About this villa rental

Now accepting 2025 dates. 7 night minimum between Memorial Day and early September.
Experience unobstructed ocean and lagoon views from the living room, dining room, and our beautifully renovated kitchen!

Villa 4 is 3 Bedroom/3 Bath and sleeps 6.

Our 3 bedrooms include:
A King Main Suite; a 2nd bedroom that can be configured as a King or two Twins at your direction; and a loft-style 3rd bedroom on our upper level, also with the option of either a cozy King or two Twin Beds. All bedrooms have full baths. The loft bedroom opens to an upper deck with Ocean, Lagoon, and Golf Course views. (Tip: The loft deck is a great spot for stargazing, especially in the cooler months).

A Bald Head Island Country Club Temporary Membership is available for separate purchase directly from The Club, if desired. The Bald Head Island Club is adjacent to the Villas and includes an award-winning 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, workout facility, and a seasonal aquatic center (swimming pools, splash pad, and poolside bar/dining), croquet, playground, plus casual and fine dining options. Kids' camps (summer) and babysitting can be arranged through the Bald Head Island Club.

Other Villa 4 amenities include:
• Two nice four-person golf carts
• Weber Gas Grill
• Four adults’ and two children’s bikes
• Internet TV and Wireless Internet
•. Beach Chairs, a beach umbrella, and sand toys

We had a great week in Villa 4. It is nicely updated and the sunset views are amazing! The golf carts are in good shape too, some of the nicest we’ve had at rentals. Kathy was responsive and a great host.

What a great place to stay! Outstanding! It was so relaxing to sit on the porch and listen to the ocean. The beach was a quick walk to the other side of the street. The place itself was clean and appointed with everything we needed. The host was very helpful through the entire process. We look forward to returning in the future.

Beautiful condo! Plenty of space for our family of 6. Clean, bright, airy, and really comfortable beds! Every type of kitchen amenity you could need if you want to cook. Plenty of beach chairs and toys. Golf carts were great. 10/10 would definitely rent this spot again!

Fabulous ocean views and beach access, along with a convenient location to the BHI Club. . The renovated kitchen and updated furnishings in the main level are nice! Would suggest some updating in the loft bedroom and bath. Nice golf carts and plenty of bikes and beach items.

My sister and I stayed in this property for a week. It was a beautiful spot...especially to watch the sunset and to see the stars. It was hard to leave the porch with the 2 rocking chairs and the view of South Beach. The house has been updated and is very nice. They have tons of towels and beach towels and, in the garage, there was everything you need to have a good time...beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie board, shovels, etc and there are 2 nice golf carts. I can't say enough about this little piece of Paradise. I will definitely stay here again!

This property was amazing for our first trip to Bald Head - a quick visit for a friend’s wedding. The proximity to the beach and the Island Club couldn’t be beat, and we loved the updated decor of the Villa. Beth was so communicative and thorough in her guidelines, and we were grateful for such a straight forward, accessible host. Wonderful view right across from the water with a beach access across the street. The property was also located next to Bald Head Island Club and golf course. The property manager amd owner were excellent and helped us get into the unit a little early and get a guest pass to the club. There was not much open on the island so that was very helpful. The unit was very well appointed with a new kitchen that had everything needed. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We stayed at the beautiful villa for (4) nights and were extremely happy with the home. The kitchen was well appointed with every appliance you could need as well as ample linens throughout the house. My entire party slept well in the very comfortable beds and were all very pleased with the amount of privacy that could be had while staying together. While I don't believe there is a bad view on Bald Head Island the view of the ocean and South Beach was extraordinary. Our host was very responsive and helpful with any questions that arose. My family had a wonderful time made better by a wonderful environment.

This trip to Bald Head Island and Villa 4 was the first trip my husband and I have taken since the pandemic began. It was also our first time on Bald Head Island! We LOVED this villa and wished we could've stayed more than 5 nights. The villa has a beautiful view looking out at the ocean and we watched the sunset every night. The living room and kitchen both have fantastic views and was decorated beautifully. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need! The upstairs balcony off the bedroom also has a view that we really enjoyed. My only question was that we never could figure out how to get "regular" TV stations so we missed watching the Oscars (although I read we didn't miss anything). The golf carts were great and fun to drive around the island. A big plus was the membership in the Bald Head Island Club. We used their pool and had dinner there one night. The Club is very close to the villa! A special thank you to Beth who helped me out with Club information and also where to buy the mug I was looking for (unfortunately the shop had sold out). I highly recommend this villa and my husband and I would love to stay there again!!!!

My husband, 10 month old baby, and I had the best stay at Saltwater Heals. It looks just like the photos ... it is clean, perfectly appointed in coastal decor, and the views are unmatched. We watched many sunsets from the kitchen table and porch ... the beauty cannot be captured in a photo! Beth, the owner, was so helpful in the planning process and when we had questions while we were there. She responded within minutes every time. The BHI club membership included in the rental was a definite perk. We will be back ... thanks for a wonderful stay!

Bald Head Island is an incredibly special and unique place and Saltwater Heals was the perfect place to stay with our family of 5. The sunset was beautiful from the deck, the beach access was incredible, the golf carts ran beautifully, and the bikes were in great condition. The master bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen was so well appointed - we cooked every night! Great wifi too! The owner and property managers were fantastic to work with - responsive, kind, and truly service oriented. We are so grateful for the wonderful memories we made!
