The shower was broken upon arrival, but didn’t discover it until in the evening prior to going to bed. I wonder how it could have been properly cleaned if it wasn’t functioning. we tried it again the next morning, and it was definitely broken. So, two of us, twice tried taking a shower, but couldn’t. I called the property management and they said they’d, hopefully, have a plumber go and fix it that day, and they’d keep me posted. We were out for about ten hours that day, and we weren’t updated on it’s status. Fortunately, we were happy to discover on our own that it had been repaired. It’s a shame that we weren’t offered some reimbursement for our trouble.
The bed is terribly uncomfortable.
The portable air conditioner defeats it’s purpose because it’s vent is held in place by a sliding glass door, leaving a large gap at the top….allowing hot, humid air to enter the condo. Maybe a piece is missing?
It would be nice to have a programmable coffee maker.

Bathroom faucet for the shower and tub was hard to operate and tile was coming off the wall under the faucet. We reported this before we left so hopefully gets repaired.

Did not get a breakfast??
The only reason I will not rent this unit again is because of the bed. My daughter said it was lumpy and so uncomfortable that she slept on the sofa bed with her daughter. I live in 301C and rent out a unit once a year for their visit from Texas. If you get a king size bed with a decent mattress, I would rent it every year because of its close proximity to my unit. Please let me know if you change out the bed for next year. Thank you [email protected]. 478-290-8751

The location of this condo was right next to the beach and pool where my kids had a great time playing. The apartment was a comfortable size with all the necessary amenities.
We were seriously disappointed with the state of this apartment. When we arrived we immediately noticed that it had not been cleaned for a long time and had fallen into a state of disrepair. There was dust everywhere, black mold growing on the ceilings and in the air vents, sand on the floors, lights burned out, peeling paint on the walls, toxic chemicals in a cabinet which my young children could easily access, and a closet door literally fell off the hinge when I tried to open it. We had to call the management company to get cleaners and a repairperson to come but had to wait until the next morning. I then wasted the whole morning ensuring that everything was fixed and cleaned. Even after the cleaners came, the nails and bottle tops remained on the upstairs porch because the cleaner said "I don't clean up there". I really could not believe that we paid almost $2000 to stay for a week in this condo and it was handed over to us in such a state of dirtiness and disrepair. As a result, I will not be renting again at this location or with this management company, due to the carelessness with which they rent out their facilities.

The only thing really that we liked was the location.
The place was dated, dirty, and dingy so much so that we ended up leaving early.
