This was our first stay at this property. The communication was easy through the VRBO message app. We received our code for the door and were able to get in without a problem. The directions for the WiFi were very confusing so once I figured it out on my own I rewrote them and left them on the refrigerator for the next guest. The listing description could use some updating as well. It says it only has one bathroom. It actually has 2, with 2 showers and one bathtub. I would also add that you have a k-cup and drip coffee maker to prevent getting asked all the time. There's a large washer and dryer so I am not sure why laundromat is listed at all. It wasn't as clean as our last VRBO rental and there was a fruit fly problem when we arrived. We washed everything and were able to get rid of them. I would also update the pictures for your listing because it looks like there is a beach but it isn't on the property. There are many stairs to get to the water and that could be a problem for small children and older renters. The views from the decks were beautiful and the dock was very sturdy. The lake was clean and not mucky at all. There's plenty of parking space for cars. More than 5 and we found lots to use for toys/games in the garage. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a large pantry for the non-refrigerated food. Aside from 2 more private bedrooms, the other front bedrooms are open-concept. Luckily my brothers were okay with sharing a room and didn't have to share a bed.

Beautiful place and location.

Odd sleeping arrangements, however, very doable. Loved the house and balconies. And all the sitting areas. Dish washer needed to be emptied and had to fold all the towels in the dryer when we got there. No refrigerator from Tuesday evening till Friday AM when the hosts were able to get a new one delivered . Yes, we would love to stay here again, in spite off having to live out of coolers and too many trip to get ice and groceries.

Our stay was great. This house was far better equipped that every other similar property in both the outdoor equipment and the kitchen. The many different gathering areas in the home made it easy to manage the different things we did together. We had a quiet spot for settling the baby, two tables where we could eat and play games, a seating area with tons of windows to enjoy the breeze. The many windows made it easy to keep the house cool almost the entire time. The decks made for many places to enjoy the lake view. The lake was easy to access and kayaks went out every single day. Even our small dog navigated the property easily including walking all the way down the water without any help.

The home is beautiful, the lake is fantastic, and we loved using the kayaks every day. I really appreciated that all of the sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels were provided, as well as plenty of TP and paper towels. The home is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. The multiple decks are so nice and we love the outdoor lighting too. Overall, a great house and great location.

The owners had updated the interior from the pictures posted online, and they did a good job! The house was very nice. We contacted the owners one time to figure out the second floor shower (pull the handle towards you!), and they were very responsive and helpful. The house had great access to the lake which the kids enjoyed. Overall we had a great time at the lake!

Perfect place to stay with children. Lake isn’t too deep for quite a way out. We had a blast. Town a few minutes away. They do need to get more plastic ware. Wine glasses and highball.

The house is very upscale. The lake is small but beautiful and big enough to explore for a week. The house has 3 decks on every floor and you can see the lake from pretty much every bedroom window. The kitchen is well stocked except no cutting board or big nonstick frying pan otherwise it has everything. There is a bit strange arrangement about the bedrooms as two master bedrooms are not private, the entrance to one goes through another. So both don’t have privacy. It’s ok for one family but could be awkward with two families. Each balcony has multiple chairs and tables so you can enjoy the lake view at any spot. 3 kayaks and something which resembles a hybrid between a paddle boat and a kayak. The house is relatively private, the lake is beautiful. Blueberry farms and monadnock mountain in proximity. We enjoyed it a lot. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at Breezy Point once again! There was plenty of space in this large house for sleeping and hanging out, although we spent all our time outside on the dock, on the porch and at the fire pit. All the appliances have been updated and work great. The house is well stocked with plenty of plates, silverware, glasses, and pots and pans. We used the kayaks everyday and appreciated all the different life jacket sizes supplied for our use. I can't wait to make plans to come back again next year. Thank you for sharing your house once again with us!

A wonderful house in a perfect location
We had a family reunion last week, with 8 people ranging from 8 to 74 years old. An unusual bedroom arrangement, but we made it work. The location is perfectly beautiful!

We would very much like to book again for next year. Do I do that with VRBO and how can I say on there we are returning guest. We miss the place already.

Beautiful spot
We had a wonderful time at Breezy Point. The house and lake are beautiful and the kayaks and float were a great bonus. Such a relaxing week! The motor boats can be a bit concerning as they speed by very close to swimmers but it was quieter during the week. We were treated to some of the best fireworks we have seen over the holiday weekend! As others have noted, the photos are not completely accurate in terms of bed layouts but we adjusted. The 3rd floor is accessed through the bedroom below and by outside decks and stairs. A little awkward for late night trips to the bathroom, which are on the first and second floor. The furnishings are lovely and the kitchen is well stocked. Note there is no air conditioning that we could see but lots of fans and the nights were cool in early July. We would definitely come again!

