Josh responded quickly and is flexible. Our rental car was a Dodge Charger and it was a little tricky fitting it into parking space provided but it did work! Beds comfy, nice size shower and location great! Enjoyed our stay! Ended up 4 adults and one child. Plenty of room for us!

Great property. Was very convenient for its location in town and .5 mile from beach! Jason was a great communicator when we had question. Would definitely stay here again!

We came to have a few days break from the Phoenix heat, the weather was unbelievably beautiful and the unit was just perfect for us! It’s walking distance to the stores, shops and restaurant’s plus 10-15 minutes walk to the pier! Very clean and even a slight ocean view!!

Location is everything! This clean, neat place fit the bill for comfort & essentials, but the super short walk to restaurants/shops and proximity to the beach was icing on the cake. And off-street parking meant no fighting for parking on the crowded streets. Highly recommended!

This was a perfect location!! My friend and her son came to visit us for a quick trip and we needed a place close to our home for them to stay. This place was perfect! They loved the access they had to shopping and restaurants and the proximity to the beach. They were visiting from Colorado so it was super fun for them to stay in a beautiful beach town. The communication was excellent before the trip!! So glad to have found this place.

We enjoyed the location of the property to the town. We enjoyed the location to the beach.
The bungalow had everything we needed. We were respected as quests and had the assurance that if we needed anything it would be attended to.

Ideal location
We stayed at the property while in town for a wedding. The beds were comfortable. The couch was very old though and squeaked when you move. I was surprised that there was a list of things to do in order to get your security deposit, like take out the trash and run the dishwasher.

Has everything you need!
The stay at Jason's was fantastic! This was my second time at this property and was just as perfect for what I needed as the first! Cannot beat the location to stores and tons of places to eat near there and only a short walk to the pier! The place itself is as pictured and honestly even better in person! Super happy it was available again, Jason is a great host!

Great unit for our family of five
Enjoyed by a family of five. Beds are very comfortable and the extra pull out couch worked out perfect. The patio was peaceful and nice to have coffee in the morning. Unit was clean and in a good general location.

The best thing about this unit is it’s location. It is within walking distance to many restaurants & shops. A very quick drive to the beach areas also. The front patio is great for eating or visiting. This unit has no frills and there was a couple things that weren’t as clean as they should’ve been. The bathroom is updated nicely but the shower head is awful. Bring your own soap and extra towels if you are staying more that two nights because they were in short supply. The beds are big and comfy and there is good closet space. Even though this unit is in town, it was quiet at night & the Ocean air felt great in the mornings. I’d stay here again.

We had a GREAT time at this property. It's close to downtown shopping, food, coffee shops, and our favorite Italian Restaurant, Sonny's Pizza. It's a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach/pier. We've been going to San Clemente for 39 years and staying in hotels but this experience is going to make us change the way we vacation. The owner, Jason, responded to any questions we had very promptly. This unit is clean. The beds were comfortable. I was thrilled with the full size refrigerator. The patio was where we spent a lot of our time. It was the perfect setting for breakfast, lunch or dinner. It was also a great place for our granddaughters, ages 4 1/2 & 1 1/2 years old to play safely. The only downside is the parking if you have multiple vehicles. The onsite parking is just big enough for a Rogue/Accord. There is overnight street parking, but you MUST read the signs and move your car accordingly. Overall, I highly recommend this place. We will stay here again in the future.

Adequate Accommodations
Overall clean remodeled unit with a nice front patio. Unit was not in a neighborhood, but more of a business district with homes and businesses mixed together. Parking spot was small as described, but enough room to park a Nissan Rogue. Be prepared to rewash all dishes, drinkware, flatware, and pots/pans before using.......many had dried on food and lipstick stains from previous renters. Also be prepared to bring all your own towels, as few were provided and were very worn. Beds were soft and comfortable, but a bit saggy. Linens and bathrooms appeared clean. Noise was generally not a problem, but tenants in back unit did have one rather large loud party and kept us up until 5am! Although I am not certain, I believe the owner occupies the back unit (If he did, he did not introduce himself). So, if you are looking for basic accommodations that are generally clean without all the ‘extras’ you often find in other SC rentals, this place will do.

