For the aerospace industry, the house is under 20 minutes' drive to most sites on Vandenberg Space Force Base for contractors' convenience. Many rocket launches, including those by SpaceX are visible right from the front yard! It is an easy drive to Santa Barbara, Solvang, Pismo Beach and San Luis Obispo; you can easily daytrip to both with approximately one-hour drives along Highways 1/101...both with breathtaking coastal views.

There is a classic pool with a built-in hot tub/spa which were both completely renovated just a few years ago. Views from the backyard are of a natural hillside/canyon, and it is very private.