Glad to be on a lake during a heat wave!
This house has been updated since the pictures were taken. It is super clean with modern appliances and lovely ceiling fans in nearly every room. The kitchen is well appointed for all types of cooking. There are so many spaces for everyone to spread out and yet be close to the action on the water. The cleaners in between renters do an amazing job.
Let me try to clear up any confusion about the rooms.
Room 1: bunk beds that are Full Size. So not your typical single size bunk beds.
Room 2: one queen or full...I didn't sleep there so I don't recall.
Rooms 3 and 4 are in the front of the house. There is 1 interior door that leads to these bedrooms. The first room has king size bed and two twin beds. There is a staircase in this room that goes up to the 4th bedroom which has another large bed. So - 1 door from the hallway goes to 2 rooms so it is more like a 2 floor suite.
All rooms have sliders or doors that lead out to the wrap around porch that has a stairway down to the ground level.
Our week unfortunately coincided with a broken washing machine (which was fixed while we were there) and construction all week of a new dock/landing next door. The lake is fairly busy even during the week with pontoon boats and water activities.
The owners are super responsive and the house is lovely. We had a wonderful time.

Beautiful house
The house was lovely, lots of space for everyone to be. Unfortunately there was loud deck, retaining wall construction going on all day all week next door. Obviously not the owners fault, but loud and intrusive for the majority of our stay.
Nice appliances, very comfy beds, rocking chairs on porch.

Just as good the second time!
We stayed here last year and had such a great time we came back again. Great setup with plenty of space to hang out outside or indoors when the weather is bad.

Pictures did not do this place justice. We brought all the grandchildren here. We were able to dock our boat at the house, fish, kayak and had a camp fire at night. Great time!.

Breezy Point
Our stay at Breezy point was great. The house is well laid out with lots of living space to spread out. We’ve been using vrbo for ten years and never saw a kitchen as well equipped as this one. It has everything you need. The bedrooms were big, clean and each had a view of the lake. The dock area was nice and sandy and you could play in the water. Hearing the loons every morning and evening was an added bonus. We had several guests come for a day and there was plenty of parking space. The deck area was a great place to hang out. Everyone was impressed with the quality of the furniture, appliances, bathrooms . It is a great place, we loved our stay here.

Awesome week
Beautiful home! Owners were quick to respond when we had questions. We had a fair amount of rain, but that wasn’t a problem. The house had plenty of comfortable space for reading and games. Very close to a great running trail which we used every day. The lake is beautiful! Highly recommend, especially if you have a bigger group. Lots of sleeping spaces.

Simple pleasures
If your looking for a simple vacation, on a small private beach on a lake, you’ll enjoy this home. All the modern conveniences inside , lovely decks , grill and a short walkway to the beach. You can stay at the house the whole time and really get away from it all .

House was very clean
Just to be clear, the twin beds are in the king size bedroom with no separation. I don’t recall bunk beds on the web. Could be mistaken, but had I seen the words “bunk beds “, I would not have rented it. Stairs are not good for older folks. We had trouble with them. I’m sure a younger family would be okay. Nice view of the lake, but not private at all. Neighbors next door and behind the house. No yard care at all. Grass was 12 inches high. Lawn care group came at 7:00am to cut grass. We weren’t even out of bed yet. It didn’t get cut. I’m sure it would be fine for most families, but I was looking for much more privacy and peaceful place.

Memorial Day getaway
In a word, exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised on our first visit to NH. Cindy and Joe have a lovely home with wonderful views of a delightful lake. The home was clean and well appointed for our family (2 adult children and ourselves).
The weather cleared by mid week so we were able to paddle around and take in the peaceful views.
Thanks for a wonderful week, we hope to return!

Lovely weekend at the lake
We had a group of 8 stay for a long weekend and had a lovely time despite the rain. The first floor is almost all windows, which gives a great view of the lake. The only downside was that the fourth bedroom (king bed) isn’t actually a separate bedroom, it’s more of a loft that is accessed by a staircase inside the room with three beds. Not a problem for us, we still got to enjoy the view from all three balconies.

Great house right on the lake!
A small group of my friends needed a getaway for a long weekend and found it with this house. Very cozey, a dock to the lake right out back, a fire pit on the side of the house, and a nice deck to enjoy the lake views from. Cindy was easy to talk with and all the instructions matched what was needed to enjoy the property. I will definitely be returning for another getaway in the future!!