Cute tiny beach bungalow
This is a cute tiny beach bungalow situated in the business area of San Clemente. The most negative thing about this property is the lack of overnight parking anywhere near its location. If you have a full sized vehicle larger than a Prius you will have a very hard time parking in the driveway next to the unit. The owner of the unit actually texted me at 11:30 pm and told me to immediately move my vehicle because it was blocking the driveway. This made me angry since my vehicle had been parked at T Street Beach the entire day and was not even in the driveway. The owner did apologize for this and was very apologetic when we spoke on the phone. This place overall was ok but really didn’t work that well for me and my family. Keep in mind I have three kids and a full size pick up. This would be great for a couple with a small car.

Perfect stay on a beautiful August weekend
We rented this home for 3 adults with 1 compact car. The apartment was spotless and smelled so clean! The rooms were comfy and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the patio 2 nights. We particularly loved how close this location is to everything! The beach was nearby and food was easy to find. I highly recommend this rental from Jason. I'd love to stay again in the future.

Great home and amazing location
Me and my kids stayed here to celebrate a few things. This home was perfect for us and our needs. The beach was not far at all and the waves there were perfect to boogie board. We enjoyed sitting in the patio area and the house was spotless. The owner answered any and all questions quickly and made sure the house had everything needed. We would definitely stay here again or recommend it to others. Thank you

Great walking accessibility to town and beach! We will be back!
Upon pulling up we loved how close it was to so many great restaurants and the Starbucks right around the corner. And a nice short walk to the beach. Easy parking in driveway. Loves the screendoor and all the nice windows throughout the house. Which we slept with them open at night, with a wonderful cool breeze blowing through. In the evenings we enjoyed the patio and watching the sunset. It took me 10 minutes to walk to the beach in the morning to do yoga and run along the beach. Friendly people along the way. It’s such a quaint and accommodating beach community. The beds were comfy and the bedding was fluffy and clean. Great little kitchen and the bathroom was very nice...love the upgrades. Spacious closets as well. The owner was extremely prompt with his response, which was nice after traveling all day. And extra bonus was the friendly next door neighbor! We even got in a great workout at San Clemente Gym, the owner was a great guy! Just a perfect beach getaway!! Can’t get back soon enough!

Comfortable condo in a great location
Thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay. The condo was stocked south everything we needed in the kitchen and has been well maintained. The bathtub is a bit slippery and could use a non- slip mat but otherwise, it was perfect and met all our needs. We'll stay here again the next time we're in the area!

Cozy!!!
This place was exactly what I needed during my recent stay in San Clemente. It was close to the venue that I was going to on Saturday, 2/2. Parking was right at the front door in a city that never has enough parking spaces. I only wish the weather was better for a nice walk to the pier, shopping on Del Mar and relaxing on the outside patio; but, I did get to Rainbow Sandals and Sonny's Pizza & Pasta! Overall...great stay!

Great location, great host
NIce location not too far from the beach. Close to restaurants. San Clemente is a nice town and the beaches were not crowded. It was unusually hot when we were there and Jason was great about getting us additional fans to cool down the house.

Cute house right in the heart of San Clemente
Nice, clean, well stocked little house in a great location. We loved staying here. Many restaurants are very close, as is shopping, and just a 10 minute walk to the gorgeous beach and pier. If you don't want to walk uphill on the way back the trolley has a stop at the foot of the pier which will take you very close to the house.
We were there during a heat wave and while there is no air conditioning, the owner has many fans in the house along with ceiling fans, which was really terrific. The beds are very comfortable.

Comfortable, Clean Place
We stayed at this apartment for two nights to attend a wedding and visit friends. The apartment is a short walk to restaurants, cute shops, bars, etc. and a few minutes walk to the beach. Two apartment make up the building and this apartment was located in the front half of the building. We met the people living in the back apartment and they were very friendly and quiet.
The apartment is well maintain and clean with updated bathroom. Kitchen area was small but had everything we needed e.g. dish washer, microwave, coffeemaker, etc. The beds were quite comfortable with lots of closet/storage space and it also had an iron and ironing board as well. The wifi worked well and was easy to access.
As many of places in California and in San Clemente, this apartment did not have AC but there are ceiling fans located in each room and a fan on a stand that we could move from room to room which was quiet helpful. It was in the high 70's when we were there but were fine with the windows open and the fans running. At night we closed the windows and doors since we were on the first floor but had the fans running and were comfortable.
The price of this apartment was very reasonable for San Clemente and especially a place within walking distance to the beach.
