About this apartment rental

Lovely 6th floor oceanfront one bedroom condo at Bay Watch Resort. Enjoy a relaxing stay in a clean and comfortable condo with a balcony facing the ocean!!

There are two queen beds in the bedroom as well as a full size Murphy bed in the living room. The unit sleeps a total of 6 people.

There are two flat screen HDTVs - one in the bedroom and a new smart TV in the living room. You can log into your account for Roku, Prime Video, Netflix, and others to watch movies and shows. The resort is all free WiFi- wireless internet.

There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower and a kitchen with a full sized refrigerator, range, microwave as well as a space-saver dishwasher. All dishes, glasses, utensils, cooking equipment, and linens are provided.

Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided in the condo, and all bed sheets and comforters are washed after each reservation. Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided.

There are many on site amenities at Baywatch Resort. Enjoy your time relaxing by the indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, kiddie splash pools and hot tubs. There is an on-site restaurant (great breakfast buffet), sports bar/restaurant, poolside bar, gift shop and fitness center.

Myrtle Beach is a great place for a beach vacation – beautiful, wide, sandy beaches, golf courses, excellent restaurants, shopping and outlet malls and a huge variety of attractions. This is a perfect location to access all that Myrtle Beach offers!

Room was dirty. Had to go to the store to get cleaning supplies, and had to scrub walls and sweep floors. Walls had what looked like either chocolate or poo wiped on two different walls. Location great. Facility itself was not very clean. Have stayed in other tower 3 years ago and it was much nicer stay and cleaner

We have stayed at bay watch before so overall the location and facility has been good. However the condo we stayed in, not so much. The pictures looked way better than the room itself. It is very old and needs some up keep. The kitchen chairs are falling apart and look like the owner just glued them back on. The room is a lot smaller than pictured. They did not have a lot of basic stuff like dish soap, foil, etc. The owner emailed us the day of to let us know we would need extra towels and toilet paper, etc. They are not well stocked at all. Also, didn’t know they were not connected with bay watch so we couldn’t get extra amenities if need be. The views were great, beautiful beach view. We will not be staying in this condo again unfortunately.

Our stay at the condo was perfect. The host, Elizabeth, was very accommodating and made our stay effortless. She communicates effectively and quickly, and is so very nice. The condo had everything we needed. It's very clean and tidy and we had plenty of towels, etc and kitchen was well stocked with items for cooking. We will definitely return!!

The owner is wonderful to deal with and quick to respond to any questions which makes the whole process easier. The unit is exactly as described and the photos are accurate. The ocean view is perfect. The kitchen is small, clean and well equipped; the bathroom is clean. There are renovations throughout including flooring, the bathroom, comfortable new beds. Some work still needs to be done but clearly a conscientious owner. The only negative is that the common areas such as hallways show heavy use and that is not something that the owner can control. It was a great stay and we would love to visit the unit sometime in the future!

Excellent location. Bathroom was clean. Needs updated- resort and condo. Broken drawers, very few household items provided. Only one camping type chair provided. Very small bath towels.

I didn't expect the Ritz, which was fine, but it felt kind of damp and musty the whole time. The beds were comfortable, but when we opened the murphy bed there were sheets on it and a crumpled up blanket. We didn't know if they were clean or not, so we changed them with the ones provided. The mattress was stained. The kitchen & bathroom were nice and the location is fantastic. Probably wouldn't stay again, but it was okay for a last minute long-weekend trip.

The property owner was wonderful. We had a problem with our smoke detector and she got someone out to help us. The pools and atmosphere is a wonderful place to take kids. The condo could have been a little cleaner and dresser drawers and some furniture need updated but property owner has already ordered I believe. Take some extra pillows also bc there are only 4 in the condo. Great little place !

We've used this condo before and I absolutely love it. We have stayed for a week in November over Thanksgiving as well this is the 2nd year we was able to stay for 2 months at a time. Owners are very nice people and we absolutely enjoy their 2nd home. Look forward for more stays in the future. Thank you.

We wanted a few days at Myrtle, just to enjoy the ocean sound and chill out. We chose VRBO because we had used successfully when renting in Barcelona Spain. I have to say the process worked smoothly but Brooke, the property contact, was over-the-top so nice and so helpful and encouraged if we needed anything to contact her. The location of this unit on 6th floor for us was perfect and parking was only a few steps away in a connected garage. We rented the umbrellas and chairs that are offered by city where a rep. set up for us every day and oh my goodness, the weather was perfect, too. Yes, a great experience.

This property is not clean. The elevators and hallways were dirty. Trash bins smelled like horrific. Once we got to the room, we discovered that it was very dated and there appeared to be mold on the ceiling and water damage under the bathroom since and kitchen cabinets. The nicest part was the balcony view. I won’t ever be staying here again.

This was my 5th time renting through VRBO, and it was by far the best host we have rented from. From booking throughout our stay was quick with responses and went over and above to make sure we would enjoy our stay. We really like this 6th floor room and view, just high enough to have a great view but not too high. Also made for quick trips up and down the elevators. Loved the 50” TCL tv in the unit with Roku and cable TV. Beds were good and we slept well on them. Would prefer some type of mattress pad on the beds. The kitchen was well stocked and loved the new Keurig coffee maker! Decor in kitchen is a little dated, but appliances were great! Definitely recommend this unit!

Stayed here August 2021, with 2 teens. The location is great, beautiful ocean views. The property itself is a bit older and can use some updating. The condo was clean and had all the basics plus some extras including beach gear (we brought our own, but good to have in case). This particular unit is near the elevator so not the quietest location for anyone who goes to bed early. Overall, a decent place for the price.

The condo was clean and neat, no bugs! There was a decent amount of kitchen equipment available. I suggest checking the storage next to the kitchen before buying any beach supplies; there was a lot available when we were there. The location was nice since it was at the end of the main road making it easy to get into and out of. The view of the ocean was spectacular and the lazy river and one pool were right below. We had quiet neighbors. The nightly entertainment was fun and never interfered with getting our little one to bed at a decent time. The only issue we had was the dressers smelt musty and could not use them for fear of all our clothes smelling the same.
