Thoughtful details, incredible view of the river, everything one could need and a kind host. Sooo close to the entrance to Yellowstone but more enjoyable than staying in the park. We would definitely stay again!! Next time we would stay longer and enjoy the hot springs nearby, raft the river and add another hiking day in the park.

This apartment was exactly what was pictured, PERFECTION! Nice size for a family of 4. Having the 1/4 bathroom was great for 3 ladies getting ready in the morning. It was a bit warm sleeping with no AC but opening the windows to let the cool mountain air in at night was helpful. Fans in each room were provided.
We walked about 5 minutes to the food truck courtyard for breakfast and dinner. Friday night has live music there and the

If you can find an open date to stay at this AMAZING property - DO IT QUICK! The pictures don't even do it justice - it is truly a remarkable property. We saw elk every day on the hillside and the last morning even saw one with a newborn baby. Walking distance to the North entrance and the shops and restaurants that the cute town of Gardiner has to offer. Would stay here again in a a heartbeat. Thank you so much!!

This place is even better than the pictures and that rarely happens! The views are spectacular and we opted to eat in most nights because the house was fun to spend time in. Gardiner is also a great base location for Yellowstone. We enjoyed walking the town and seeing elk around.

We had an amazing time in Gardiner. The property was very clean and cozy. The views out of the windows were amazing and we got to watch people raft down the Yellowstone River. It was the perfect spot to come back to after exploring in Yellowstone Park all day. A momma elk even had a baby in the backyard while we were visiting. A little added bonus. I would definitely go back there and stay again.

This property is located just outside the north entrance to Yellowstone and had a wonderful view right on the Yellowstone River. One whole side of the kitchen and dining area let you see the amazing view as you cooked or ate. Wonderful deck outside to lose yourself listening to the rushing water. We enjoyed our stay.

This is our second trip to Yellowstone and the house was perfect! Patrik met us at the gate and walked us through the house. The views of Yellowstone are amazing from the deck, dinner table or while washing dishes.

I’ll keep it brief. We had an emergency with our 1 year old dog Frida where she was attacked in a daycare and taken to an emergency vet. We were going to stay in Gardiner on a roadtrip from CO to WA but had to drive straight through to get back to our small dog. After communicating the situation and extenuating circumstance to the host, there was zero consideration and he just kept rereading the cancellation policy to us. We are hosts ourselves and were shocked at the lack of consideration shown in this unique situation, we always try to take care of our guests, beyond trying to make a quick dollar off of them.
I wouldn’t recommend this host to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay at the upper level home in Gardiner. The view is amazing. The house is very comfortable. The location is so convenient for walking to restaurants, shops and even the market. It is right around the corner from the Gardiner entrance to the park. We plan to stay here on our next Yellowstone visit!

The apartment was wonderful. It sat right up on the bluff overlooking the Yellowstone river. We got up in the morning to watch fly fisherman fishing and the mountains in the background. We’d highly recommend this place. Perfect for the 3 of us.

We returned to our very favorite Water House for our annual winter in Yellowstone trip. It is such an elegant and comfortable spot, our comfort zone before heading to the Park and our refuge from the cold and adventures of our day! Thanks for another grand trip.

This spot was absolutely breathtaking! The views were so beautiful! Mountains, river and animals! The house was great…everything was updated and met all of our needs. The beds were super comfortable! The pull out couch was the best pullout I’ve ever slept on…thick memory foam mattress. Can’t wait to go back! The owner was very helpful throughout the entire stay 😊

Excellent house for a family holiday vacation in Yellowstone. The view and access to the park cannot be beat. We had elk and deer daily outside our place. The place was clean and as described. Kitchen was fairly well stocked. Hot water in bathroom could be a bit hotter for showers. Great host communication. Easy to get in and check-out.

Fabulous view with a location right by the North entrance to Yellowstone. Had everything we needed to rest and have a Basecamp for enjoying the park. Listing is accurate. I was not expecting the elk to be so abundant! Nice surprise, but I bet annoying to the residents.

This home was beautiful and the most perfect place for my husband and I to stay on our vacation to Yellowstone. The location couldn’t be better to the entrance of the park and local restaurants and shops. We can wait to return!

We stayed here one night during our tour of Yellowstone, Grand Tetons and Glacier NPs. I wish we could have stayed longer at this beautiful property. The interior was beautifully decorated and comfortable but the deck was a magical. We sat outside listening to the Gardiner river watching elk graze on the other side. I highly recommend this property, our stay here was a highlight in a trip that was full of highlights.

The vrbo condo was awesome. The kitchen was well stocked, the condo was clean, plenty of fresh towels, the view/location on the Yellowstone River is awesome! Can't have a better view! There is one small market in the town of Gardiner which seems to have all of what you need. Not many good restaurants there though. Wonderland Cafe is the best, opens at 4:30 for dinner. show up at 4:30 get your name on the list or be seated then for an early dinner. You cannot call ahead for seating or reservations.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting the Northern loop of Yellowstone NP. It was immaculate and beautiful. We enjoyed the back balcony with a perfect view of the river. The location was perfect for both the entrance to the park as well as town restaurants and shops. Owner was great to work with and we would definitely stay there again!

I asked my wife if I should give a horrible review so that no one would want to rent and we would have any week that we wanted.
We were watching Elk every evening from the patio.
We were walking distance to the Roosevelt arch.
We were able to do day trips into the park with no issues.
Patrik, the host, is extremely cordial and informative.
Patrik's dogs are a hoot, especially the GSP. My wife was sitting on the corner of the patio closest to the river one evening Knitting and he came bounding over and launched himself into her lap like he was a toy dog.
The house is fantastic! Do yourself a favor and close the shades during the day to keep the heat from the sun down. Do yourself a favor and keep all of the windows open at night so you can sleep to cool breezes and the sound of the river in the background.
Gardiner is NOT a foodies mecca. If you are a food pack it in. There is a general store there but it's not like having Whole Paychek, I mean whole Foods, Wegman's or other decent grocery chains in the area.
We were honestly very sad to leave the area.

This is one of our favorite properties we have ever visited. The view from the house is unbelievable. It was perfect for our family of five and the location can't be beat! We could walk to the little town for coffee in the morning and dinner at night. We saw Elk on the way to town almost every day. You also can't beat the location to the Yellowstone entrance. The owners of the property were very responsive and everything was just perfect. Highly, highly recommend this property. Don't wait to book though because you WILL miss out!
