Just 3-minute drive to Main Street Breckenridge, chair lifts, shops bars & restaurants; OR 5-minute drive to Main Street Frisco, and a short drive to Vail, Copper Mountain, A-Basin, Keystone, Dillon, and Silverthorne. Free shuttle to Main Street Breck (gondola), or Frisco, just 2-minute walk from chalet. Comfortable back deck with gorgeous mountain views and gas BBQ grill. Several options for sleeping arrangements, enjoy the comforts of two living spaces. Free use of the resort clubhouse. Relax in the heated pool and 2 hot tubs. Get in a workout or get work done in the privacy of the business room. Tennis courts/pickleball. Showers, lockers, laundry and pavilion to name a few amenities. Make a reservation now! (Minimum 4 night stay over major holidays). Some of Our favorite thing to do is walk the Tiger Run community and look at all the different chalets or hike the trails surrounding the property (Colorado Trail).

This great little cabin was more than we expected! It’s in a great location in between Frisco and Breckenridge. It is flat land so great for walking. Great activity center with workout facility, a pool, l and Jacuzzi! Clean, well appointed and close to everything! Would highly recommend!

This is an awesome place to stay for a small group. I’d recommend this for a group of four or smaller. The place is well stocked, and conveniently located to the club house for pool and hot tub, plus quick walk to the free bus system in Summit county. I recommend the owners leave a user’s manual in place to help assist with any questions. I definitely recommend this place. Beds are comfortable, and enough room to enjoy your time. We were here to ski and snowboard at Breckenridge and Keystone. Thanks Gary

We enjoyed this chalet so much and it was the perfect location between Breckenridge and Frisco so we qwee able to enjoy it all. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The property was neat, tidy, and clean. The place was nice and we enjoyed our stay. The only negative aspect was dealing with the owner. He is rather rude and condescending. I simply contacted him the day before Checkin because I couldn’t find the door code. He rudely replied he said he would provide it before Checkin. We were in the mountains with extreme weather conditions and I just wanted to make sure I could get in before make the treacherous journey. He should provide the Checkin information more in advance so people traveling great distances will have it before heading on their journey. I also sent him a nice message about a small plumbing repair and again he was rude. I am a super host to 4 properties and appreciate any such information on my homes so I can fix things. He didn’t have to be rude. Don’t stop your trip to this place. Just beware you may be treated rudely.

Gary was easy to communicate with and made sure that everything was ready to go when we got there! The hot tub, pool and laundry facilities were easy to use and access! The property location had great views and had mountain bike trail access at the park!

Our stay was wonderful! Gary was an amazing host and incredibly responsive to my questions. The Chalet was so warm and cozy, we felt right at home right away. Our best hike was 7.2 miles right near the Chalet in Tiger Run. It was beautiful! Breckenridge was only 10 minutes away and parking was actually pretty easy (we used the Gondola lot after the Airport lot). We paid $10 or $15 depending on if it was a weekend and this was good for 24 hours. A nice walk downtown Breckenridge. I LOVED the Crown Coffee/Café shop and ended up there 3 times during my stay as well. We would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful time!!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Gary's cabin. It was very clean and well-stocked. He was easy to get ahold of and really was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be coming back!

We loved the chalet. The location is perfect, can anywhere in a short trip. There were lots of sleeping options and plenty of space for four adults to hang out. The kitchen is small but well stocked. I was able to make a full Christmas dinner. The owner was very quick to respond to my questions. We would definitely stay here again

This was our first visit to Breckenridge and this cute little place is in the best location. Just a couple of miles from all the attractions or other surrounding towns. This chalet was super clean, cozy, and very homey. Gary and Dawn welcomed my family into their home and were quick to answer any questions we had. We are already planning out next trip to Breckenridge and plan to stay at this wonderful place again.
