About Larkspur Lodge:
At 3700 square feet, plus 650 square feet of more fun in the heated game room garage, you will have over 4300 sq ft to spread out and enjoy. From the beautiful African mahogany floors to the updated light fixtures, to the solid wood beams throughout the home, fine craftsmanship is apparent. On almost 1/2 an acre with a vacant lot on one side, you'll have privacy and gorgeous views of Rope Rider Golf Course.
Main Floor:
Walk in to 18 foot vaulted ceilings and your eyes are drawn across the open concept living room right to the golf course views. Then, take a look around and get ready for your relaxing vacation to begin!
Great Room:
In the great room, check out the comfortable huge gray sectional sofa - it's over 12 feet by 12 feet long to fit the whole gang! More chairs by the fireplace add to the comfy seating - just flip the switch for your cozy fire to light up. Soon to be added will be a reclaimed wood wall that will go above the fireplace towering to the ceiling. Storage ottomans have blankets, in case you want to watch a TV, a movie or a game on the 65 inch flat screen.
Kitchen:
Move a few feet to the giant granite kitchen island (seats 6) and join the chef. The island is big enough for everyone to gather around (it always ends up happening!) for food and conversation. The high end stainless appliances add to the luxury in the home. The dining table with amazing golf course views easily seats 10. Choose a fine leather chair, or take a spot on the solid wood 80 inch bench. Spin around to the window, and you're in the perfect spot to spy on the deer and elk that so often visit. Everything you need is supplied to cook amazing meals. Please inquire for anything specific and we'll let you know. A walk-in pantry provides plenty of space for all the food items you bring to Larkspur Lodge.
Main Floor Master Bedroom:
Possibly one of the largest bedrooms you have ever had the pleasure of sleeping in, get dibs first on this one! If you miss out, don't worry, as there are 2 other king beds, and even another master bedroom upstairs! The main floor master has views of the golf course, access to the huge covered patio, a 52 inch TV and an enormous attached bathroom. The king bed shows off luxury bedding over a comfortable mattress for a wonderful night's sleep. The bathroom has a long double vanity, a walk in closet, a large shower, deep soaking tub, heated floors and a private toilet room.
Main floor bedroom Two:
The other downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and is decorated in lovely blues.
Outdoor Covered Patio:
Outside the living area with more tremendous golf course views is a large covered patio with two-story ceilings. The solid beams are carried to the outside too, and there are outdoor ceiling fans and dimmable lights for daytime and evening fun. The flexible (and comfortable) seating offers eight big cushioned chairs to relax in, as well as two round dining tables with 4 chairs each. There are a couple more folding chairs inside to make seating for 10 for outdoor dining. The 4-burner natural gas BBQ outside will surely please the head barbequer! With the addition of the extended patio and the huge stone natural gas fire pit, you may never want to go back inside!
Game Room:
Last but not least on the main floor is the 650 square foot room o' fun! Forget the fluorescent lights, and check out the updated modern lighting fixtures. They provide plenty of light for pool, ping pong, and foosball (or you can dim them for ambiance)! The ceiling mounted 5000 watt heater keeps you toasty warm, even when it's snowing outside. Take a seat at the bar, or at any of the many stools in the game room. An additional fridge/freezer too! More art and buddy bars (reclaimed tables from the Space Needle restaurant!) coming soon to complete the room.
Upstairs Master Bedroom:
Up the staircase, across the sky bridge, and over to the upstairs master bedroom wing, you'll find another large bedroom with a king bed, and a large TV also. The views from up here of the golf course are wonderful. Read a book on the luxurious settee. Attached is a bathroom with double vanity and shower.
Bunk Room:
Kids (or adults!) will be in heaven when they walk into this upstairs large bedroom! Beds include a bunk bed with trundle, two twin beds, and 2 comfy memory foam mattresses, sleeping 7. A large flat screen TV, sectional sofa, and beanbags finish off the room. Bright colors are fun for all!

We had a lovely stay with family at the home. It was well-stocked, clean, beautiful, spacious and fun.

Family vacation. Wish we would have known that we could not use the pool or the gym at the lodge.
Everything else was beautiful and great. Quiet, lovely home, game room is spectacular and was in constant use.

The home & location were very nice! We especially liked the large amount of comfortable seating in the main room, the large patio with plenty of chairs, and the proximity to the park. The bedrooms & bathrooms were clean, but we spent our first hour cleaning the kitchen counters, lots of small-size dirty hand prints on the windows & doors, and the dishwasher was broken. We ran to the store to pick up paper plates & plastic silverware for the weekend.

This place was fantastic. Spacious, fully equipped, lots of games/indoor activities, and the location was superb. It was fantastic for our group of friends and young kids!

The appliances were amazing! The steps overall feedback prior to the stay were easy to follow. The owners were very accommodating and respectful. Loved their home! No complaints.

Larkspur Lodge is hands down the very best VRBO that we have stayed in, and we have been using VRBO since 2004! The house is sparkling clean and has all the amenities you could ever want. The beds are super comfortable, there is plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. The game room in the garage was a super hit with the entire family. The host, Debra, was amazing and she was readily available for all of our questions/needs. We all decided this was the best of the best and we will plan to rent Larkspur Lodge for another family get away!

Beautiful and tons of room. Main floor bedroom felt like the size of an apartment! Would gladly recommend this house for anyone.

