our camp was nice and spacious overall with morden furnishing, AC/heating etc. lunch and dinner was authentic local food. We also liked the cultural program in the evening.
We didn’t think it was an experiential stay at all. it’s just a fancy camp with subpar service and misleading add-ons. lots of misinformation throughout. Camel guy takes you to the dunes and asks extra money for the actual ride in the dunes. The high tea concept is lame. They put all guests in a small patch of sand - it becomes noisy that you can’t enjoy sunset properly. we had to walk away from the “high tea” point and do our own thing. May be it’s not for couples as advertised. Our safari got canceled last moment- it could be due to some genuine reason but staff didn’t inform as until much later and we missed most of the sunset time on 2nd day of the stay. We asked to arrange a wine bottle - They quote a price (2x already) and charge a even higher price at the check out. breakfast is served in an area full of mosquitoes and flies with long wait time. you have to make advance booking to have your meal served outside the tent. so dinner under stars within the resort campus (not the dunes) is additional luxury. They have commoditised the smallest of the things - it was stressful and annoying. We requested to provide the Jaipur suite if it’s available- they obliged but the pool water was grey and had dead flies. We switched back to our regular tent. Hot water doesn’t always work. We were in the middle of the desert so understandable - but then I have to say it’s overpriced. Also, I’d not recommend to stay more than a night.

We stayed at the camp for one night. The tents are luxurious, food was also good, they take you for a jeep safari which is very enjoyable, camel ride to the dunes for sunset with coffee and cookies, and bonfire dinner at the camp with music and folk dance. The overall experience was very good.

Amazing staff , super comfy beds , the food is outstanding . The camel ride to the sunset spot on the dunes and having a chai there was special .
Google maps doesn't show the correct place to the establishment and the phone to the place was switched off. So arrival was a bit messy .
