This updated 1 bedroom unit sits on the golf course at Sandpiper Cove and is within walking distance to the pools/beach. Fully furnished kitchen with granite countertops, living room with a queen size sofa bed, and dining area with deck access. The large deck is off the living room area, one bedroom with a new king size bed, dressing area, large walk in closet, and a full bathroom. New washer/dryer, updated HVAC system, appliances, and new flooring recently updated.

This unit is a short 5-8 min walk from this condo to the private white sandy beach, and Rick’s Sand Trap Beach Bar & Grill. If you choose to drive there is gated parking at the beach entrance. There’s a lot to do at Sandpiper Cove with a 9-hole par 3 golf course on-site as well as pickleball courts and tennis courts, 5 community pools (2 heated), 3 hot tubs, and a shuffleboard court. Sandpiper Cove also has one of the finest restaurants in the Destin area, the Louisiana Lagniappe that overlooks the marina where you can also take a water taxi from the marina to tour all along Destin Harbor and visit the HarborWalk Village, eat at fantastic restaurants, and try some fun activities. Water taxi is available March through October.

Parking Notes: Parking Permit Given at Guard Gate/Entrance. Maximum of 2 vehicles. No assigned space.

We stayed here for a small family reunion. This condo comfortably fits my family of 4. They have lots of items for the beach cable tv where we were able to catch up on the Olympics during nap times. Plus a fully stocked kitchen where if you prefer, you can cook all of your meals. The condo was great and I highly recommend it. The only thing I would add is if you are traveling with young kids, just rent a car. Thanks John and Sandy!

Sandy was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She wanted to make sure our stay was perfect in every way. If i had any issues or questions she said dont hesitate to contact her. Having beach service with condo was definitely a plus not having to pack chairs and umbrella. We enjoyed our stay and we couldnt have asked for better weather. We loved that the condo is on the ground level and you can park directly at the front door. Heated pool very close. My husband loved the free 9 hole golf course with the first hole directly out the back door. Great size porch to hang out outside. We could drive right up to the beach access and had complimentary chairs and umbrella. It is also a short 10 minute walk through the condos and across the street to the private beach access. Right across the street from target and Walgreens. Love that it is gated and has a guard station checking who all is coming into the condos. Sandy was awesome and called me to let me know what all they had there and to make sure I didn’t have any questions. She checked on us throughout the whole process. It was extremely clean and everything worked great.

I’d definitely stay again, it’s within walking distance to beach and restaurants. Owners have thought of everything you may need during your stay and have stored it in a large closet. We had an amazing time!

This is just a perfect condo for a visit to Destin. We enjoyed golf on the chip and putt course (not as easy as you’d think) and the beach was an easy walk or drive. We spent so much time on the deck, as it’s south facing and great for this time of the year. The condo had everything we needed and more. If I’m in the area again, I would absolutely want to stay here again.

This was one of the best place we have said. It was a great time to rest before school starting back. My sister and I along with our daughters had a great time at the condo along with beautiful beach. Ms. Sandy was always there to answer any questions. They have everything you need for the beach, golf and tennis. We enjoy Rick’s Sand Trap on the beach. Easy to rent two chairs and umbrella for $40 a day. Condo was clean and comfortable. We flew in and used uber around town. Easy! Thank you Ms. Sandy. We are hoping to make this a yearly trip.

We rented this condo for a 4 days and it was just what we needed. Comfy bed, the condo was stocked with all the essentials, and the perfect size for 2. We enjoyed a casual game of golf on the property and the beach was about a 5-6 min walk from the condo. Highly recommend!

This is our second time staying at John and Sandy’s place. Beautiful place. The unit is very clean and well equipped. Walking distance to the beach, pools and just steps away from the golf course. The staff at Sandpiper are extremely friendly and helpful.

This place was great particularly convenience, location, the private beach, and included amenities. If you want the easy access to the beach but don't want to pay to be directly on the beach, this is the place for you! You can get in the car and in about 5 minutes, you are on the beach. The condo resort is gated so you just drive to the front of the property and across the road and you are there. I thought I was going to have to drive on main roads to get from the condo to the beach so was pleasantly surprised I could just drive through the gated resort.