We had our annual family reunion, staying at 2 homes. The hostess was very communicative and helpful. She was very clear about their "house rules" and we appreciated that. I only suggest that all of them be on the posting as I believe there were some things that we didn't know about until after we made the reservation. However, that did not taint our enjoyment of our vacation. It was big enough and had lots of activities for everyone to enjoy...even when the wildfire smoke was an issue! We thank the family for allowing us to enjoy their lovely home.

The house is great. Comfortably accommodated our extended family. And Suncadia and the surrounding area are great for summer vacation. Would definitely stay again.

Our 4-generation family vacations together every year, and this was our favorite home that we’ve rented. Huge great room and open kitchen so we had plenty of room to gather, but bedrooms, bonus rooms, beautiful patio and garage game room provided lots of other places to hang out. Kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and appliances. Loved the decor too!

Great house with plenty of space for families with children. Kitchen was well equipped. We had a wonderful time.

Our family stayed in this gorgeous, comfortable house for a weekend of togetherness and fun. We were 10 adults and 5 kids, and there was something for everyone! The game room was a hit, the fire pit jprovided perfect ambiance for evening gatherings (we loved watching the deer eating grass just off of the patio), and the kids loved the nearby playground.
Of the houses we've rented in the past ten years for family fun, this one was voted the very best.

Perfect for a large group. The house was close to a park for all our littles. The room we all had to spread out was wonderful.

Beautiful home nestled in the tall trees and the golf greens at Suncadia. It's a quiet neighborhood, and we watched deer roam through the back yard. The house was spacious enough for the 7 of us with plenty of extra room including a game room. Unfortunately, we never quite figured out how to use the gas fireplace (detailed instructions would be nice). Great property in a peaceful setting with a lot of hiking and bike trails nearby.

There were a few missed items with the housekeeper but overall it was a wonderful place to have a family fun weekend. I would stay her again.

Thankful
We have been enjoying a 3 generational family winter vacation in Cle Elum for several years. This year there was a presidential amount of snow making access very difficult, if not impossible. Thanks to the property owners going "above and beyond" we were able to enjoy the roominess, comfort, hospitality and location of the property. We would absolutely recommend this property.

Great house!! Kids and adults loved the game room!

great house for a relaxing weekend
This house was great for my husband and mine's 40th birthday party with 4 other couples. One couple had to sleep in the "bunk room" that only had twin beds, but that was fine (since it wasn't us!). Communication with Debra the owner was great. The kitchen items/utensils could use a cleanout and organization because it was very difficult to find items (like potato peeler, corkscrew) since everything was just shoved randomly in drawers. Also, the cleaning crew must have forgot to vacuum the front room so the floor was dirty when we came and there were some game pieces lying around the house. Overall a great house, great location, and we loved sitting around the fire pit in the evenings.

Suncadia …. Golf, biking and winery
The property is located close to the winery, golf and in general it is easy to find. The home served our family of seven well and made for a good wedding weekend. The back patio has a nice fire pit with plenty of seating. The garage has been converted to a game room and I think it is ideal for older teenagers and young adults.

Great Home & Location Could Be Cleaner
This home was great, the layout was super family friendly for our group the living/kitchen area is huge, outdoor fireplace is enjoyable! We were able to walk to the Harvest Fest and the lodge isn't too far either. Check in process was a breeze and the email sent regarding the home was thorough and answered most questions for us.
Unfortunately the home could have been a lot cleaner. The downstairs bathroom hadn't been cleaned in what seemed like awhile, dust in a lot of places, and stairs etc were not vacuumed. Considering everything is supposed to be extra clean right now this was disappointing. All other baths, sheets, couches etc seemed to be cleaned/vacuumed appropriately.

Great place to stay at with your friends and family!
We all really enjoyed staying at this Suncadia property for New Years. My friends & family had a great time. The house was amazing and met all our expectations. It had plenty of space, big bedrooms with 3 king beds, a huge bedroom with bunk beds, and a game room for everyone to enjoy. The outdoor area was great with lots of space, grill and a fire pit. Debra was super helpful and easy to communicate with, very responsive!

Great getaway!
We enjoyed our stay at Larkspur Lodge. We were hoping for a bit more snow to “play” in during our stay, but it didn’t damper our fun. The game room was enjoyed along with all the other amenities the property had to offer. Debra, the manager, was responsive and accommodating. I believe whoever stays at Larkspur Lodge will enjoy it as much as we did. Thank you!!

The space was accommodating . Nice garage area.
The BBQ needs to be seriously cleaned. Several unclean kitchen utensils /dishes, pans. A cracked wine glass in cupboard. Light fixtures over island and eating table need dusting. The front room area carpet is dangerously curled. The carpets are not vacuumed well.

Great family home

Amazing Summer reunion retreat
I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! We have done family reunions at many VRBOs over the years in multiple places around the U.S. and this is at the top of my list! Although we were very hesitant to make this happen because of the current Covid 19 situation, in the end we decided to stay local & still go with some families. We all felt it was a much needed getaway during these Covid times and it did not disappoint! The home was so well maintained and spaced out that we felt comfortable to keep to ourselves and separate the families. We usually only gathered of course in the kitchen area and outside in firepit area. It felt very clean and so spacious for a bigger group. Everything was walking distance including the lodge, Swiftwater and the kids park. We mostly stayed in to avoid crowds so the fire pit area and game room garage was perfect for us. We are so happy we made the decision to go and do hope to reserve Larkspur Lodge again in the future. Thank you!
