bathroom.
Very very strong smell of the chippy downstairs. Makes clothes smell and is impossible to get out of the room as opening windows make it worse. Unfortunately this is not the fault of the host but needs to be noted.
No front desk.
Some small areas need repaired or redecorated.

I liked everything mainly. comfortable and good facilities and very clean. kitchen good. communication with host excellent.
I was really cold in bed. I found the duvet not that great. Actually I was quite cold the whole time. The shower leaks round the head so half the water sprays all over the place including out of the cubicle if you’re not careful. smells of chips a bit..I asked about coffee and was told only instant was available so I bought a cafetière to take but it turned out there was one in the cupboard so that was a bit annoying.

The equipment was good and bed, sofa comfortable. Shower was good and all clean.
Access left a lot to be desired and put us off- a tight spiral stair with no handrail in the upper section. The space in the apartment was minimal apart from bathroom- there was hardly space for 1 to dress in the bedroom, let alone 2. Very dark interior- black floors,doors and grey walls. Tip- would improve the space if lighter decoration.

Central location and room was clean.
Room very dark, entrance not the best (smells of chip shop which is located two floors down), outlook from bathroom unpleasant, velux window handle broken and in need of repair, no toilet paper in room and found dirty washing in wash machine. Issues communicated with owner were met with strained/unpleasant response.

Great location for sightseeing
It would be nice if a starter pack containing kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets, sponge, antibacterial kitchen spray could be made available. Noise and smell from fish and chip shop was disappointing

Mirrors too high for small people! Towels could do with replacing but overall, this was a lovely wee apartment
